The hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing boards. Guests are expected to go to the hotel facilities to do their own ironing or use the paid laundry service. The hotel is modern. The rooms are a little dark for my taste with only one small window. The hallway carpets coming out of the elevator needs cleaning. The Hermes toiletries smell very good.

Picked up from the airport by their limo service. Impeccable service from the driver and a warm welcome at the reception.

This is my second visit to the hotel and I will keep on using this excellent boutique hotel.

Friendly service, beautiful interior decoration, top restaurant with excellent wines.

Excellent location, modern hip hotel with all amenities, staff is highly professional, breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. Rooms were modern, clean, bedding is the best linens! Hotel has a brand new Range Rover, drove us where needed. I would most highly recommend this hotel, it’s a five star! We will return!

Loved this hotel, the attention to detail is amazing.. my name was on the phone and tv when I walked in my suite, fresh water bedside everyday at 6pm worldwide calls are complimentary from your room. First time in Belgrade.

The pickup from the airport was fantastic, same with the drop off, comfortable car, pleasant and informative driver. When we arrived before noon, the room was ready, we were pleasantly surprised to pe upgraded to an executive suite-wonderful experience! Suzzana and Ivan were very welcoming and helpful with dinner reservation and advice regarding exploring the city. We already recommended this hotel to all our friends.

Great vibe and location

The hotel has a great vibe to it. A lot of thought has gone into the design of the rooms, lobby and main restaurant. The furniture and layout is a perfect combination of simplicity and elegance. I loved sitting in the lobby bar after a day of walking to relax and enjoy the scene. The breakfast buffet that came with my room package was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in a great location in close walking distance to many of the main sites, shopping areas and fantastic restaurants. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We had many questions for the front desk in terms of places to go and see, and restaurant recommendations and they were always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Boutique chic in Belgrade!

Before I even entered the hotel, I was met personally at the taxi and escorted to the check in counter. The service through this hotel is amazing. I felt like a pampered guest, and you could tell that the staff was trained to make the guests feel very welcomed. The design of the hotel is superb – rich Brazilian hardwood on the floors and walls, cozy furniture, retro photos, subdued lighting…every detail was well thought out right down to the linens and the French table silverware. The room was large, very quiet, with every convenience such as a mini bar, safe, electronic drapes, fast speed free wifi, separate tub and shower, etc. I was surprised that there was also a gym, indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, since many smaller hotels don’t offer these amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included hot and cold food. The business center staff was also very helpful for printing boarding passes. The property is excellently located and only one block from the pedestrian mall Knez Mihailova in the center of Old Town. The park is 2 blocks in one direction, and Republic Square about 5 blocks in the other direction. The neighborhood has undergone a full restoration and the buildings are lined with cafes and restaurants. Belgrade was fantastic and Square Nine is an absolute MUST stay!!

The only hotel that I would stay at, in Blegrade

I have never heard of this hotel or chain before. It was my first time in Belgrade, and after some research, i came across this hotel. And what can i say! I have been to 35% of the world, stayed in so many hotels. If i were to rate this hotel, i would give it 6+ stars.

The interior design is nice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and spacious. The hotel has a spa + gym + lobby restaurant + rooftop Japanese restaurant + and much more.

The location: Belgrade is about the downtown, the bars, restaurants, shops ...etc are all in the pedestrian friendly downtown.
This hotel is located exactly 30 seconds walking from this downtown, yes, 30 seconds. What more can you ask for?

Oh, and the rooms have enough electrical outlets for your gadgets.

Other important info: quiet hotel. air conditioned. free wifi. room service. laundry service. airport transportation. free umbrellas for rainy days. indoor smoking. safe neighborhood. great food.

In summary, this is one of the few hotels where you actually get what you pay for.

And i will only stay in this hotel next time i visit Belgrade.

One of My Top 3 Hotels in the World

This hotel was a real surprise for me. I stayed her for 6 days and they really made me feel welcome. To begin with they offered me a room slightly further away from the lifts to give me the maximum peace as I was there for a whole week on business. The lobby lounge is luxurious and has many things to keep you occupied. Staff were very helpful from the reception to restaurants. However, management staff are not as welcoming but are probably too busy. But the outstanding part of this great hotel were its restaurants. A great Italian restaurant on the ground floor with a nice terrace for lunch time dining or business. Listen to the Sommelier, he has some great recommendation and I was not disappointed. And then just when you thought that was everything, they have a very nice Roof top Japanese Sushi restaurant claiming to be the Best Sushi in Serbia. A small but pleasant private gym. Did not feel homesick once. Go, Now.

One word. Stunning!

Truly a gem in the heart of Belgrade. I stayed in the Junior Suite for 5 nights and was literally blown away by the sheer beauty of this hotel. The check-in was seamless - the staff are extremely professional, bend over backwards to assist in every way and genuinely make you feel welcome. There is so much attention to detail in this hotel that the whole place just oozes class. I got to try both restaurants in the hotel - the main one on the ground floor and the Japanese restaurant on the rooftop and was quite impressed with the standard of service and quality of the food in both restaurants. Needless to say, the room was impeccable - the bed was huge and extremely cosy and, oh, I loved those bedside buttons which control everything - the lights, the blinds, the curtains etc. The bathroom is huge, modern and just reeks of class.

The only gripe I had about the hotel was that the room felt a bit too warm at times. However, when I told the staff about it, they mentioned the fact that the weather was unseasonably warm for Belgrade in in February and, since the heating was centrally controlled, there wasn’t much they could do in regulating the temperature. If I visit Belgrade again there is no question I’ll be returning to this amazing hotel.

A gem in the heart of Belgrade

The hotel is stellar. A modern design and comfortable surroundings, it is THE place to stay in Belgrade.

The only blemish was a forgotten room service, which was compensated through free desert and getting us ear plugs from a pharmacy somewhere at midnight.

If you want a really nice and super convenient place to stay in Belgrade, this is your hotel.

Disappointing square nine

After staying at the Hyatt a number of times I was persuaded to try something new square nine ! The cleaning of my room left much to be desired with a glass from Sunday left there until my departure on Thursday .I was told couldn't eat in the restetaunt as it was booked out for a dinner with no tables left for hotel guests ! Breakfast brought another annoyance with them deciding to serve breakfast rather than a buffet like most others this could have been a plus except here where they attempted to serve me my hot scrambled eggs at the same time as my cold cereal on checking out they didn't even ask if I enjoyed my stay ! They. Must of known what I would of said. It's a shame the staff in general didnt pay as much detail to service as the owners did to the decor and it's service which will decide if they remain a five star hotel or carry on this downward spiral they seem to be on .oh well back to the Hyatt a true five star

The best place to stay in Belgrade

We stayed for two nights and our experience was perfect! The hotel is right around the corner of the shopping street and, yes, the location is perfect if you are going to shop, walking around or going sightseeing. The hotel staff is very service minded and very polite. They will help you with everything. If you are staying here you should definitely eat in the restaurant at the hotel. The food is excellent and the price is cheap. All in all a great hotel! Highly recommended.
