Hotel Nova Lapa is now Uniclass Hotel Lapa. Since July 2017, the third unit of the network is working to offer a new hotel in the western part of the city of São Paulo.
A new facade, reception, breakfast area and some rooms are already ready waiting for you. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and private parking with limited spaces charged separately.
As a courtesy, we offer high speed internet, breakfast and luggage storage for all guests. Staying at Uniclass Hotel Lapa is the best option, whatever the reason for your trip.
Strategically located a block and a half from Lapa train station, getting around São Paulo from the hotel is very easy! Come and see a show at Allianz Parque, settle matters at the Federal Police or work in the area and then rest quietly at our facilities.

The hotel food was great! Didn’t make it too breakfast as we sleeped in a little but the restaurant staff gave us some coffee and pastries and bread. The surrounding areas looks dangerous but we were ok . Hotel has no elevator and we had to walk thru the garage up a flight of stairs to get to our room. The lights go on and off senorsed besides that it was a great stay !

O café da manhã é simples, porém honesto e satisfatório. Oferece café, leite, suco, pão e iogurte — nada sofisticado, mas atende muito bem.
O quarto estava limpo e organizado. O chuveiro tinha água bem quente e funcionou perfeitamente, inclusive quando utilizei de madrugada, sem qualquer problema.
Fiquei hospedado no segundo andar e não tive incômodos com barulho externo, o que garantiu uma estadia tranquila.
A localização é outro ponto positivo: o hotel fica a apenas um quarteirão da Estação Trem da Lapa, facilitando bastante a locomoção.
No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva e com ótimo custo-benefício.

O hotel não tem mercados, padarias ou farmácias ao redor, precisa andar um pouco para encontrar. Fica próximo a estação de trem o que facilita o deslocamento, mas a noite a área não parece ser muito segura. Vale destacar que tem dois bares do lado que ficam com música alta e até tarde durante o final de semana e se a intenção for descansar, vc que lute, mas num geral até de bem

Quarto, café da manhã e atendimento muito bom, porém o que nos estressou um pouco foi o estacionamento, que além de ter pago a parte, é extremamente apertado, tivemos problema para sair, chegamos até a encostar no pilar, danificando um pouco o carro, seria interessante avisar o hóspede sobre esse problema antes de cobrar, pois o cliente pode ter escolha se vai deixar o carro ali ou não.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a hospedagem. Limpeza, conveniências (há restaurante no local que funciona até 22:45), muito perto da estação de trem (2 quarteirões) e vários comércio bem próximos.
Apenas dois incovenientes precisam ser registrados: não há acessibilidade (ficamos no 4° andar com acesso por escadas) e o barulho intenso dos bares na sexta e sábado (mas principalmente na sexta, com música que termina 00:00, mas continua com muito barulho dos frequentadores). Quem tem problema para dormir com barulho precisa estar atento a esse aspecto.

Bom custo benefício mas muito barulho
Inicialmente, preciso mencionar que o atendimento dos funcionários do estabelecimento é muito bom. Todos educados e solícitos. Café da manhã básico mas muito bom e bem servido. Estacionamento seguro e organizado. O único problema que tivemos,que causou certo incômodo, nem foi por culpa do hotel mas pelo barulho que aparentemente vinha de um prédio ao lado do quarto que estávamos. Muito barulho de brigas, mulheres e homens gemendo o tempo todo. Sinceramente, acho que nosso quarto era ao lado de algum “local duvidoso”. Isso prejudicou bastante que dormíssemos bem e pudéssemos descansar para a viagem, além de causar constrangimento. Então, por esse motivo, não escolheria esse hotel novamente. Recomendo que quando forem pegar um quarto, pegar nos andares mais baixos, talvez o barulho seja menor ou talvez nem ouça. Tivemos azar pela localização do quarto. É uma pena pois de resto o hotel é um bom custo-benefício.

Tudo muito bom , mas quando você faz a reserva o hotel diz que tem estacionamento e depois te dizem que as vahas são limitas e que você deveria ligar e reservar para ter uma vaga. Isso achei absurdo. Vale lembrar que se paga o estacionamento, até ai ok.

Achei meio desorganizado o serviço de quarto, saí por 2h30 e deixei o aviso na porta que o quarto poderia ser limpo, infelizmente estava da mesma forma quando voltei, no segundo dia a chave do quarto parou de funcionar e só descobri que precisava renovar ela na recepção todos os dias porque tive que perguntar o motivo de não conseguir entrar no quarto já que nada foi explicado anteriormente, o que é frustrante pra um hotel sem elevador você subir 3 andares de escada e precisar descer e subir novamente para resolver algo que nem estava sabendo. A comida do hotel é gostosa, apesar de provavelmente ser algo congelado, mas achamos o preço exagerado quando comparado as quantidades, principalmente a porção de arroz que é tristemente pequena, vale mais a pena comer na região onde pagará mais barato por uma quantidade realmente maior. mas considerando todo o resto a experiência foi boa, provavelmente pediremos um quarto no primeiro andar e não novamente no terceiro já que sentimos os degraus das escadas meio altos e desconfortáveis para subir varias vezes ao dia, principalmente considerando que tenho problemas de saúde que afetam em parte minha resistência fisica. Mas eles deixam claro que não possuem elevador pelo menos estão não fomos pegos de surpresa. Apesar de tudo o atendimento é bom, as pesskas são gentis e o ambiente é intimista e confortável, fora a localização conveniente e tranquila.
