Bed was very hard. The upper swimming pool has algae growing on the steps to the rooms. Staff was great. The furniture in room not so much.

L’hôtel possède un beau site avec de grandes piscines. Les déjeuners de style buffet sont très variés et très bon avec beaucoup de choix.

J’ai donné 2 étoiles car j’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur la mer, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue partiel sur la mer. Je voyais plus un autre bâtiment que la mer. De plus, chambre qu’île m’ont attribuée n’était pas propre. J’ai compris que l’entretien des chambres n’était pas leurs priorités, car sur 5 jours, l’entretien à été bien fait 3 fois. À mon arrivée dans la chambre, il y avait beaucoup de poussières sur les meubles, taches de nourriture sur la tête de lit. La chambre n’avait sûrement pas été attribuée depuis longtemps, car dans le mini-bar, il y avait du chocolat expiré depuis plus de 7 mois… l’internet ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée.

Il n’avait plus de serviette de plage après 11:00 am 2 jours d’affilée, l’image du téléviseur était très brouillée peu importe la chaîne sélectionnée.

Le personnel aux serviettes et à l’entretien des chambres ne parlent pas anglais.

My room had an Ocean View with the plunge pool, nice view and patio. The plunge pool needed repairs, it had a fair amount of missing tiles, the jets didn't work and the steps up had lose boards one was not nailed on one side. The pool was not cleaned the 6 nights we were there.

The rooms and property were clean, just in need of some maintenance.

My biggest complaint is the staff never smiled, even those who looked like they were management never smiled or engaged with a good morning to guests. It was not a place of a Thousand smiles!

I was disappointed in how they handled a booking mistake on my part, when I notified them within 12 hours of the booking, and again when I was at the property they would make to accommodation on the booking mistake on my part. I have traveled for 40 years around the world and have never encountered this lack of working with a customer on something like this.

We were in a deluxe sea view so we had a great view of the pool and ocean. The pools were fantastic! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location of the hotel was perfect because it was in a quiet area and an amazing night market was five minutes away. We went there most nights for dinner. If we ever come back to Pattaya we will stay here again.

The hotel is huge with a fantastic pool but is a little dated now with some maintenance issues. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed resort, rhe staff were so nice and helpful. The restaurant is only open for breakfast which gives a phenomenal choice. Our room 1406 overlooked the pool and was a very good size with balcony and large bathroom. The hotel is down a driveway that is okay to walk, there was a golf buggy 2 out of 3 days taking to end of driveway that we just used one time. The wifi in room is good but patchy through the resort. The TV had only 3 channels in English. What I had not realised about Pattaya is the large number of Russian tourist and the hotel is next to Pattaya Park resort that is a Russian only resort and they own the nearby night market that is really good. Can totally recommend Angel Nails at the night market and the fruit smoothies and pancakes.

Lovely Large Resort

The facilities are wonderful. The pools are well kept and the staff very responsive and take quick action if there is a problem. The hotel is also right on the beach. A night market is not far away and there are several massage parlors and 7-Elevens close by. The only negative is the WiFi - it keeps cutting out and one must keep signing in - even in your own room - I ended up using my personal WiFi to conduct business.

The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of space, fine decor details. There is a tranquil air about the hotel and it was very peaceful to see and hear the waves lapping against the beach from the balcony. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and well thought out. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.

The is a tired old hotel. 20 years ago would have been 5 star but now is 3 star. The property is poorly maintained, the breakfast, service, cleaning etc match the tired state of the property.

You can do better!

House keeping needs to step up and clean better. Fogy glass and mirrors, and dust everywhere. You need to use a vacume, and clean the hallways! The bath tubs are dirty!
Outdoor decking needs to be replaced, and screwed down properly!

Isolated and Quiet, if that's what you want.

I don't think it's a bottom up fresh build, but a common area remodel. Location was not ideal, a good walk from the main road, and in heat. The back way was also a good walk from any decent retail/services. My room was dated, showing signs of wear and damage to the trim and water damage. Breakfast was better than average.

The hotel has definitely seen better times, a lot of facilities weren’t open.

