My stay at the hotel was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere, friendly staff, breakfast buffet with healthy options, and the comfortable bed and sleeping accommodation.
I was disappointed with the tight space and size of the bathroom and the mould present in the shower.
I would have appreciated a better condition of the iron upon request, or perhaps a steamer for clothes.

This is a really good hotel in the perfect location. The staff here have been so helpful, and breakfast is more than you can eat with a big range of choices. My room is large and comfy and warm (it’s winter), with English speaking channels on TV. I happily recommend this hotel, it’s excellent and I will happily stay here if I come back this way. The hotel is in the middle of the pedestrianised area in the centre of Belgrade with lots of shopping, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. Public transport is very near too.

Worth every cent that I've spent! the rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Our daughter got sick in the middle of the night and we needed to change all of the sheets and blankets and pillows and got them in the matter of minutes! The breakfast is excellent as well.

We arrived early in the morning before our rooms were ready. The staff were very kind and offered us coffee and refreshments and took our luggage so that we can go sightseeing. My room was clean and cool and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

No hot water in room 93. I had to abandon my shower every day as it started hot then would completely stop. The air conditioning appeared to have a mind of its own too, and the room was always slightly too hot for comfort for sleeping in. The wallpaper was ripped in my room too. considering this was a suite, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel itself is nice overall and very well located. Just my room I was disappointed in.

Great location, central in Belgrade so easy walk to all of the hot spots. The downstairs lobby staff were excellent - special shout out to Senka, who helped us with restaurant/bar recommendations, taxi coordinating, and even helped us activate our SIM cards :p

We had an amazing stay at Envoy. Very clean, tastefully decorated common areas and a spacious room (junior suite). Buffet style breakfast included with a nice selection for every taste. Very attentive and helpful staff. The lady at the front desk checked us in earlier and asked good questions to ensure that we didn’t need extra attention due to the long trip. Great location, near good shopping, restaurants and a grocery store. We will definitely stay at Envoy again.

Staff was cordial and welcoming when we arrived. We arrived early and a room was prepared so they gave us our room key. Opening the door, room was clean and cozy. The toiletries smell nice. The free Buffett breakfast was excellent. Food was tasty and lots to choose from. It was the highlight of staying at that hotel. Another highlight was when My bf and I worked out in the gym and was able to use the sauna and steam room after. That was great. The downside is - this hotel is listed as a VIP access hotel , however as a golf member I didn’t receive those benefits. Nonetheless, I would return because staff was friendly, the free breakfast was so tasty, the gym and steam room was fun. Hotel is in a Great location (grocery store across hotel & lots of shopping stores around) and the shower pressure in bathroom was excellent. Thank you for a safe clean place to stay.

The Envoy Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated in the heart of the pedestrian street of Belgrade. The location is perfect.

The detail is impeccable and modern design. Upon entering, you instantly feel at peace, like you are at home. There are nooks and crannies to enjoy some downtime whilst watching the world go past.

The rooms are spotless and spacious, with heavenly linen and beds to provide that uninterrupted sleep.

The restaurant is on the ground floor, with a cosy and idyllic courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee, the breakfast is a buffet, but you will be impressed with the quality.

All the staff are lovely and chirpy. The team make your stay that extra unique being full of smiles and positive energy.

Although you are in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian street, this hotel provides a private oasis after a day of exploring.

Recommend the Envoy Hotel; you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Boutique Hotel

Whenever I come to Belgrade to visit family, I stay at the Envoy Hotel. Their customer service is outstanding and the hotel is both beautiful and very comfortable. The food in their restaurant is excellent as well. Everyone on their staff with whom I have interacted with has been wonderful to deal with. On my last visit, my departing flight was very early in the morning so I was not able to enjoy the breakfast buffet. However, when I was checking out at 4:45 AM, the staff handed me a bag with breakfast goodies to take with me. If you are looking for outstanding service in a centrally located hotel, the Envoy is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. I tell all my friends to stay there!

Nice Family stay.. Friendly staff.. Perfect locati

Stayed in the only Executive Suite which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with a small kitchentte and a huge balcony and spacious shower and additional toilet.

Right in the heart of Republic Square and 100s of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Only thing for us was that the Nespresso machine was not at all cleaned and was dirty and had to wash it by ourselves and there was plastic stains on the water holder of the machine which looked disgusting. Onky worry is that how was the cleaning and disinfection checklist completed prior to allocation so we did complete cleaning with disinfectant wipes all over the room including all surfaces and drawers coffee machine and kettle.

Parking was not available for our ren a car but a public garage is 4l5.minutes walk and was very well managed and cheaper than hotel private garage.

Staff was very helpful.. And it was my second stay and would love to come back whenever we are there in Belgrade.

Perfect spot for sightseeing as a couple

The staff was super kind and the location of the place is superb. You're in the quiet spot, yet in such a prime location of downtown Belgrade. Our junior suite room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was exquisite! We did not get a chance to use the gym or sauna, due to our short stay but we checked it out quickly - looked pretty good. Definitely coming back here on our next visit to Belgrade!

Excellent location; check-in and check-out process fast; the entire property in great condition; modern decor; spotless; bed was super comfortable; fast and stable Internet connection; breakfast selection good and regularly replenished, but coffee was disappointing - only brewed coffee from the jug; staff were professional, however could be more welcoming.
If a couple of above-mentioned aspects were improved a bit, I believe this hotel would have just a perfect value for money.

What an excellent hotel!
Starting with the wonderful, kind, pleasant and welcoming staff, with a special thanks to Tanja and Nicola at reception and Miloš at the dining room.
Everyone are so caring and helpful (including sending a cake to the room for my birthday- unbelievably attentive!!!).
The dining room is super meticulous and amazingly designed, the food is fresh and tasty!
The hotel is located right at the back of Knaz pedestrian area, so you’re at the center of everything- tons of shops, restaurants and bars near by, a supermarket, just a pleasure!
Don’t think twice! It’s an amazing place!

This is the fourth time I've stayed at the Envioy Hotel. Their service is truly outstanding. It's an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Dejligt hotel med en genial placering - det ligger midt i Beograd centrum, og du kan stort set gå til alt. Værelset var fint indrettet og var - trods det vist var hotellets mindste - en fin størrelse, og havde alt, hvad man skulle bruge. Sengen var god og puden var en af de sjældne hotel-puder, som du faktisk kan holde ud at sove med. Dejligt morgenmad, venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Jeg benyttede det ikke selv, men hotellet har også et (lille) fitness-rum, en sauna og et dampbad.

We were a family of four, we took two rooms, everything was perfect, the bed, shower, service, breakfast.
I just wonder why a 10 years old guest do not deserve a water battel, towel, shampoo.....
There was no problem and when we asked for they bring this thing right away so finally it was awesome.

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding service. I travel around the world for work and stay at hotels all of the time. I can’t remember the last time I experienced service that was consistently above and beyond from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. What a great team. And the room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good with great Illy coffee. I’ll be back soon.
