The hotel is situated in the heart of Belgrade, offering excellent access to major attractions and city landmarks. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Marija provided outstanding assistance — she was courteous, attentive, and supported me with every detail.

Although the hotel offers larger rooms, the one I chose (after being informed about the smaller room types) felt cramped and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. This property is in the best location possible for Belgrade. It is literaly 15 steps from famous Knez Mihajlova česma (drinking fountain). The only challenge is parking, located in a private garage about 100m from the hotel. This us a one way street and the GPS is always late. So, have someone look at the map. I was alone and overshot the garage by 10m, could not go back on a busy one lane one-way street. It took me 40min to return 10m earlier. The entire team was very knowledgeable and accommodating about the sites, restaurants, public transport etc. Located on a pedestrian street that is very close to all the sites and a great assortment of restaurants. Nice sized room with extremely large shower area. Comfortable mattress and pillows. WIFI was lightening fast. The team walked me yo my taxi on check out and gave me water and yummy cookies for my flight.

This was a last minute reservation and we checked in well past the reception hours. The staff was very helpful in getting us in the room and were available to call 24/7 for help. The room was clean and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking the Belgrade city center. One star off for the blow dryer that was not functional (and we felt bad calling the staff after reception hours) and the heating was confusing. The room was extremely hot with no way to lower the heat or turn it off. Other than that, perfect hotel and would definitely stay again!

But we we arrived the whole horror begin first with the customer service from front desk then, after that,with The manager that we don’t even know if it is a manager who was yelling at us that we don’t have other choice, but get refund of some money that we paid and get in that room that we didn’t want it. I’m saying all this because the rooms that they are put us in a ridiculously small. You cannot even call that place a room. so just for your safety double check which room you getting because those people there are horrible and then don’t wanna cooperate. Specially, if you’re booking through Expedia or booking because they put the picture, square foot and all the information from that room but when you get there, it’s completely different story. I would never recommend that hotel.

After my check out they kept my bags again so I could explore the city more and even gave me a bag with two waters for my overnight train. So sweet!

This property used toxic perfumed cleaning products that I had an allergic reaction to. Despite airing out the room they gave to me and a second room they offered me I was forced to check out after the 1st day out of a 5 day reservation (I was not even able to stay there the first night - I had to get another hotel at 11pm. I checked out the second day). It was impossible to sleep there bc of the reaction I was having - difficulty breathing, severe headache, swollen glands, sore throat. I was happy to pay for the reservation considering it was past the cancellation period however I noticed they did rent out my room to someone else because the type of room I rented was sold out for the remaining 4 days of my reservation. To me that is sad that they would profit from my inability to stay there and charge both me and someone else for the room. This is unfair and unethical.

One Luxury Suites was an excellent place to stay! The rooms are extremely clean, cozy, and very well designed. There are brick walls to give it character and glass walls and mirrors to make the space nice and airy. The front desk was extremely helpful too. Location is perfect, right in the pedestrian area but a very short walk to the bus that will get you to the train station. This hotel is excellent.

I am old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best. The basics are all fine - comfortable bed, good modern bathroom, no street noise and good sound-separation between rooms, always clean and bright, desk managers always knowledgeable and helpful, excellent central location in pedestrianised area with supermarket, money exchange, coffee shops. Belgrade itself is very interesting, but there can be challenges with taxis/Uber/Bolt, phone service, currency, and streets labelled in Cyrillic script. The desk managers know the answers, they will spend time with you solving your problems (even if the problem is actually your fault). I would go back tomorrow.
