Otel çok merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Belgrad’da vakit geçireceğiniz noktaların tam ortasında dolayısıyla gezerken ısınmak için veya dinlenmek için odanıza hemen çıkabilirsiniz. Otel personelinin tutumu ve yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Biz kahvaltı dahil olarak rezervasyon yaptık açıkçası pişman olmadık fakat çeşitlerin sınırlı olması ve dışarıda da kahvaltı etme seçeneklerinin olması dolayısıyla kahvaltı almanıza gerek olmayabilir. Ücretsiz su yoktu bunu bilerek odanıza su almalısınız. Otelin ve odanın kondisyonu oldukça iyi düzeydeydi. Check-in ve check-out işlemlerimizi yapan resepsiyon görevlisi hanımefendi oldukça güleryüzlü ve nazikti kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Otele havalimanından gelmek için illa 72 otobüse binmenize gerek yok. 600 ve 77 ile aktarma yaparak da gelebilirsiniz. Son olarak tekrar Belgrad’a gidecek olsam direkt bu otelde rezervasyon yaptırırım başka seçeneklere bakmam.

The room was excellent (and very quiet) with a great view of Republic Square. Central to everywhere. The staff were polite and amazing. The €9 breakfast was great value for money. I would stay here again.

Very nice place.

Totally convenient location. Rather close to most of the main attractions. Quiet and clean hotel. Has black out shades. Our room overlooked the Republic Square. One can either walk to all the attractions or take the local transit. Super clean and quiet hotel. The one person reception desk was absolutely helpful. Though the bathroom lacked certain amenities and convenience it closely resembles an American hotel. As a matter of fact the bathroom is much bigger than an American hotels.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The receptionist doubles as the housekeeping person so if you want to sleep in and you miss the small window for room service you have to ask the person at the front who is often single staffed and can wait forever. The rooms do not have irons or ironing boards so you have to request that also (be prepared to wait forever). The mini fridge is impossibly small allowing for max 2 small water bottles. The A/C barely worked. Our linens were not changed during our entiere stay nor did we get fresh towels. The eating area on the second floor reeks of cigarettes and is dark and uninviting

It was really good hotel, staff was really good but there was a bald guy last day and he didnt let me park my car for 2 extra hours since I stayed there for 7 days I had my flight later that day, he just kept telling me “you check out at 12 and I cannot park after”

Good hotel, but location creates problems for car

The hotel is very good, clean, comfortable, quiet, good service and with very good location. However, the location at the very central place where no parking is available, even for unloading yourself and your luggage. The doors of the hotel look right to the busy road and there is no officially permitted place to stay for the taxi or your own car. We had a very hard time to find a place where to stop for a minute to unload our luggage and this place was very far from the hotel. Very inconvenient.

Very disappointed

Very nice hotel, but the staff is not professional. First, they misguided me to their garage, so I had to leave car in public garage. At 22:30 they woke me up with phone call to ask me where my car is ??? Across the street is very loud bar which have live music every Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 02:30. At 04:30 false fire alarm rang for minimum 15 minutes and hotel staff didn’t gave us any information. At 07:30 started very loud construction work on street in front of hotel. So overall, in theory I had few hours of sleep. And as you can guess, I didn’t sleep at all. On check-out they charged us full price with not hearing the word SORRY. Then I insisted to speak with director of hotel. She gave me a short apology and I know that they will never see me again. Unfortunately this very nice hotel has very unprofessional staff and a lot of noise around him.

There is not a door in the shower the system clearly did not work, water spilled after each time i showered, the only solution given was extra towels to be placed in the floor.
the door of the room did not work for two days i got locked out twice, once the receptionist had to get an screw to open the door, then she gave me the master key to be able to access the room until the day I checked out.the only thing work was the location.

The hotel is in a historic building right in the main republic square in Belgrade. It has only been open a short time. Everything is brand new and the decor and furnishings are tasteful and of good quality.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful when necessary. The hotel despite being located at such a central location is very quiet and peaceful within. The breakfast buffwt is substantial,and the view from this room is magnificent.
The only thing i found a little awkward was the lack of a shower door,which means if you use shower at full power,there is a good chance you will flood the floor of the bathroom and this could be a slip hazard with the lovely tiled floor.
I loved being in such a beautiful and central location with such welcoming staff. I would have no hesitation in returning.
