een pareltje van rust en gezelligheid, net buiten het drukke pattaya, maar toch op loopafstand van bruisend leven. Strand direct over de deur. En een tuin wat je het gevoel geeft dat je in een sprookjeswereld komt. Eigenaars zijn dagelijks aanwezig, en begroeten iedereen persoonlijk, met de vraag of alles naar wens is. Al het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk, en behulpzaam. Bij het afscheid, nog een leuke attentie van de eigenaars. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en een echte aanrader wanneer je graag rustig zit, en van een gemoedelijke persoonlijke sfeer wil genieten

Being from Las Vegas, we know 5-star service and quality. I appreciate everything from the incredible room with a balcony to the small touches (the owner introducing herself to every guest at breakfast with a small flower and the complimentary late check-out). The staff was very friendly and, as Deborah (owner) had mentioned, many had been with her for 10+ years. I enjoyed using the top-quality toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/body gel/lotion). This was important as it set the high-quality standard of the resort. The grounds, tropical plants, and trees set the table for a private, intimate, and enjoyable stay. I would say this is in sync with a Four Seasons resort. Thanks again, Deborah, and I look forward to our trip next year.

Exceeded all of my expectations.

Rabbit Resort lived up to everything one would hope for. It's clean, convenient to all, and the staff is so charming and helpful. It's like staying in a little Thai village. What impressed me the most is how involved Deborah, the owner, is in every detail. She made it a point to interact with guests everyday. I enjoyed the little flowers she brought to us each morning. Her staff shares her passion and it is obvious in everything they do. The food was also top notch. It was a wonderful relaxing experience and I will be back again for sure.

An oasis in Pattaya. Deborah and her entire team provide a world class environment away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. The pool is a great escape if you don’t want to go into the ocean. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast, restaurant, coffee shop and French bakery are all great. Finally, the staff is lovely and provides excellent service. Would recommend!

I love the tranquility, the staff's friendliness, and the spacious rooms. Jomtien is a great area to stay. It is close enough to the sights and nightlife of central Pattaya, yet far enough to retreat to a quiet spot. I don't know of a place I would rather stay in Pattaya.

Very nice complex directly across from beach with all needs. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended location for people looking for quite place to vacation. Rooms are very clean and a good size. Showers are hot and towels a great size. Some units have separate bedrooms for extra people or children. One adult pool and one children’s pool which are monitored. Breakfast has ample options for everyone. Bakery on site as well as a restaurant for dinner.

This resort is truly one of a kind. Such a beautiful oasis entirely different from the rest of the other hotels in Pattya. Out of all of our travels to Thailand (our 3rd time), this is the only boutique hotel that feels like home. Deborah, the owner would greet the guests every morning during breakfast. She goes out of her way to make sure you have anything you need. She was able to book us a separate night before our flight back home. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality Deborah. We look forward to staying here every time we come back to Pattya.

This is a nice place for a couple or a small family- there’s a fold out couch as well as a king in my room.
I’d recommend getting a room by the pool, but the other units are quieter and secluded.
The restaurant was very good. Overall, it was slow for me, so I opted to move into town, but it’s a cute hotel with several buildings with 2-4 units each

It as an absolute joy to return to the Rabbit Resort Pattaya for our holiday! This was our second stay and our week on the property was relaxing, quiet, and filled full of attentive service, smiling staff, delicious breakfast, a delightful on property cafe and bakery, and a true \"tropical\" experience on the grounds. The owners live on property and are highly visible with guests, interacting with all newcomers and ensuring daily interactions with all guests to ensure our stay is exceptional. We will return again and again!

They were so nice from the time we got there until we got in our cab to leave. They helped us with everything we asked and gave us advice and tips about the local area. We couldn’t recommend this place more. We will absolutely be going back. The property was beautiful and the rooms were comfy and very nice. All right across the street from the beach.

Rabbit Resort is the place to stay

Rabbit Resort is an oasis in the middle of Dongtan Beach in Pattaya. It is close to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, but just outside so that you get the feel of a resort in the city. The bungalows are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The service from the staff was top rate. The breakfast was extensive and changed on a daily basis. It was varied and suitable for many tastes. The staff helped us find our way to Walking Street in Pattaya city and gave us advice on how to get back to the hotel.

Right after we left the resort we booked our next stay- well, it means everything. We stayed for a week. It was our first visit to the Rabbit Resort and our first time in Jomtien/Dongtan. We loved both. Two very nice pools, Hidden in a nice forest with many birds and squirrels. The rooms are Thai style, nice and clean, short walk (5-10 min) to quite a few good restaurants and bars .Beach front and sea view from the restaurant where breakfast is served. And…above all there is Deborah, the owner and her team that gives you the best service. Deborah is very much involved, helpful, and kind. She helped us a lot with good tips about where to eat and go. We are booked for our next stay in a few month- next and probably not last.

