We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy and convenient parking, and close to everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and breakfast was a real highlight with a great variety of high-quality options.

First I’d like to say that the staff was amazing mainly a guy named Roger at the reception who helped us all the way during our stay. He was gentle , efficient , polite; a pleasure to deal with . The location of the hotel was good and made it easy to move around. You definitely need a car in this city. The property itself is not noisy , but the surrounding bars make a lot of noise and it seems nobody cares about it ; it takes time to fall asleep . The property is getting dated and needs renovation. Initially we were placed in a not very nice room , but after I discussed with front desk about the state of the room we were moved to a better room although the room’s floor was really dusty and walking bare feet was not good . The hotel apologized about the room being not satisfactory and sent us a beautiful basket with fruit and champagne which was very kind and we did appreciate it . The king suite Junior level gives you access to a private lounge where we can get the check in done, also breakfast in a more exclusive environment and some snacks and beverages during the day which was nice. I think that the staff made our stay worthwhile because the hotel was lacking.
The restaurant was good and so it was the gym , although both are not run by the hotel .
Parking was a bit of a challenge as the parking ticket did not worked properly to open the barrier to allow us to get out; although the service is offered by the hotel at a cost , it is outsourced like the gym and restaurant.

Overrated. The property is under renovation and during the day, the noise in the room is unbearable. The room was dated and the shower was rather unpleasant.
Service is understaffed over the weekends, room cleaning was minimal (with indulgence) and bar staff is overwhelmed with only few customers. The gym was nice, the pool to be avoided. Massage was fantastic tho provided by a third party. Many thanks to the lounge team. Will not return or recommend. Needs a lot of work both on the property and management.

We only stayed one night, it was a comfortable stay. We required valet parking, however there was no one available to help us when we arrived which made checking-in more stressful than it needed to be - but when it was sorted it was good to know our car was safely parked nearby. The hotel has good amenities, clean comfortable room and breakfast was great.

The hotel was amazing but was disappointed with hotels.com cost. My colleagues used the site directly and paid half the price that I did. I always used hotels.com thinking I am getting a good price, apparently not. Very disappointed with hotels.com price.

Dissapointed that info in room was different from realist - it suggested that level lounge was open on Friday till 12 midnight - it was note and no level facility was offered nor any alternative eg vouchers for bar - found this a disappointment and staff were very unsympathetic - if you book level you expect some service even at weekends - most unsatisfactory

I stay often - mainly it’s a very nice hotel with good food, but there are three areas it is poor…

1. It’s often cold in Brasilia and the heating it totally inadequate. I stayed in late May and again in early July and the room was very uncomfortably cold

2. I find The smart TVs never work and can never tune into Netflix - maybe I’m unlucky with the room but I pay extra to get a deluxe room - only to find this problem

3. The wifi is not really good enough - it’s very intermittent

For being the MOST PRESTIGIOUS hotel in Brasilia, This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Understanding that we were in the middle of a pandemic, we booked this hotel specifically because it was a five-star hotel and we didn’t think that we were going to be treated so poorly. We knew certain facilities in the hotel would be closed. But not having basic necessities for a comfortable night of sleep is just unacceptable. The hotel room that was assigned to us at the front desk (a king size bed for a couple). Upon entry to the room (one pillow on the bed and one towel in the bathroom.
Front desk check in agent wasn’t very polite either.
We called for a glass and were told they couldn’t provide it, because room service had closed at 9pm.
The room was very outdated so don’t let the fancy lobby fool you !
We had originally booked the room for two nights but honestly couldn’t wait till we got out of there.
Upon check out , we tried to explain to the agent at the desk about our situation, and we were told that “everything you asked for, you got it, didn’t you ?”.....(obviously not). There was no empathy or compassion whatsoever. There are better options in Brasilia!

Unfortunately they did not inform us of doing repairs to the hotel.
We had a room 512 on the 5th floor and at 8am on both Saturday and Sunday started the workmen which made enough noise to not let anyone enjoy a sleep in over the weekend.
I understand that work needs to be done but 8am on Saturday and Sunday is not really the most suitable time.

