Quiet.
Very dark (pitch black) with the curtains drawn, which was good for sleeping.
Everything we needed.
Clear menus, information, etc. around the room.
Always great, friendly, helpful staff downstairs, at all hours.
When the cleaning staff saw that the air conditioning unit was dripping, people fixed it right away.

Minor annoyances: One of the 2 complimentary bottles of water was cleared away before I was done with it :(
It'd be nice if there was more spare space in the fridge (full of small beverages and snacks).
This particular room had a bathroom that works for baths but is not easy for hands-free showers (the showerhead-on-a-hose couldn't be aimed well while on the wall mount, without spraying out of the bath).

Clean and comfortable. Quite a lot of breakfast options (croissants, hardboiled eggs, hashbrowns, meat, fruit, etc). Friendly staff.

Sometimes there was a hairdryer kind of smell that would get into the bathroom. There are no recycling bins or compost bins that I saw.

Clean and comfortable. Quite a breakfast spread (croissants, hardboiled eggs, hashbrowns, meat, cheeses, fruit...). I didn't get a chance to use the sauna or book a massage, but nice that those are possible. Friendly staff. A heart chocolate in a little box each day. Two bottles of water for free: once for the stay.

Sometimes there was a hairdryer kind of smell that would get into my bathroom, but that was the only issue. That and no recycling bins or compost, however that's the way of the country/city, as I understand.

I absolutely loved this new boutique-style hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel lobby and restaurant were very warm and cozy as was the hotel room. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went to Nove Sad after Belgrade and decided to come back to Belgrade and stayed again at Saint Ten Hotel. This hotel well deserves the high rating it has!

One of the most affordable luxury hotels

From the time of booking to checking out, we were always informed and taken care of very well. Replies to my questions via Hotels.com message were always quick and professional. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the personalized message, nuts/dried fruit tray and quality slippers. The only thing my husband commented was the see-through glass enclosure of the bathroom. I thought the glass wall makes the room look bigger, but my husband thought it lacks the privacy. It does have a curtain to make the bathroom private, but the curtain is outside of the bathroom --- so the person who is using the bathroom cannot control it from inside. To me, it didn't bother me, but I thought I would comment this unique feature in my review.

Anyway, we loved everything including the arrangements of the guided city tour by Mr. Stevan and transfer, delicious dinner and breakfast at L'Adresse Restaurant, and the smooth airport transfer by the Mercedes. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend if we go back to Belgrade.

Saint Ten is what a hotel should be all about. The moment you walk in, you feel welcome and at home.

Exelence in multi lingual staff, furnitures, interior design and cleanliness.
Pro: High-end boutigue experience, staff will do anything to make you happy. Indoor dining. Rooms are spacious enough for a urban hotel. (Bigger rooms available) Privat secured parking in basement. Lobby is filled with comfy furnitures with full service bar, perfect for business meetings. Breakfast makes any american 5*** hotel an embarresment.

Con: Gym / sauna is kinda claustrofobic, but still well equiped.

Highly recommended by a spoiled traveler.

A hidden gem in Belgrade!

An absolute gem of a hotel in Belgrade

It is my third time this year staying at this hotel - whenever I'm visiting Belgrade I stay at SaintTen hotel. Truly a gem: from wonderful and kind staff, to comfortable rooms, amazing amenities and excellent location. The staff does really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They smile, their English is fantastic and the overall service is really 5 starts! I also love the music they play in common areas of the hotel - everything is elegant and yet it looks so \"effortlessly classy\". I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Beyond disappointed with my stay at Saint Ten, Belgrade. Apart from the fact that the rooms were small and felt stuffy, the A/C at the hotel didn't work the whole time during our stay. When we raised the issue shortly after check-in the reception staff told us someone would be sent upstairs to fix the issue. A big thank you to their Front Office Manager, Boris who went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were able to get to our New Year's Eve event when all taxis and car services were fully booked. The hotel was lovely, the location was perfect, and my stay could not have been better. Thank you Saint Ten team.

When i booked the room i paid extra for the spa center. There is no spa center in the Hotel. It was very disappointing for me and my wife. The main reason that we chose Saint Ten hotel was the spa center.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff are superb with providing service. The rooms are clean, nicely renovated, extremely clean. Noteworthy mentions, at front fest Uros Milic, Nemanja B, and the rest of the front desk staff. At the restaurant, Philip and Meoki were amazing. Philip always remembered how we liked our coffee or tea. Overall a fantastic experience with everyone who works at this beautiful hotel. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel, only outdone by the wonderful service. We were especially happy with the help and consult we got from Uros at the front desk. He made sure our taxis arrived promptly and he recommended wonderful places to eat. Sliding glass wall in the lobby opened up to the outside and the hotel had a live saxophone player on Friday afternoon and party for guests.
Belgrade is a very interesting city and we can't wait to return.

A nice hotel but just not 5 star. 4 start for sure. Maybe even 4.5 if the rooms weren't so tiny.

If you can't even fit basic luggage for one person in the room, how can it be considered 5 star luxury?
Staff are good. Well appointed and all... but like I said - it ain't no 5 star. Far from it.

Area is fine but nothing special - but that goes for Belgrade too. Belgrade is awesome if you like getting scammed at every turn. Enjoy.

Central apartment ideal for a ski weekend

We had a nice stay in this very pretty, ancient Roman town. The apartment is situated well within the old town part of Aosta (which is just as well because some areas of the new town are quite urban and sometimes neglected). The apartment is central and just across the street is a great little wine bar that serves generous appetizers with a first order of drinks. The apartment it's self is quaint and the hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean with every amenity required for a short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and difficult to get out of to face a day of skiing at Pila! The couch in the sitting area was not very large or comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection was poor, at times I found it difficult to connect so a big annoyance in this modern world!

All in all I would recommend to anyone for a skiing weekend/week and we had a very pleasurable experience.

Saint Ten - worth your time!

This place is centrally located, and is extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and showers are fantastic.

Temple of Saint Sava is just down the road, as well as a number of other locations of historical importance. Restaurants are a plenty in the area as well -- the staff here will make your stay very enjoyable!
