Everything was ok, except there was no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. I asked for hot water and paid for it! Also, one of the three elevators was out of order for several days, and due to the large number of passengers, we waited a long time for the elevators.

Dirty shower upon arrival. Except for the bed and a powerful shower, everything is garbage. TV didn’t work and The guest service never made an attempt to get me a better room. The breakfast (extra charge) it’s as good as any 2 star hotel. The front desk never asked me if I had a car, or provided information where to park, I had to figure it out. There is people walking around the parking area, that approach the hotel guest at anytime to sell “payers”. I was approached from behind at 11:30 pm as I was getting my luggage from the trunk , and there is no security. NOT SAFE. TOO EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH!!!

Smelly carpets - Do not believe photos

The photos show rooms renovated with no carpet, but I was put on the 6th floor which is all carpeted and old. First I was put in room 602 that had wallpaper coming off the wall, smelly carpet and two single very uncomfortable beds. I could not sleep the first night. The next morning I asked to change rooms to a room with a double bed and no carpet. I was put in 622 with a much nicer king bed and more comfortable, but still carpeted. The hallway carpet smelled so bad it was hard to breath. I think it is from chemicals they spray on it, although I am not sure.

Quite a businessy hotel but has a good sized room, a good pool and sunbathing area, small gym and sauna. Breakfast was good. Only notes were they only have one bin by the loo for loo paper, but none for normal rubbish/recycling in bedroom. Also no drinking water available at reception which was annoying when wanting to fill my bottle up.

Very good hotel, with excellent facilities. Across the street from Brasilia Shopping. The hotel restaurant have amazing food. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The staff, from desk to cleaning ladies, are very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

I arrived at this hotel after a nearly 40 hour flight + connections, and was ready to crash. The check in service did not disappoint: folks were very knowledgeable and I ended up eating a very good meal. Further, I was able to get a great night of sleep, which is what I needed more than anything else.

Quality and comfort rated as average for a hotel of this category in Brazil. A bit outdated in my opinion
Checkin took about 20-25 mins which is longer than normal for any hotel, this is the only negative comment
Internet was not very reliable to use the different tools used today by the business traveler, although common in this type of hotel in Brazil
Very firm bed and AC was not very strong to manage a hot day in Brasilia.

I enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel it self was a perfect 10 The room was newly renovated, the staff was courteous and helpful, only minus comes to Brasilia it self, it is not made for people withe out a car. Be prepared to see streets with no side walks. If you have business in Brasilia this is the place to stay.

Solid, comfortable hotel.

Good room, air conditioning was a little noisy/ has a rattle at lower fan speeds, seems OK on max speed. A/c was missing its swing arm and had sticky tape in place of it. Room was quiet and comfortable, no noise from street (was on 5th floor) however some noise from corridor - doors slam quite loudly. The staff spoke English.

I also ate at the restaurant which was great, although it's not clear exactly where it is (needs better signage, including a sign for its opening hours). The restaurant has a nice wine cellar although not all of the wines on the menu are available. I ordered a (delicious) white wine which was served room temperature and should have been colder. Couldn't fault staff service, which was outstanding.

Be warned though the neighbourhood is FAR from a fresh grocery store and restaurants so it can be a little painful to go out for dinner/ go shopping. There is a shopping mall across the road but this doesn't have a grocery store, only a wal-mart style Lojas Americanas. Taxis wait outside the hotel in the morning though so youc an catch these anywhere you need to go.

Nice hotel, close to shopping centre

Like the rooftop pool and views of the city. All the hotels in Brasilia are in the same location, so the advantages and disadvantages of location. This one is across from a shopping centre with a number of coffee shops and restaurants, which is handy, especially if you're female and on your own.

Hotel is conveniently located, across from a shopping mall with and extensive array of food options and a local supermarket, a block away from the only food place open after 10 pm in the area (McDonalds). 7 min walk from the TV tower. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. It worked for us very well. People are kind at friendly, at the front desk they made a tour for us!! That was valuable.

Good \"Meat and vegs\" accomodation

This hotel is in a group of hotels, in Brasilia everything is grouped into Sectors so all the hotels are basically in the same \"hotel\" precinct ............... however, not all are on the side that faces directly across flat grass blocks towards the Olympic stadium which was used for the recent world cup soccer and, MUCH TO MY DELITE during my stay was being used for the performance of various Heavy Metal bands, no guessing which side of the hotel my room was on.

