Not super bad but definitely not great.

Bathroom was not super clean, with dirt stains on the tiles and some unfinished or poorly made finishes. The room's television doesn't work (turns off after a few seconds), most channels were inaccessible, and there are no streaming apps.
Not exactly a complaint, but they only keep one pillow per bed.

The hotel is very nice and all employees are friendly. My room had a nice view, was relatively large, and had good bed and a large desk to work. The room also was equipped with a microwave, minibar and dishes. I recommend.

The hotel offers Internet connection but this is the second year that there is no possibility to get WiFi connection.

Affordable and adequate for a business trip

Many pluses: location, price, service. Rooms are small but with a balcony and a view if you manage to get a room at the front and on one of the top floors. Breakfast is included but could improve a lot. Wi-Fi is poor and unstable.

the pillows are not good. The matress is not excellent either. The bathroom is too small. The curtains/shades are too small for the windows, so thw light isn´t totally blocked. The room is ok, good size.Wi-fi doesn´t work very well. I wouldn´t stay there again. Maybe it´s a good hotel for a night stay on a business trip

Clean, convenient and friendly

I have stayed many times at this hotel, mostly out of convenience for its location: right next to the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo. While it is notar a luxury hotel, its staff is very friendly, the place is comfortable enough and also very clean. There are plenty of places to eat around.

A Room with a View

3 days/2 nights to visit Sao Paulo and PUCSP. Great location for PUCSP. Big hills as you might anticipate by the street name - Monte Alegre. Hotel was super convenient. Great hospitality. Very nice Continental breakfast. Very chill style, leaving you alone to do your own thing. Front office does not exchange money, nor do the banks in the city, which was a bit of a problem. Also, the twin beds are really short singles, quite small. Lovely, but diminutive balcony. Rooftop pool is very small, but balcony offers great views.

I was in Sao Paulo for the World Cup. Transamerica is a great hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again upon my next trip to Sao Paulo. Loved the city, people and accommodations.

If you are used to staying at big international hotel chains like Sheraton or Hilton, you will be disappointed. Rooms are smaller and more basic. However the price is much more reasonable here and the neighborhood is OK.

Muito bom, perto do Pacaembu.

Estivemos hospedados para participar da SP City Marathon. O hotel fica a 1,5 km da largada (Pacaembu). Fizemos o check in no sábado, e check out no domingo. O quarto estava limpo e era espaçoso, e o único porém é que solicitei cama de casal na reserva, e o quarto estava configurado com 2 camas de solteiro. Não tomamos café da manhã pois saímos às 5 da manhã para a corrida, e retornamos por volta de 11:15, horário em que o café não estava mais disponível. Sugestão para a administração é adiantar o café para dia de eventos como a SP City Marathon.

Me hospedo sempre neste hotel. Gosto muito do local. O café da manhã já foi melhor. Substituíram a manteiga por margarina e tiraram o requeijão. Mas as frutas e o restante estava ok. Também só avisaram que o Hotel está em obra depois que eu finalizei a reserva. Sorte que não tivemos problema com barulho.
O quarto está muito bom, com colchão novo, roupa de cama e toalhas novas, mas o ar condicionado não estava funcionando.

Café da manhã bom mas poderia ter alguma variedade foram todos os dias exatamente a mesma coisa. Serviço de quarto deixou a desejar, ex: pedi um prato que tinha batata frita não vinha sal, pedi uma limonada não tinha nada pra adoçar, pedi refri junto não veio, pedi água não veio e nem foram levar depois

Ótimo custo benefício

Adoro esse hotel, pois atende as minhas necessidades. É bem familiar e o lugar é maravilhoso. A mudança do gerente do restaurante mudou muito a qualidade do café da manhã, principalmente as frutas. A única coisa negativa, que não atrapalha, mas da má impressão, é o forro do banheiro estar com a pintura descascando. O pessoal da recepção é amável e o check in é rápido.
