Perfection! Super spacious king bedroom, decent balcony, great toiletries. This is a hotel on top of a restaurant so the check in is a little 24 hr desk inside the restaurant which is only open for dinner. We were worried about noise but perfectly quiet.

Hotel was far away from the strip. They charged me $100 upon check-in, then when I checked out they charged my card twice for $224 both times. They claimed one charge was a deposit and would go back to my card in a few days and the other charge was for a smoking fee. However, I never smoked in my hotel room. They are scammers!

Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, minor inconvenience as they were busy attending other duties.
We get to our room, and the key cards don’t work. Housekeeping let us in and we got our cards fixed when we headed out for the afternoon, again, no issue.

The room was clean the s,taff was attentive, and the location absolutely fantastic. Having local restaurants like Motek, Prime 112, and The Big Pink close by was a huge plus. The rooms were charming, but the \"euro\" bathroom greatly disappointed. The lighting was abysmal, makeup application was nearly impossible for my wife, and the shower and shower head were difficult to operate and the water pressure left us unimpressed. If you get the bathrooms fixed and move away from the \"save the world\" energy and water conservancy motif, we would be back at the Prime Hotel in a heartbeat.

Fantastic hotel in the exact area that you want to stay in at South Beach. Quick walk to a bunch of different restaurants and cafe’s. I cannot stress enough how awesome the staff was - very nice and helpful. This is a boutique hotel - only 12 or so rooms - so keep that in mind. The neat part is walking through the restaurant to get to the elevator to access the rooms - very neat. A first for us.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel- it just felt like an afterthought for the restaurant next door. You literally enter through the restaurant, the reception desk isn’t noticeably there. The room, while large, was poorly laid out (coffee maker in closet, too many shelves instead of a dresser or more rod space, no chair even though plenty of space, no towel bars or hooks, etc). The rooftop pool was heated which was nice.

Also, it was advertised as oceanfront, and it is on Ocean Dr., but not on the ocean side. It’s a block away, but we thought we would be able to walk out of the hotel onto the beach. We were looking for a sensibly priced hotel ion Ocean Drive for a one night stay before returning to the UK ater finishing a two week transatlantic cruise. We were astounded and delighted with the hotel and the staff. The room was large, immaculately clean and so well equipped. The staff could nt have been nmore helpful. Maybe being only 14 rooms allows them to focus more but this is a big plus for any prospective bookers.

This property is cozy and intimate and very close to the beach and restaurants. My beau and I stayed for 5 days and did not encounter any children so our stay was quiet. The staff is friendly and work tirelessly to keep the property clean. The pool area and balcony is also pleasant and relaxing. I would only recommend steady bar hours. The bar was not open during our stay. I would certainly return.

Great location right next to the beach. The staff were courteous and welcoming. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they kindly allowed us to check in two hours before the official check-in time. The complimentary homemade cookies in the room were delicious. Detox water and coffee were available in the lobby at all times. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and the atmosphere was very peaceful.

My fiancé and I came here to celebrate our upcoming wedding. The shower has no pressure and did not get hot. There was old left over shower gel in the shower from the previous guest. The hallway carpet is filthy. We had Do Not Disturb on our room and housekeeping came in anyways to clean. This property needs a major cosmetic renovation as well as staff. Very disappointed in our overall experience.