The service is great but 3 out of 7 days had issues with the elevator so I had to take 10 floors up and down, also the AC in the room didn't work very well and the water in the shower was always just about lukewarm. Otherwise location is very convenient and the breakfast buffet is pretty good though heavy on carbs. Also, the wifi worked well the first few days but then barely worked during my last few days.

Pool is nice, the gym in tower D is amazing!
Nice smart TVs in the rooms. They have input panels for the TV, but the inputs don't work.
Wifi is pretty good. No wired internet.
The mattress is just ok
Electrical fixtures are a little dated.
The Level club is nice. Drank there every night!
Overall a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was fine- nothing special. I had a nice little kitchenette with an electric kettle and the bed was relatively comfortable. Lots of water pressure. When I arrived, the entire check-in system and internet was down, but despite being really early since I was coming off an overnight flight, they still let me into a room to clean up while they waited for the system to come back up. There was a snafu with room service (charged incorrectly for wine, then the credit card machines wouldn't work, then they knocked on my door after 9pm to get me to sign the slip) but ultimately they worked it all out. Staff was friendly, but they didn't have any plug converters they could lend me as I had forgotten mine, but at the end of the day, allowing me to check-in early and their attentiveness made it a pretty good stay.

I liked everything about the hotel, the breakfast was nice the rooms were beautiful and large. The customer service was really good and people are helpful. I liked that I could get room service in the evening for dinner but I didn’t like that there wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel that I could go to for dinner. I liked that Internet computers were easily accessible and the staff was helpful when I needed to use the computers. Overall, I thought the hotel was a really great hotel and the room quality and size exceeded my expectation as well as the customer service!

I stayed 1 night as a stopover before flying out the following day. The hotel was well maintained with very comfortable beds and the staff were friendly. There isn't much around the hotel (at least that I found in my short trip) but most things are available with a short taxi ride. Overall would stay again.

Beware: Melia is three hotels and not as advertise

The Melia hotel is split across multiple tower blocks with different receptions, rooms, restaurants and pools. I stayed in Tower F which did not look like the photos. The reception of the main hotel looked much better than F.

This should really be listed as three hotels as the products are not compatible. If you book try to get a room in the main hotel and ask for a room like the photos.

Escolhi o Meliã Brasil 21 após avaliar hotéis de padrão semelhante na Asa Hoteleira Sul e a experiência superou qualquer expectativa. A estrutura é excelente, a acomodação é confortável, tudo funciona com precisão e cuidado. O que realmente diferencia o hotel, no entanto, é o fator humano. Desde a chegada, fui recebida com uma atenção que não é protocolar, é genuína. Não recordo o nome de quem me acolheu no primeiro dia, mas deixo aqui o registro: trata-se de um profissional ímpar. A forma como conduziu o atendimento foi elegante, sensível e extremamente eficiente. Ele não apenas realizou o check-in, ele me fez sentir acolhida. Durante a hospedagem, tive uma intercorrência intestinal e, a partir desse momento, ficou evidente o nível de comprometimento da equipe. Recebi ligações, acompanhamento e cuidado real. Não era procedimento, era interesse genuíno. Isso não se ensina, isso revela cultura organizacional. É um hotel em que as pessoas são humanas antes de serem funcionários, e isso transforma completamente a experiência. Saio com a sensação de que fui cuidada, não apenas hospedada. Recomendo sem qualquer ressalva e, mais do que isso, levo comigo a decisão consciente de priorizar a rede em outras viagens, no Brasil e fora dele.

Fiquei 1 noite. Quarto estava limpo. Toalhas não estavam muito cheirosas. Controle da TV não funcionava, tive que pedir para trocarem, depois que trocaram, a TV não conectava no wifi.

Achei que um hotel desse nível que cobra o valor que eles cobram deveria entregar um serviço melhor. Pra mim não valeu o valor pago.
