Hotel is fine. WiFi worked and there was a desk to use, plenty of space. Breakfast was fine (but not amazing).
A couple of things to note:
1- it's right next to the stadium, so check their schedule before you book, as the street is closed on game days and/or if there's a concert (didn't happen to me, but it could be disruptive)
2- Uber can't stop on the left (correct) side of the street, and at least one driver I asked to go into the hotel parking didn't want to. So it can be a little uncomfortable coming and going by Uber (as opposed to most hotels where the car can pull up right to the front door)

The hotel in general is very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Great breakfast. The only weak point is that the property also has tenants and, sometimes, we found the elevators crowded, but this did not affect our stay.

A acústica nos quartos é péssima. Teve barulho de móveis arrastando, gente caminhando e etc o tempo todo, tanto de dia quanto à noite e até de madrugada. Reclamei na recepção e o atendente da madrugada disse que não tinha ninguém no apto acima do meu (últimos andares), mas os barulhos seguiram. As janelas e portas também não tem vedação de ruído. Não tem cortina black-out, a luz da manhã incomoda. Chuveiro comum, não é ducha, fraquinho. Box do chuveiro extremamente apertado. Suporte de papel higiênico mal posicionado no banheiro, atrapalha ao usar a privada. Não tem água quente na torneira do banheiro.

O hotel é espetacular para eventos no Allianz. Basta atravessar a rua e você está em frente à bilheteria e o portão A. Equipe muito prestativa e educada, bom café da manhã. O elevador é um pouco caótico por ser muito concorrido, assim como o primeiro estacionamento, que é descoberto. Mas tem um segundo estacionamento que é enorme, só que fica na segunda entrada do hotel, e quem está chegando tende a tentar entrar na primeira entrada, que normalmente está cheia, causando um certo transtorno por ter que sair de ré, uma vez que a entrada e saída desse primeiro estacionamento são no mesmo lugar. Em geral, tudo muito bom. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel.

O ambiente é muito aconchegante, bem limpo e cheiroso, os cômodos do quarto são bem amplos e confortáveis. Os funcionários nos atendeu de maneira bem solicita, inclusive na hora do check out.

Como em show no alianz Park … então a localização é ótima só atravessar a rua. Quartos norais sem aquecimento , apenas ar frio, fomos no final de semana de 15/06/2025 fazia frio e tivemos que pedir mais cobertas pois duas cobertas não foram suficientes . Um bom quarto sem luxo é muito conforto dentro do normal nada acima da média. O atendimento ótimo mais o quarto em si não faz jus ao valor.