I was visiting Brasilia for a friends wedding and unfortunately on 2 of those nights there was a fair bit of loud \"rocking on\" coming from this stadium, unfortunately for this specific hotel they are in the worst location of the hotel precinct whereas other hotels are either further back or can shelter behind this one as a noise break.

The hotel is getting old and in need of refurbishment, if/when this occurs then the rates would be expected to rise relative to the improvements.

There is a nice mall directly across the road with a good range of modern shops and a laundry downstairs if you do not wish to use the hotel facilities.

The hotels condition and location were of note, the condition and it's current state will have to be updated at some stage, the location they can't do too much about which is regrettable.

The Staff however, like all at the other hotels I stayed at in Chile/Argentina/Brazil were excellent, they were friendly, helpful, professional and there was always someone who spoke English to assist

We were here for the World Cup and only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and spoke very good English. The location was ideal as it is down the street from the stadium. Rooftop pool was amazing!

The hotel would have been good except for a water leak outside my room. therefore there was noisy construction going on and they turned off the boiler in the night to fix things and then could not get it started again , so in the morning there was no water to flush the toilet or have a shower.They did bring me a bucket of water to flush the toilet. Then they called me to switch rooms but the bed in the new room was so hard that I couldn't sleep.Otherwise it would have been fine.

Booked onto 15th floor. Lights were flickering and dark, hallway had drywall issues on ceiling, kind of creepy walking down to our room. Once in room, stains on the carpet. Curtains falling off, ripped, and did not close. Seemed someone had smoked in our non-smoking room. For a room with 2 people, only 2 towels and a hand towel. Did not feel that room was very clean. Called to front desk to request a move and was told no, we are full. End of call. Lobby was a little worn and even the employees had torn uniforms. I work in the hotel business and this was unacceptable, will not recommend this hotel, nor stay there again.

this hotel is good value - lovely rooms and great breakfast. My only quip is that I'd prefer to have access to an iron myself - it doesn't always suit to have to wait for an ironing service, and it is very expensive if you are in a hurry.

Fui acondicionado em um apartamento onde a janela estava de frente ao pátio do estádio de futebol, onde estava acontecendo um show de punkrock, tornando impossível de dormir até as 3h da manhã. Contato na madrugada com o front desk impossível. òbvio ululante que a gerencia do hotel sabia do show e deveria ter alocado melhor os hospedes, ou informar, quando do check in o evento e suas consequencias, caso o hotel estivesse lotado, o que nao estava. Decepcionante e pior, cansativo.

Classifiquei como boa, pois nada me surpreendeu para um Grand Mercure. Checkin foi rápido, apesar de ter que refazer o cadastro, mesmo tendo antecipado o checkin online. Quarto bem espaço, com cama e chuveiro excelentes. Opções de frigobar muito a desejar. Café da manhã estava bom, mas nao posso classificá-lo como muito bom ou excelente tendo como referencia outros Grand Mercure da rede. Academia fraca. Provavelmente, não ficaria novamente pela relação custo-benefício.

Quarto amplo, limpeza ok , piscina ok (gelada poderiam climatizar ) academia poderiam por mais equipamentos híbridos , café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar nas reposições e qualidade de alguns pães , por dois dias tinha pão de forma seco e duro , mensageiros super atenciosos,meninas da limpeza ótimas , pessoal do balcão alguns ok outros nem tanto ( mau humorados ) no geral tudo certo , mas esperava um pouco mais pela categoria !!

A staff perfeita, ofereceu um upgrade de quarto gratuito porque estávamos com um bebê, para termos mais espaço para o berço. O berço ótimo, de verdade, nada daqueles improvisados ou portáteis. Café da manhã impecável como sempre, incluindo alimentação saudável para bebês. Staff novamente superando espectativas, servindo café quente na mesa e quando questionamos sobre a máquina não fazer capuccino, a atendente prontamente foi fazer um para nós.

Um hotel com uma excelente localização, um excelente valor da diária, um café da manhã bacana, atendimento espetacular, mas que peca em coisas: um elevador estava quebrado e com aparência de que não havia pouco tempo disso ou que estava em manutenção. Com isso, somente dois funcionavam para vários hóspedes distribuídos em 15 andares. O ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava direito e fazia um barulho com frequência.
