Hotel in a great location, with nice reception staff and reasonable rooms. However, the main problem was that the room was not cleaned during the entire 4-night stay – no towels or sheets were changed.
I booked a room including transfers through the Hotels website, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for transfers again. Despite the clerk's attempt to help, they refused to give me a refund.
Only after I sent several harsh emails to the Hotels service team, accompanied by evidence, did the hotel owner make the refund.
The trash we left behind is proof that room service was not done properly..

Average experience, the reality is totally different than in the pictures, the parking lot is 280 m away from the location you don't have any check in instructions before arriving at the location because it's very hard to find a parking place around. The price does not reflect the accommodation conditions at all.

With an entrance from the street there are three doors to go through ( code, card and key?), But the rooms were modern and spacious. The water in the shower was so hot it burnt my hand on the showerhead - it would have badly burnt me if I had washed without checking. Parking was an issue, even for the drop off but it was very convenient for everything with loads of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Decent Value for Price But Buyer Beware
This place is a decent value for your money — one of the cheapest rates for a room in the central part of the Old City. The rooms have good showers and fairly comfortable beds, which covers the basics.
What is much less impressive...
1. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos — the photos on the sites are perhaps the most creative use of wide angle lens and photoshop I have seen. They simply look much shabbier, smaller, and cheaper than the sparkling luxury rooms depicted.
2. The cleaning service makes up beds about as well as a toddler. I mean seriously, I thought somebody had been back to my room and wrestled on the bed when it was \"made\". Unfortunately, this prevented me from leaving any tips in room afterwards. And we ran out of toilet paper to such a degree that we just eventually bought our own.
3. The Internet. If you need reliable service to conduct work calls or even just reliably enjoy streaming music or videos, this is NOT the place for you. I'd say it worked about 1/2 of total stay

This is a great place. Very close to everything. My room was huge and very comfortable and clean!! There were a couple of nice cafes/bars right outside the entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

2nd stay here. Like the location. Staff were very helpful. Upgraded to a bigger room this time. Living room area was spacious but lacked air conditioning, an upright fan would have helped. Bedroom was a decent size and had a/c but tv remote missing. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room was small but adequate. The standard shower hose had a loose fitting so wouldn’t stay in place & the overhead spray had a loose fitting so it sprayed water vertically to the ceiling (hence the paint damage above the shower) and then arced over the shower unit to the sink mirror so you couldn’t use it even close to full power. The use of a little terrace was good. Minor things that didn’t really affect my stay too much but things that should be rectified quickly.

A small hotel but we had a good stay. Room was big and the toilet was huge with two sinks. Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of food and drink options on the same street and on adjacent streets. An easy 10 minute walk to the main boulevard Knez Mihailova.

The flat was very spacious, around 120 square meters with two bathrooms, two large bedrooms, huge living rooms all fully furnished and excellent equipped kitchen. Small balcony is also refurbished and situated in the backyard of the flat. Location is in central Belgrade, only few minutes of walking from Knez Mihailova High Street. Local area includes Kalemegdan (confluence area of two large rivers), Zoo, Mosque, Orthodox church, nearby \"Rajiceva\" Shopping Center etc.
They also offer parking place (in secured garage) and daily cleaning and towel changes.

It’s in a perfect locations that’s for sure. A five minute walk to the fortress, 10 minute walk to the square. Lots of bars and restaurants near bye. It’s not going to blow your mind away. We were in room A3 and The AC kept making a loud nosy that drove me crazy. Room isn’t huge, no safe in the room. For the price you can’t beat it. Just don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to friends.
