Nice stay, the hotel is a bit old and perhaps need some renovation in the future, location is good very close to good restaurants and shops. The best thing I can recommend this hotel is their happy hour free drinks and snacks :)

The room is ok, just very dark and gloomy but clean. The hotel is very convenient to a long mall with lots of shops and restaurants. What we didn’t like is the lounge area where you are only allowed to stay for 30 minutes each day which is ridiculous. It is stocked with free drinks etc but I’d rather they allowed us to stay as long as we liked instead.

The rooms were spacious and clean. However, it's a bit unfortunate that the bathroom ventilator doesn't work in all rooms.There were many amenities and a free lounge bar was available in the lobby. The best part was that all the staff were very friendly. The location was great for a trip to Sapporo.

I had a great stay! The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection, including vegetarian options. I also loved the special features: diy bath bombs and self-serve lounge access (it was really fun to try some new drinks!). I’d easily stay here again for another trip to Sapporo!

일본의 공휴일인 경로의날이라 대다수 병원이 휴진이어 매우 곤란한 상황이었으나 호텔 직원께서 의료지원센터를 찾아 한국어 상담을 할 수 있도록 도와주셨고, 구급차를 수배해주셨습니다.

호텔 직원여러분께서 도와주신 덕분에 아버지의 응급진료를 무사히 마무리할 수 있었으며, 현재 귀국하여 회복 중에 있습니다.

다시 한 번 직원여러분의 친절과 도움에 깊이 감사드립니다.

삿포로에 또다시 방문하였을 때, 다시 뵙겠습니다.

旅行中、父の急患により治療が必要な状況でした。

日本の祝日である敬老の日なので、大多数の病院が休診で非常に困難な状況でしたが、ホテルのスタッフが医療支援センターを訪れて韓国語の相談ができるように手伝ってくれて、救急車を手配してくれました。

ホテルのスタッフの皆様のおかげで父の応急診療を無事終えることができ、現在帰国して回復中です。

改めて、スタッフの皆様のご親切とご協力に深く感謝申し上げます。

立地もよく飲食店やコンビニも近くにあり便利。
清掃もしっかりとされていてその点が1番良かったです。

たまたまだと思うのですが加湿器の水を入れる容器の蓋の汚れが気になりました。お水も半分入っていたのですがいつのかな？と思いました。

個人的に無臭が好きなので外国風な部屋の匂いは無くてもいいかなと思いました。

総合的に見てとても良かったです！

Bus to niseko picks you up right outside this hotel which is why we booked. We had the Japanese style room which was a cool experience. Mats on the floor and all that but they were decent, we double stacked them. The pillows have rice or beans in them. If you’re looking for your best nights sleep ever, don’t book this room. It was one night and worth the experience. Everything was walkable and the amenities are really nice. Would stay again!

When we checked in, there is a chipped mug in the room. Room has very dim lighting. Both humidifier (noisy and water level didn't even change) and toilet bidet didn't work. Reception staff were not friendly at all.

Room size and breakfast are both ok.

Very disappointed as I had previously stayed in WBF Hakodate (before they rebrand to OMO5) and the standard level is not the same.

The location was good as it was just a short walk from the nearest exit with lift. The room was nice too. We were able to open the window to let cold air in as it got really stuffy after a while if the window remains closed. The bed was the most comfortable during our trip when I compared to the hotels we stayed in other cities. I also like the breakfast spread.

The location is great, close to the stations and near the action. We came for the snow festival and Odori Park is very close, this made it easy to go see both the Odori and Susukino site. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sapporo and want a nice clean hotel, like all hotels in Japan the room is small so this is nice for a couple, no more than 2 people.

Honestly breakfast timings can be improved

Everything was generally good except for the last morning when I was denied entry to breakfast, arriving at 9.40am. Yes the coupon says 9.30am last entry with service opened till 10am. I explained that I was just 10mins, I'm in a rush and will definitely be out by 10am. Or can I take some bread and eat elsewhere? No no no no, no better suggestion except sorry a hundred times. I spoke to front desk, wasn't better, not very customer friendly or smart. Such a small thing, it ended my stay at WBF Sapporo Chuo very poorly. Why don't they just change the timing and say everything closes at 9.30am? I will NEVER stay at a WBF hotel again.

Hotel is non-smoking. However, there's almost a lingering smell of smoke in the lobby, in the lifts and along the corridors. I believe the issue is that the hotel let the guest smoke near the car waiting area (which is connected to the automated car park) and often let the door between the car waiting area and the lobby. This really makes it unbearable for those collecting their cars and who are waiting at the lobby. Other than this, it was a great stay. The rooms are clean. The bunk beds (for the 4-bedder rooms) are great with the kids even though the rooms are not too big. Kids love the balt salt counter near the reception.

The room layout was good for my large family. It was clean and comfortable with additional WC and separate shower and bath area, More of us can get ready together. Location was convenient to walk around Sapporo city. I will use this hotel again when I return. I just wasn’t sure about the child surcharge for child over 7 years old, but paid for it anyway.