Rabbit Resort was a great find. If you’ve been to Pattaya you know how crazy the place can get. Rabbit Resort is a calm and serene enclave and you would never know that the hustle and bustle of Pattaya is just a two minute walk away. It’s like staying in an old Thai village. Beautiful gardens and trees and flowers around the pools. The rooms were decorated traditional Thai style and super comfortable. Great bathroom with a big stone shower and lots of hot water. They were all ready for us at check in and that was smooth. The staff are all wonderful and go the extra steps to anticipate what you need and take care of you. This is a perfect romantic spot. There are lots of private spots and vignettes to take pictures and plenty of space around the pools. There’s a bar and restaurant on site and the buffet breakfast was delicious looking out over the beach road and to the ocean. The beach is a great place to walk along at sunset. Bring a rabbit to donate to the museum!

This place was such a wonderful respite!! I booked it because I wanted to feel like I was in nature and away from the urban hustle (and because I love dogs and it's dog friendly) and it was perfect. Room was huge and lovely, balcony overlooking the green was perfect. And the pools were very quiet and peaceful - exactly what I was hoping for. Deb and the entire staff were also so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great! You're also right on the beach so it's really convenient. If you're working remotely, wifi is great and room TVs have streaming capabilities. Huge thanks, to everyone for recharging me. I would stay here again!

Unique property that has amazing feel of an oasis in the city. The owner of the property is there to greet you and usually checks in on you during the breakfast hours. I've had a pretty bad allergy when we first moved in since the AC filter was dusty and when notifying the staff, they went above and beyond to clean everything in the room thoroughly. Our room was a bit outdated but it didn't bother us at all. The breakfast has all the food you need. There is one adult pool and one kid's pool. The staff are all kind and willing to help. We did feel welcomed there. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit and if we plan to come back to Pattaya again, Rabbit Resort is on the top of the list for us.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Rabbit Resort. We stayed in an upstairs room with a lovely view of the forest area and our room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were wonderful, the service was the best I’ve ever experienced in Asia- super attentive, hard working and friendly. The adult only pool was superb, breakfast was lovely and different options each morning, the hotel owner Deborah was super friendly and gave some good local recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay- we’d recommend to absolutely anyone!

OMG. My favorite place to stay when I'm Pattaya. I think this is my fourth or fifth time here. In January, i stayed at 3 other Pattaya hotels. I still think Rabbit Resort is best. I love the setting. The food options. The beach umbrella/lounge chair vendors. The nice beach. Downside is that if you are in Pattaya for day and night party scene, this isn't it. For that, stay in Central Pattaya. Rabbit Resort has the feel of a village, but all are good size, comfortable, yet rustic rooms. An average breakfast buffet in the morning, but the espresso shop, bakery, pot shop, and restaurant on site are all delicious. I'll be back in October. Lastly, the owners live on site and their attention to detail and desire to exceed expectations are on full display.

Breakfast is basic, tasty and healthy options like fresh salad adds a nice touch. Adjoining patisserie didn't break my heart and nice chats with Mrs. Rabbit (and Bunny the doggo) made for an enjoyable, memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Charming tucked away relaxing resort. Across the road from the beach w/ in-house restaurants, snacks, soda and coffees; walking distance to other restaurants, water park and entertainments. More subdued and laid back than Pattaya (20 mins by car / taxi - 300 BHT).

This is a wonderful small resort located in South Pattaya and is adjacent to the public beach which is literally a few steps across a small road. This is an older resort but is well maintained and clean. The resort is well landscaped and has a very quiet and secluded feel to it, especially the pool area. The terrace/ dining area overlooks the beach. The breakfast buffet was great and was included in the room price and provided a very good variety of eastern and western selections. This is an older resort but is well maintained and clean. We stayed in the upper level of a duplex building and the room was a very spacious suite with all of the amenities one would expect in a higher end resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and we were fortunate to have met the resort owner, who was very welcoming and made sure that our needs were addressed. My only regret was that my stay there was short. My wife and I plan to stay there again in the future. My wife and I travel frequently and we would highly recommend this resort.

The grounds are very large, quiet, well kept and secure. The bungalows while not new are very nice and the entire hotel is romantic. It is directly across from the beach which does not have a lot of people. It’s family friendly with 2 pools, one primarily for children and the other for adults. The owners, husband and wife, (California lady and Thai gentleman) are very pleasant and attentive. The food, both Thai and Western were good and priced appropriately for the quality of hotel. The buffet breakfast, included with the room was wonderful. All of the staff went out of their way to help. I look forward to staying there again upon my return to Pattaya

It is recommended.

