Great staff although, some fixtures in our room were broken and when I sprained my knee after a fall out by the beach, they wouldn’t provide urgent ice unless I paid for it. Someone should also look into the cockroach issue. The air conditioning was noisy and not adjustable. We wouldn’t return.

I had check-in at 14.00, it was impossible to get the room even 10min before. Staff didnt even check if it was ready, just replied ”check-in 14.00”

The staff was great. The property is nice but needs updating. Our bathroom needed alot of renewing. Lots of mold/mildew in the grout. Room furniture needed replacing. We made the best of it though, but it shows on expedia as a four star and probably was years ago. It is in a great location for walking and the beach.

The hotel is under renovations, so all the restaurants and whatnot may not be open on the property yet, but you do get a discount if you book it around now. The hotel room itself is 4-star quality, and as you probably already know, the location is prime.

The best room with a view

We uograded to a front sea facing room & it was amazing to wake up to the beautiful view. The hotel had so much such a bowling ally snooker room two pool areas. Again ciuld do with a few more sunbeds but overall the hotel is really nice.

Very good Hotel conveniently located near the beach and the best part of Jomtien.
Service and staff was amazing and the pool is a beautful design and lights up nicely in the evening. Breakfast is a great offering and the rooms are great as well.
The issue I had ( same as the other big hotels ) is the lack of avalability of pool chairs. Guest come earlyin the morning and put towels on the pool chairs and dont retun until later in the day. So people arriving after 8:00am cannot use the pool. So we stayed there a few days but were unable to use this amazing pool. I would suggest maybe a reservation charge or a houly charge. I heard other guests who who had the same issue as well.
That being said the overal value is so good that we will return 100% and bring additional guests with us.

I booked a OCEAN VIEW room for three nights in July. Room I selected was two queen beds for my wife, myself and my son (14). Got a room at the back of the property, were you could technically see the ocean if you kind of leaned out a little you could see it, 300-400 meters away. The check in is listed as NOON on the website and when we arrived at 12:30, we were told that check in is 2pm, even when we showed our reservation listing noon as the time, and showed them their own website still listed noon as check in, they didn’t care. We were placed in the rear tower of the resort because the front tower is reserved for tour buses of people that come for a day and more to the next stop the next.

Room was three single beds harder than rock, a/c that barely works and a TV that would work for a little, then not work for another day or so.

Pool was nice. Beach is awesome. Staff semi rude to full on “fire this one now” rude.

Stayed here three years ago and it was 5 stars. Not that way anymore.

Will NOT be choosing this place ever again.

En gång ett fint hotell. Nu behövs en ordentlig upprustning! Utslitna sängar /allt känns 70-80 tal! Läget är mycket bra så det är synd att man inte rustar upp. Frukosten är ok men bullrig. I poolen har man en mycket viktig policy som ingen håller på.. markerade solsängar men få människor. Inga poolskötare heller. Och fullt av växtdelar i poolen. Restaurangen får dock toppbetyg! Och läget. Bra service från dörrvaktmästaren!

両サイドコネクティングルームなので
無理やり開けようとノックを繰り返すDQNに
悩まされた。
壁が薄すぎるのとドアに閉める度に爆音が響き渡る。

ベットサイドにはコンセントが無く、携帯を充電しながら使えません。

立地が最高なのに、他が酷すぎて絶対に
オススメできません。

団体様が1夜だけ泊まるホテルなので
静かにジョムティエンで過ごしたいなら
他のホテルを探しましょう！

The rooms were dated for sure, but relatively clean, although I had to have the maid sweep the room floor again, and even after that still found hair and other dirt on the floor that prompted me to change rooms. The second room was smaller so there were no customer retention incentives were offered for the poor quality such as room upgrades or discounted room rates. The room was smaller which was disappointing and would be the limiting factor probably should I have a chance to return to the area as I would not feel I would be compensated should the room not be up to par as expected. The Hotel Grounds were, however, very nice, well maintained, and manicured landscapes were very relaxing. The surrounding area was a bit limited though. Although the Night Market was about a 10-15min walk away, it was about all that was in the area worth the walk. I think I would rate this property just above the halfway mark due to the lack of care in giving two rooms that were not cleaned well and ended up with a smaller room that I had to sleep in while the dirty floor was still an issue. however, I'm sure this was not a regular issue and may have just been my bad luck at the time.

Had booked in for 5 nights only stayed 2 as wasn’t happy with having to go to reception to get connections.plus couldn’t sleep with the noise. On a positive close to many restaurants etc.

Lobby AC not working. Very poor breakfast. Rude Front Desk staff. In room: fridge didn’t work, list 10 pens of insulin. Bathroom mold & mildew. Flees in the room. Linens and towels soiled.
All 6 rooms had same condition. Need full refund. Complained upon check In but management refused. Expedia was ignorant in the situation from day one.

Underwhelmed and Disappointed. NOT a 4-star hotel.

I was very unimpressed with this hotel.

I had just come from a 5-star hotel in Bangkok. We booked this 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was more like a 2-star experience.

This property is incredibly dated. It's way past its heyday. While the lobby is well-maintained, it's ugly. There is always a kind doorman, but the reception staff was consistently apathetic, nor did they smile. The elevators to the floors were without a/c and were the hottest part of the building.

The hotel lies on the hotels.com website. Under other information, it says \"Smoke-free property\". Then they say, \"723 smoke-free guestrooms.\" They have a total of 723 rooms. Look at the pictures I attached. My friend's initial room was so overwhelmed with a smoke smell that he requested to change rooms. His new room didn't smell like smoke, but also had ash trays. My third friend also had ash trays. Even the pictures chosen on the website show ash trays in the room! Very deceiving!

The room itself was dated and ugly. Please note: the pictures you see at the beginning are *suites*. Click through to find pics of YOUR room. The beds were hard and cheap. It felt like a university dorm room. The wifi wasn't working on day 2 and 3. It took 3 complaints to get it fixed. The wifi login process is complicated and buggy.

The breakfast was basic. To its credit, it had lots of options, but they felt cheap.

When hotels.com asked for a partial refund, the hotel refused. So disappointing.

Very nice place had a deluxe room with beautiful view, very nice international buffet breakfast, the room service food was good as well, the staff was very helpful and took care of thing immediately. My only complaint is the internet there was on and off, not strong. Location was great you could walk to many restaurants, massage places and shops. The beach right across the way. There’s no travel/tourist desk but they could arrange a taxi for you for any location you wanted to visit.

A part from the location in Jomtien, the room and bed didn’t comfy me at all. I could hear noise from a room next door and even a room upper floor bang something disturbing my bedtime. Good thing about here is a room size but compared to the worthiness. No clear signage from the car park to the lobby nor between two buildings in front and back
I wont stay here agin and wont recommend this hotel.
