I have stayed at this hotel about 30 days in total. It is a wonderful place to stay. The shower water pressure is the best I have ever had. On this stay the hotel's wifi was not good. Most days I received a your network is unstable messages from my electronic devices. One day the wifi was out entirely. The front desk only offered an I am sorry, with no additional information on when or if it was expected to be on. The staff speak very little English, I recommend have a translator or translator app. It's close to the train lines and many restraunts. I have another stay booked for 15 days.

This is my favorite hotel to go when i'm in Tokyo for a short stay and flying in/out of Narita. The hotel is literally connected to the train station. It is very clean, has all the basic amenities and full spread of breakfast buffet at an affordable price. It is also walking distance to some malls and grocery stores.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and didn’t feel worth the price. Each bed only had one small, uncomfortable pillow, which made sleeping less comfortable. Main complaint is the WiFi — it was generally poor, especially in the evenings. I’d love to return, but the unreliable internet is a real drawback.

L'endroit était très propre et silencieux. C'était la première fois que je faisais un check-in dans un établissement aussi prestigieux et le personnel a été très aidant. Service très professionnel. De ma chambre, je voyais la station de départ de la ligne Yukarigaoka, ce qui était vraiment agréable. Les environs sont biens adaptés aux piétons, et il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer avant d'aller à Tokyo, je recommande cet hôtel, vous y serez traités comme des rois

The room was tiny and bathroom was compact as many Japanese business hotels are. A big contract to a grand entrance hall and banquet facilities. It was clean and a very pleasant stay.

I’ve had great time at Wishton hotel Yukarigaoka, staff were very polite, ready to help at every corner and it was very clean and hygiene. It is relatively close to the airport and right on Yukarigaoka station. It’s a bit far from Tokyo ( over an hour by train) but if you prefer to be in the Centre of tourist and action this hotel probably not for you. I wanted to see bit of everything Narita city for night life, Sakura city to see old Japan and Yachiyodai to check out Bar Flair (westerner clean and quit bar of course was quite before I’ve got there). I give 4.5 star to this hotel

We arrived around midnight and getting into the hotel was not easy. All the entrances were closed and the signs informing us of where to go were not in English. We finally figured it out and it was easy from there. They had our reservation and we checked in easily. Room was clean and stockedbwith amenities. Good service and easy checkout process.

The hotel entrance is surprisingly attached to the train station and it was a big help during freezing time when you do not want to walk outdoor any further. The location is very good since just next to the station. You must be careful if you are heading to the Narita airport from this hotel. It is no problem from Narita airport. Just get a local train. But be careful if you are heading to Narita airport from this hotel. You must get off Sakura or Narita (not airport) station and switch to Narita Airport train. Local trains run only every 20 minutes, plus need to switch train which head sto Narita Airport, you must be make sure you have enough time to reach to the airport. Otherwise, great price, one of the best hotel where I stayed at this budget.

Great room for a one night stay! We had an early flight and decided to stay here the night before in order to get to the airport easily in the morning. The room is very small by Western standards, but was still very clean. It is a great value if you just need a bed for the night, but would not recommend if you want to lounge in a hotel room all day. The hotel is very conveniently located to the train station and I was surprised how quiet the hallways were. I will stay here again! Everything was wonderful!

The staff is very professional and the rooms are very clean. For a large hotel this place is run very well. My only complaint is the key device that you use for the room includes a ~10-12 cm long rigid bar that you have to carry around. I wish the hotel would allow you to leave this part of the key in your room. Its just old technology and such a minor complaint that its the only thing I can even write. Just by changing the way the key ring works so the door key and the bar fob could be temporarily parted would be nice. Still 5 out of 5 for comfort, quality, value, location, and service

It's my second time to stay at the Wishton. Location is convenient. Staff are attentive. Rooms are clean. It is likely due to security but it is difficult to enter the hotel after 11 am. We could only find stairs as the doors from the parking lot and 1st floor entrance were closed. I wish we understood better about this at check-in.

フロントスタッフの愛想がなく、また対応が素っ気なく冷たく感じました。ホテルの設備は問題ないのですが、私が泊まって部屋のトイレが部屋の中央にあり、扉の下側も隙間が開いていたため、音が丸聞こえでした。家族だからそこまでは気になりませんでしたが、カップルとかなら嫌だろうなと思ってしまいました。