I have been to Rabbit Resort a few years ago. The standard has remained consistently good. However, motorcycle rockers with their loud machines romp there from time to time, and that makes a lot of noise. A little more traditional Thai food would not be too bad. In times of Covid 19 ,this would be very useful, then you would not have to move to other places. In any case, the resort is recommended.

A fantastic Thai Garden Hotel

I chose Rabbit Resort to soak up the character of Thailand. The green lush garden surroundings, the Thai character buildings. Some of the furniture is tired looking because it is genuine, not modern repro. The location is great right on the beach, especially now the road is pedestrianised by day.
The adult pool separate Ftom the child pool is good.
I would definitely come back.

A calm little oasis set in tropical gardens. It’s away from the busy part of Jomtien but you can each that on foot. You need a taxi to get to Pattaya central. But it’s awful, so stay in the pleasant Rabbit resort and relax!

Loved Rabbit Resort. What a fabulous little hideaway this is. Whilst there were other guests, it felt extremely private. Great sized rooms, excellent restaurant and bar right on beach. Staff were amazing. What more could you ask for. It is an authentic Thai experience. If you want something that isn’t cookie cutter then I recommend Rabbit Resort.

we had a great weekend here. Rooms are clean, quiet and the wifi is great. Nice restaurant on site, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
Hotel is right across from the beach, and you can easily walk to more.
I was a little skeptical when we drove upas you don’t really see anything until you pass the gate? But once it, it’s super. We’ll be back!
But not through hotels dot com. They suck 😀. This was the first time we had a hotel with them that had no problems. I only use the because I had a coupon.

It is a no brainer. Great hotel, quiet area by the beach. Great restaurant, great service received from the staff, great breakfast, lovely decorated room. Very nice area not too far from city centre. It is always my first stop in Pattaya. Only negative is that there is no bathtub in the room, but the shower is big and rain fall like.

The whole property is so beautiful and very well maintained.
It is located right across the beach so you can enjoy the cool breeze and a great view whenever you eat meals in the cafe area.
The breakfast buffet had an enough variety and yummy, and was slightly changed each day.
The pool was always so calm and peaceful as there is a pool for adults only.
The whole staff was very nice and friendly (especially Nino was the best!!!). I could feel that they do care for each guest.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed every single moment of our 3 night stay here. We will definitely miss this place and come back later.

This small Boutique resort is located on a quiet part of Dongtan beach. The hotel comprises of a group of about fifteen to twenty two storey wooden houses surrounded by luscious plants and red brick paths. The rooms are large with private outside areas or balconies in a Thai style but to a reasonable western standard. The resort has two decent sized pools with the main beach right across the road. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast varied enough comprising of Thai, oriental and western cuisine. Shops bars and restaurants were a 10 min walk away. Pattaya is a short 10mins Batt-Bus away. All in all a very pleasant family run hotel. I'd recommend a stay.

The Rabbit Resort is in my opinion the best resort in Pattaya. I have been there many times. I keep coming back to this tropical oasis (yes tropical oasis) off Dongtan beach because there is nothing else like it in the area. It is absolutely beautiful and right off the beach, quiet enjoyable beach. The food is great and so is the service. Every visit I have had one staff member or another take that one extra step that makes such a difference in feeling welcome. I will always come back here.

Pleasant resort by the \"Rainbow\" beach

The resort looks different than the typical hotel or resort, with lush vegetation and some level of privacy.
I found that the level of comfort is not matching the price tag, in the room or around the resort.
The buffet breakfast was indeed very good, with quality ingredients and attention to detail.
The pool area is limited, not necessarily very inviting.
There is no private beach, it's a public beach. The resort is in a \"gay\" neighborhood, which can certainly have advantages for many people, but could be less attractive for people who seek more family type of attractions, mainly with smaller kids.
The staff is friendly and professional.
Probably I will go back, but certainly not during high season .

Property is quite old and requires some upgrading. The beach area is nice, however we questioned the cleanliness of the sea water, which in view of location to high populated area is to be expected.
The area around Rabbit is a bit rundown, and construction underway so I expect future improvements.

excellent experience. Super friendly, helpful and respectful staff, resort maintained in excellent condition, room large and comfortable, bed firm but not hard. always cleaned and refreshed perfectly. breakfasts were excellent with great choices, fresh food and cooked just right. Restaurant food couldn't be faulted. 5 star experience all way.
Two suggestions, would have liked more bottled water as needed more than 2 x 600 ml bottles daily. A gym would be great