Large rooms in a quiet big hotel next to beach

We booked 2 rooms in same booking but the hotel gave us rooms on different floors, which is strange. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom has both bath tub and shower box, very convenient for family with kiddo like us. The amenities are basic though, and the bathroom condition is a bit worn out. The shower head fell off while my kid was bathing. Breakfast buffet was okay, not many choices but enough for guests. Other than that was nice. We loved big pools, large lobby area, and quiet shady surrounding. The beach (public) is just across a small street, quite clean and not crowded.

Nice enough hotel. Seemed almost deserted in Decenber though. Not very convenient for shops, town or bars or anywhere to else though. Staff were pretty disappointing especially reception. Poor english and not very friendly. At 12.15 a call to the room inforned me to \"be quick and hurry up\" to go checkout even as i was heading out of the door. Wow. Given the place seemed to have almost nobody staying there it was especially unecessary.

I dont think i would stay again based on rhe poor service and inconvenient location.

We stayed here for 3 nights and ate breakfast once. The breakfast was for Asians not for Westerners There was toast and eggs and a little to but there was no breakfast with 4 stars as it says. The depth of the pool was just under 1 meter. Otherwise it was very quiet there may be 40 to 50 guests in the hotel. The hotel has a resturant but we never saw any guests there. If you do not have any major requirements and want to live near the sea this hotel is good. If you want English or American breakfast, choose another hotel if you do not like Asian breakfast.

The Heritage was nicely presented , lovely pool and reception area . The rooms were spacious , daily clean was okay , a mop of the floor would have improved things . The breakfasts were fairly average . The bar was soulless and consequently was empty for the whole of our stay . The hotel was extremely quiet - perhaps no more than 50 people staying when we were there , 2 weeks before xmas which may explain that- but it increased the sense of abandonment !

Flott beliggenhet, store rom og bad. Helt ok - noe slitt/udatert. Rengjøring og skifte av sengetøy hver dag. God frokost og greie lokaler uten køer av betydning selv når det er fullt belegg. Vi benyttet stranda nedenfor hotellet i forbindelse med soling/bading (100 bath pr seng). Grei og hyggelig betjening og servicen må sies å være god.

Et gjennomsnittlig hotell som kunne vært så mye, mye mer. Vakker beliggenhet ved stranden, men hotellet bærer veldig preg av slitasje. Dekket ved bassenget burde vært byttet for flere år siden. Løse planker, spiker som stikker opp. En god del av solsengene rundt bassenget mangler puter. Savner en restaurant/bar på kveldstid. Blir ikke helt den store stemningen i frokostsalen. Personalet er akkurat så hyggelige og høflige som de må være. Ingenting ekstra. Sengene er harde etter europeisk standard. Ellers var rommet både romslig og greit. Fantastisk utsikt med \"sea view\".

Der Pool ist sehr groß, natürlich nichtvso einfach Ihn sauber zuhalten.
Hotel sehr abseits,zum Strand 2-3 Minuten allerdings direckt vorm Hotel nicht möglich ins Wasser zu gehen!
100 m nach rechts ,200 M nach rechts , sieht es schon besser aus.
Zimmer sehr groß, zwar alt ,aber trotzdem sehr schön.
Frühstück ist ausreichend ,nichts besonderes ,aber ich denke für jeden was dabai.
Ein Besuch für ein paar Tage zum Chillen ok.
Für Leute die Party machen wollen nicht geeignete, ca 30 Minuten zum Geschehen.

Das einzige Manko das Essen in der Warmhalteboxen war nicht immer warm sonder meißt nur lauwarm.

Positive:
Nice quite location, close to the beach and nice big pools. Close to 7/11 and other small shops, close to big vening market. Nice big rooms, even they are outdated.
Silent rooms where you not hear the neighbours.
Negative:
The pool was green many places on steps and walls.
Breakfast cheap and under standard.
Poolbar never opened.
No water in slides in pool for kids.
Many loose tiles in pools, also in the pool-floor
Poor room service, food and drinks in roomservice not fit standard.
