Pros: Excellent central location, close to all major attractions and well connected to public transportation. Free parking is a big plus. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Our family room was located on the ground floor — although spacious and modern, it was quite noisy due to traffic and lobby sounds. Breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection and hardly any fresh options besides one salad. Even cappuccino comes at an additional cost.

What a fabulous stay!! We stayed 1 night with kids and it was such a wonderful and convenient stay! Walkable to everything, staff were unbelievable! I honestly can say, I have never had such better service than I have with the staff here and we only stayed 1 night. When there was a question/issue, it was resolved right away. I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. I highly recommend it. The rooms were wonderful and cozy!

Excellent service from front desk and staff in dining room; very polite and courteous. Great transportation service to and from airport and car rental service was very good.

Exterior of hotel is nice, lobby is nice, and convenient location close to many shops, restaurants, theatres, and a grocery store right next door that is very convenient.

Only negatives really was the room; which was in a generally poor state of repair. The bathroom faucet and soap dispenser was loose and about to fall off, beds were ok, cleanliness was ok but not great, and carpet was in poor condition as were other room amenities.

Overall our stay was pleasant and satisfactory, mainly because the staff at the hotel were truly excellent, but the condition of the hotel does not warrant a 4-Star status in its current condition unless renovated and repaired.

Centrally located in a historical building, the Public House is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was lovely, especiallly Marco, Tamara, Tara, and David. The breakfast was delicious. There is a sauna and jacuzzi readily available. I had a great stay! Thank you!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were wonderful. The location is on point, so close to everything. The citys noise is not bothersome. Parking is very convenient, just make sure to reserve a spot prior to your arrival. The parking spots are quite tight, but you still get to have parking which is a feat in Belgrade. We stayed at one of the bigger rooms and it was more than enough space. Dont have anyhing negative to say. Will stay there again.

It is not a hotel, it is a house that has been equipped to be a hotel. In my opinion, it does not deserve to be given four stars because it is not well equipped. It deserves to be classified as two and a half stars.

Thank you! Me and my sister stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance of the city centre and has a jacuzzi and sauna ( was nice to chill there after a long day of walking). The personnel were very friendly, and always happy to help. I would recommend to stay there.

My check in experience was great! The hotel location is close to everything. The stuff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet were very polite and helpful! Room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! My only complain was a very annoying smell from the bathroom pipes that could be avoided with the bathroom door closed. We reported it late to the reception and they were willing to relocate us to another room but we liked it and didn’t change. I would totally recommend it to anyone to stay there!

Beautiful hotel at a reasonable price

Beautifully renovated hotel in a convenient location. A hotel of the same quality would cost three times as much in Paris. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to park right out front, but there is also an underground garage. The hotel rents e-scooters for 10 euros per day. My kids and I took advantage and zipped over to Belgrade fortress. Highly recommend. Breakfast wasn't included but was offered for 7 euros. My only complaint is that the spa closed on the early side (20:00), so we missed out. Also, be aware that the hotel is located on a busy street, and it's not immediately obvious which building it is as you approach it by car.

Room was great. The only negative points were the noise of the street(impossible to sleep with an open window)and the air conditioner. Besides theses noises it is way too warm in the room. Location of the hotel is great and the receptionist is very helpful. The extra free mobile phone is great to have with, when visiting the city

This property was as advertised. Staff was fantastic, including assistance with obtaining a COVID test prior to my departure from the Balkans. And the building has an interesting history – ask about it. The renovation to the hotel just occurred 3 years ago and everything is sparkling new. The location is great for exploring much of Belgrade, which I very much enjoyed. The room and bathroom, were clean and functional. Housekeeping was available everyday, but I did not partake of it. If you have a mobility issue, let the property know in advance. There are rooms on the 4th floor, but due to the historic nature of the building, the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. Also, parking a bit quirky. Either park in front of the hotel or in the very tiny garage. I was asked to leave my keys at reception, but I won't do that. Apparently it is an unwritten rule not to park in front of someone else’s business (no signage). I parked one night (as there were not any spaces in front of the hotel) in front of the adjoining business. While the hotel staff was pleasant about it, the representative of the business was rather angry with me when he saw me approach the car to move it (which I immediately did upon being asked by hotel staff). Finally, the breakfast buffet was excellent! My only concern was that of the room temperature. It was barely cool enough for me, but I also know Europeans are a bit different about AC vs. North Americans.