This is a compact, straightforward hotel, perfect for staying in a big city. It does everything well, without needing to pay top dollar for high end extras. The extras are all outside. Just around the corner is an elevator that takes you underground to the subway shopping and train systems; such that you can walk all the way from JR Sapporo to the hotel out of the weather. The shops and restaurants in this part of the city meet every taste. Being a stones throw from the fish market is also excellent.

I like that our room was bigger than the usual hotels in Tokyo. The room was clean, warm and had a big cozy bed perfect for your tired body after walking all day. The staff were very polite and the location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel WBF is close to Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, restaurants, shopping district and a few more attractions that every tourist should visit.

The layout of the room creates few areas to put/open your luggage. The air conditioner is centrally control and only allows off, low, medium and high settings. At the time of my stay, the air coming out is warm. Making the room quite warm and a bit uncomfortable.

I'll be back.

The whole room was clean. The bed was enormous and comfy. The pillows were good. The bathtub was deep enough to soak in. The AC worked great. The location was near bus stops, subway stations, and not too far from an airport bus stop, as well as near a bus terminal for traveling around Hokkaido, and a multitude of shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that there were no daily drinks included in the fridge, but at that point it's the epitome of nitpicking. I'm not sure I could do better for a hotel in Sapporo for the price-range.

Could leave our bags in the hotel at the start and end of our stay, hotel was very conveniently located near the Odori Tohou subway line (Namboku and Tozai were abit of a walk away). Closely located near exits 34 and 35, or 37 if elevator was needed. Our booking was for the Standard Cabin, 4 Bedrooms, Non Smoking, there was no smell of smoke, room was abit of a tight fit for 4 people and 4 bags but doable.

The location is conveniently located near the shopping streets. It's a 15-20 mins walk back to JR Sapporo station, but there's a nearby Exit that connects through an underground shopping street and subway, so you don't have worry about the weather.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station so not a bad walk if you arrive via JR. Also, it's close to Odori station. It is also close to Susukino area which is the nightlife and the ramen alley! The hotel was clean when I first walked in and it was a speedy check-in without any complications. The hotel room was clean when I first walked in and also on a regular basis.

Our stay was awful. We checked in at 2:40pm and was told by staff that our luggage is already in the room ur we cannot have access to the room until 3pm. I've never encounter that before especially since the room was available. Then when we returned and got access to the room, the room was smoky along with the hallway and we had reserved a min-smoking room. When we called and they switched our room down one level, they did not assist us with our luggage and told us to take them down ourselves. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone

Received very good service from the hotel staff. It is not stated but parking is available at the hotel for 1200 yen per night. Location is good, Nijo market, odori park were all within walking distance. We chose not to have make up room service and to our surprise, a paper bag containing toiletries and fresh towels/pajamas were inside.

立地最高です！フロントのドリンクサービスと30分のラウンジでホッとひと息付くことが出来ました。ビール飲み放題は素晴らしいと思います。私はアルコール飲まないのでソフトドリンクをもう少し種類があると嬉しかったです。以前来た時はナポリンの缶がありましたが今回は無かった(寂)雪遊びグッズが置いてあったのもよかったです。
気になった点は、フロント受付で前に来ても挨拶しない、笑顔もなくチェックイン時の説明も上から目線の印象の方が一人いて残念でした。他の受付の方はとても感じが良かったので教育して欲しいと思いました。エレベーターは2機ありますがどっちもボタンを押さないといけないタイプで少々面倒。部屋は少し埃っぽい。ドリンクサービスで使用したマグカップをどこに戻していいか分からず、部屋に溜まっていった。お風呂の床がベコベコと柔らかい素材？で床が抜けるんじゃないかと少し心配になった笑。もう一度言いますが、立地は最高です！お世話になりました。

住宿費用挺高的，不過這附近都差不多，可能跟地點和日期有關。房間不是很大免強放了行李還能有小小通道，沒有洗衣機是住長時間的困擾。每日能使用大廳30分鐘空間，有簡單的小點心和酒類、飲料，每天外面回來後先來大廳休息一下挺不錯的。

위치 : 코너 돌면 바로 지하 상가로 내려갈 수 있어서 좋음. 엘레베이터는 횡단보도 한번 건너야함.
방 상태 : 깔끔 그 자체. 호텔 전체 컨셉이 원목이라 무게감 있게 따뜻한 느낌임. 슈페리어 더블룸에서 묵었는데 큰 케리어 2개를 수용 가능했지만 살짝 불편함은 있었음. 창문은 밖이 안보였음.
기타 : 라운지 이용 30분이 좋았음. 맥주 2-3잔 정도 마시면서 하루를 정리하는 시간이었음. 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠음.

In my case, I was assigned the supposingly the unlucky room, where next door building was several feet away and the window only opens a bit. No window scenary and sun light. I was stuck there for a week, without seeing any sunlight from my room. There seems 2 rooms of this setup every floor, so if you are unlucky one...
