Comida do restaurante boa.

Al hacer check out y solicitar mi cuenta.

Old and not well maintained
This hotel is terrible. It looks nice on the pictures, but it's actually very old and not very well maintained. The walls were dirty and you can tell that they tried to repaint it, but it made it look even worse. The bathroom is old and felt dirty overall. The sink was clogged. Not a pleasant stay at all. There’s a hotel 5min East from here that is brand new and way better than this one at a similar price point.
Waldene
Property in downtown help much for everything.
Daniel
The property was very basic and the water was brown. I literally had to brush my teeth with bottled water because it was disgusting. I told them about it but all they said was to give it some time to clear up but it never did. When I mentioned it again, they responded with an attitude and didn't help.
BRAULIO

The front desk stuff needs to care more about costumes and also care less about money and more about helping customers
Carlos
The staff needs to improve on their service

Equipe atenciosa!

Hotel maravilhoso, equipe sempre bem educada.

Jose

A pia estava normal a pressão. Então algo no encanamento do chuveiro.
