We had a very bad experience from the beginning of our stay. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and we had to call several times before getting them cleaned. Then we had a terrible experience with my son's reservation, which was a duplicate booking! Before check-out, they assured us they would issue a refund, but we haven't received anything yet… In short, we are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of respect and disregard shown to us!

Breakfast is okay, a lot of baked variety and fresh pressed juice but the quality is mediocre.

Absolutely nothing complimentary in the room, no water no coffee drawers.

Housekeeping service varies depending on the staff. Overall clean room and well kept.

Valet service is very affordable and superb.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, closer to 2.5, 3 at best.

Location was good as the mall was a 5 minute walk. There is a nice park across the street as well. The breakfast was \"ok\" but not really great. About what you would expect at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express in the US. Rooms were very small but adequate.

Hotel rooms would not cool. The free breakfast was the worst I’ve had in Brazil and completely unsanitary. The fresh fruits and juices were room temperature at 6am. They don’t cool the hotel so the breakfast bar is completely disgusting. The restaurant food there was horrible as well. Too expensive for what you receive.

When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. The room was impeccably clean. Lunch was just right. I recommend it. I was attended to by Ana, Vanuzia, and the morning valets. Everyone was very kind, thank you for your service. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it.

Brasil is a place where mold grows fast. Bathrooms should receive special attention. Hallways could get a coat of paint and new carpet. The hotel is under renovation and maybe it is on their list. The breakfast is good, but staff should taste the juices prior to putting out for guests since more than once the juices were sour (azedo). Overall staff were friendly and helpful.

Dirty and problem

I had to request to have my shower cleaned and sanitized whrn i arrived because it had a lot of mold.

One night i came in and could not enter my room because the lock would not release and unlock. I went downstairs and management came up with a device to try to force it to unlock and that would not work. They moved me to another room on a different floor and when I came back to my original room they had to put a hole in the door to open the door. I moved all of my belongings out and into the new room which was cleaner than the first room I had.

Lastly, on my last day they ran out of food during breakfast and would not fix more food to accommodate everyone who was eating breakfast.

I will not go back.

Still a good place but with some problems

I was greeted and checked in by a really great man. He was very welcoming and informative.

I stayed in room 1305. The internet was REALLY slow and unstable. I have stayed on this floor a few other times and the internet was fine. Not sure why it was so bad this time.

My second day there a cleaning lady came to my room. Granted she didn't speak english but clearly informed her that my room was fine but I just needed my trash can emptied. She said nothing. Just looked at me and walked out of my room.

I had a friend coming over so therefore I had to empty my trash can into the trash can next to the elevator.

Later on that night I came back to the room and my bed was made. On the desk near the mini bar was a note in Portuguese. I couldn't read it and the hand writing was so bad that I couldn't translate it.

I booked this hotel for the feature of having a complimentary free airport shuttle and then I was told that they don’t do this service on weekends. why on hell you didn’t say that in the website!?? I needed to pay 45$R for uber where it should be for free. Another point I got this hotel as it is close to airport but it is not any close to the GRU.
