This is a simple hotel, staff at front desk at night can not give you toilet paper if you need or whatever you ask. They are rude. Differently of staff at day time which are much more polite. The bathroom is filthy dirty. Different kind of hair everywhere, the sink is cluttered, the shower smells mold.
Your luggage doesn’t have a proper place to stay but at the floor.
There is not microwave at the room. They don’t have gym.
Don’t choose this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a few things that need to be improved, the tv only had cable with a few Brazilian channels, we couldn’t even stream a platform to watch something else since it wasn’t a smart tv. The AC did not properly so the room always felt warm. I missed a second little trash bin in the room, there was only one in the bathroom. Room was small but this was expected. The mattress is a sort of a thin pad and doesn’t give you that comfort feeling when you are at a hotel.

Unsafe for kids

Stay was perfect since front desk to all employees. But the only big defected from hotel is the windowns on 12 floor and others, not kid friendly. Easy to have catastrophic accidents . Should be locked windows for safety of kids. I had my son and i was scary all the time

Me surpreendi positivamente com minha estadia no Ibis.

Tanto externamente quanto internamente o hotel é bem bonito e conservado.

E ainda ficava variando a temperatura.

Local bem localizado, o check--in é um pouco demorado.

Precisa melhorar!

Desde a chegada fomos muito bem recebidos, quarto conforme anunciado, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo, tivemos apenas uma decepção com o frigobar, que apenas fazia barulho e aquecia as coisas ao invés de gelar, péssimo. e quando formos sair devido ao grande número de pessoas fiquei aguardando meu veículo uma hora e vinte minutos, caso retorne para algum tipo de evento ou negócios preciso ficar atento pois caso use carro alugado e tenha que pegar voo o risco de perder é grande, mas do restante tudo correu dentro do esperado;
