I recently stayed at Zepter Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zepter in Belgrade! The hotel is beautifully updated—modern, clean, and stylish with a fresh, new feel. Our suite was a real surprise—it was much more spacious in person than it appeared in the photos online, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: safe, central, and walkable to everything—shopping, dining, and all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Belgrade!

Quick attention to issue and sustainability.

My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. The manager apologized immediately for the issue and made adjustments, so the problem was resolved in mere minutes. All during my 4-days there, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious dinner in the on-site restaurant added to my positive experience. And attention to the details, like air cleaners in the rooms, elevators, and common areas were a plus for me.

On my first visit the elevator went out of service, but by my second visit all was fixed. On both check ins I received a warm reception and help with my bags. The rooms were very comfortable and well represented in the pictures. The AC was also very reliable and the wifi easy to connect to and fast. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and in room coffee maker and filtered water. The refrigerator was roomy for personal goods although some minibar items were also included. The gym offered several cardio machines but also a weight bench and dumbells. I forgot some items and they gratefully held them for me. When I returned I got my belongings back and a free upgrade as well! I can't wait to return!

Nice place, from the moment we checked in Vuk on reception was welcoming & really friendly, we had a city apartment room which I can’t fault - great size, clean, good AC, everything you’d want. Locations great, bars/restaurants couples of minutes walk. Decent breakfast, all in all great stay 😁

The location of the hotel is superb - right near great walking streets and a lot of the major sights in the Old City. The staff went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. Everything was ok during our stay - I would add just one suggestion for improvement of the space. I noticed that bathroom in the 45 m2 unit needs wall shelves for leaving toiletries and vanity cases and also more wall hangers for towels. Two small wall hangers are not enough for 4-6 towels. I basically did not have any surface for leaving my vanity case and toilet lid is only possible but not perfect place for it.

Excellent hospitality and great comfort

This was a one-day gift trip for my parents, who are in their sixties. They were extremely happy with this stay: the location is excellent; the staff was welcoming and helpful; the room was spacious and well-appointed; the bathroom was spotless featuring high-quality care products; breakfast was tasty with several local specialties (like ajvar and kajmak), which was highly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to provide guests with bottled water in their rooms. Other than that, everything was great! My parents were extremely satisfied with this stay and I would recommend the Zepter Hotel to anyone.

A perfect stay

This was our second stay at Zepter and we loved it. The room was large, the view was great, the amenities were perfect. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good. In the gym, the electronics on the machines do not work properly.

A totally pleasant stay

I stayed at Zepter for almost two months on a business trip. I chose it in part because it was the only hotel in Belgrade I could find that had a kitchen. While initially not very well equipped, the staff were extremely helpful and got me everything I asked for, even a microwave oven, toaster, small induction cooktop, etc. I was very comfortable in the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel also couldn't be better, with Belgrade's principal attractions more or less at the doorstep. I highly recommend Zepter and would definitely stay there again if I return to Belgrade.

The hotel is in the center of the center. Walking distance from most of the things to do/see in Belgrade. The staff is extremely helpful and always smiling. They respond to emails and arranged airport transfers. Rooms are extremely spacious and AC is very good. I would definitely recommend.

Apartment room, very spacious. Coffee make inside the room but i did not use of it as there was water left behind. It would be nice if it is cleaned very check out. The hotel is near to the main pedestrian and very convenient. The guy at the restaurant is very helpful, potential and warn. Buffet breakfast plus your choice of eggs.

Basic Behavior Principles are missing

This hotel has almost everything : location, facilities, newly built, luxurious rooms.

But what is missing is the basic service principals and a fair approach towards its guests : Being more specific, whatever has to do with a reservation, it has to be discussed privetly and discreetly, only with the owner of reservation and no one else. The one who has the ownership of reservation, is the only responsible to learn and discuss whatever has to do with his/her reservation privately & discreetly. When the front desk is Discussing issues with a friend of you, in front of you (the reservation owner/holder), in another language is pretty unfair and also rude for all parties.
On top of this, there is still place for improvement in the breakfast : many things are exposed without being covered for healthy and other protection reasons. Also in case that you want an espresso or capuccino you have to pay extra (never meet this again in a 4 Star Hotel, better increase room rate and offer this option free of charge..)
Fitness center is pretty nice and comfortable, on the roof/Top floor of the building.

Very clean and modern hotel in the heart of Belgrade . The service was absolutely amazing ! On one of our last nights my girlfriend got sick . The hotel receptionist, Vladimir was beyond amazing . He was running up and down bringing us chicken soup and liquids . He even called the local ambulance and had them come check on my girlfriend while in bed ... you couldn’t ask for better hospitality . The bartenders and servers were all truly amazing .

Ultra-slick Ultra-modern rooms in center of city

Our junior suite here had a king bed in one room and a totally separate ultra-slick, ultra-modern living room, complete with small dining table and kitchen area. At first we were disappointed that the room had no view but it was so comfortable that we soon forgot this! Its located right in the heart of Belgrade. Although its not very far from the train station its uphill all the way and you don’t get a great impression of the neighborhood until close to the hotel.

Intimate chic hotel in the heart of Belgrade

Top service, breakfast, rooms for a central location in the city. Rooms are extremely spacious and well layed out. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. One complaint is the parking, it is advertised that there is no parking onsite, which is understandable, but a reserved spot in front of the hotel for check in would go a long way. Just be prepared. Good service would return and recommend this lovely hotel.

GREAT HOTEL (fix your water heater & it's perfect)

Amazing hotel - JUST LOVED IT. The only problem is that their water heater seems to be somewhat inadequate and as I showered, the water temperature fluctuated a lot (abruptly because cold, then abruptly became hot). As an engineer, I know what is wrong and hope they can fix that (told them about it and they promised to look into it - once that is fixed, it's a PERFECT little hotel).

Ideally located in city centre Belgrade, Zepter hotel is almost brand new (2 years) and had perfect luxury design. Huge rooms for suites but was a bit disappointed with so small bathroom in such a big space...
You will do not go there for wellness club or spa, neither for wonderful breakfast (limited choice for such high class hotel), but staff is really perfect and dedicated for clients.
The must is parking place offered...but not easy to find!
Perfect and strong WiFi. Perfect hotel for businesses in city centre. I will come back.

great location near the pedestrian area and republic square, which is where you want to be if you're here for fun. half block away from hotel moscow, which is probably the competion for this hotel. moscow has more history but this is waaaaay nicer and modern. room is huge, loved everything about it. the staff is awesome, dragana is one of the gals who works in the day and she's awesome.
