Jump Innto a SERIOUS construction project!

So, this is a nice hotel, but you should be aware that there is a MASSIVE construction project on the street right next to the hotel and that they are tearing up the park across the street. None of this was told to us. The problem is that taxi's have no idea how to get to the hotel, and so they drop you off about half a mile away, which is all kinds of fun when you have luggage. Also, we aware that construction noises start at 7:00 am six days a week. And we are talking HEAVY equipment--diggers, bulldozers, etc. It's awful. And when you bring it up to the staff, you get that amazing resigned shrug and the response, yes it was supposed to be over 2 months ago. And I can tell you that based on what I saw, they will be lucky to conclude by Christmas. Also, other stores and bares in the area have closed due to the project. The breakfast is great and the rooms are decent sized--with tall ceilings. The light is terrific, but you can't keep the drapes open due to the aforementioned construction. It just would have been really nice to know how bad it was and for that I blame hotel management.

Great stay with family pet

We were traveling for the first time ever with our family cat, which we confirmed ahead of time with the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitty litter box already set up in the room, along with a pet bed and food and water dishes. This was a very nice touch and made our stay so much easier. The staff was very thoughtful and customer service oriented. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy with my stay, would visit again

I arrived early but was able to check-in without any problems. Quick service, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice sweets on the counter :)

The room was big, airy and smelt really pleasant. Nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable but my only complaint was that all the pillows were too firm. I asked reception for softer pillows and they were provided without question. I also stayed in room 206 but as there was no rain, I can't comment if the window ledge complaint in a previous review has been resolved. Close the window at night if you want to avoid early morning traffic noise. I prefer to sleep in total darkness but unfortunately, there were some items that emit light in the room - TV on standby and most strongly, the air-con controller on the wall. I bring black electrician's tape with me now so I can cover them up during my stay - top tip! Remove them before I leave.

Hotel location really convenient with everything within walking distance. Tram stop outside as in the photo served by tram route 2 which loops the city to all the key sites. There's an 'Idea' supermarket opposite. City bus station also just around the corner which is where the airport buses (A1 & 72) terminate.

The breakfast was nice enough but just the minimum offerings; cereals, range of eggs, warm/cold meats, cheese, grilled veg etc. Convenient when included in the price.

Overall, pleasant experience for my first time in Belgrade. I was happy with my stay; pillow issues were quickly sorted.

Avoid room 206 if it rains!
The window ledge is made of tin and when it rains, the overflow from the gutter high above drips onto it and is very noisy. It sounds like someone is tapping a pebble on the bedroom window. Not great at 2am!
The staff had heard about this issue before.
If the weather is good you won’t have a problem but certainly avoid this room. (My colleague was in room 205 next door and there was no problem.)

A great stay was had by all, what a brilliant hotel and staff, within walking distance of most attractions.
Make sure you go for breakfast early, as some of the hot food runs out after 9am, but that's our own fault for getting up late!

Perfect hotel for business or leisure stays

This is a great hotel overall. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. It's fun, modern, quirky and spotlessly clean. This is the second time I have stayed here and would return and recommend again and again. The room I have had both times has been large and bright with views out over the city. Breakfast is freshly prepared and focused on healthy options with a good selection of local specialities. Restaurant food is beautifully cooked and presented with good value for money. The location makes it perfect for walking up to the main shopping centre in under10 mins, also for the bus station or getting taxis that the reception call for you in a matter of minutes. It is close to the river and the bridge to reach new Belgrade easily, get to airport or go on motorway to other parts of the city. Easy walk to the river for a stroll or running routes.

Great choice for business and city break travel

Between old and new Belgrade, which limits morning traffic delays towards new Belgrade. Walking distance to the pedestrianised old city center with restaurant and bar choices. Comfortable rooms with spacious bathroom and shower. Very good value for money ratio that will bring you back again. My first choice for my almost weekly business visits.

Basic, but very comfortable and very clean rooms. The two things that stand out about this hotel are firstly, its cleanliness and, secondly, the helpfulness of the staff, all of whom seemed to speak excellent English (a bonus to those of us who struggle in Serbian). We had a lost-luggage situation, and the hotel staff completely took it on board for us and did all they could to help sort it out in a very personal and friendly way. The food is good at breakfast, but we didn't eat any other meals in hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a very cool Savalama district

I stayed at Jump Inn hotel in Belgrade for one night and I really liked hotel, primarily because of its wonderful location and very nice interior design. Hotel is modern; rooms are nicely appointed and pleasant. Hotel has excellent restaurant where they serve one of the best breakfasts you can imagine. Restaurant also has a good cocktail list and very delicious food options. Initially, I had an issue with booking which hotel staff managed to resolve smoothly and I really liked their professional approach. Another point is a very nice touch in hotel rooms where they serve complimentary fruits and cookies, as well as provide tea and coffee making facilities.
On “areas of improvements” side, some of the staff is very inexperienced for 4 star hotel – further trainings would make guest experience more pleasant. My room was small and facing the wall, which made it darker than usual.

Great service and they gave me a rose for international women's day which was very thoughtful. Breakfast had a good selection. The only things to point out were that used toiletries were left in my room and the location of the hotel is quite close to a refugee centre which might make some feel uncomfortable. But otherwise an enjoyable stay.

I booked this hotel based on price, and photos. I'd never been to Belgrade before and didn't know what to expect, and what sort of area it was located.
Overall, from the moment my driver (a service the hotel offers for a nominal charge) picked me up at Nikola Tesla Airport, I had a great overall experience. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the hotel and even though I arrived a bit early for check-in, the concierge allowed me to go ahead and go up to my room.
The room was clean, and although smaller than I expected, was a very good room. Huge bed, mini-fridge, full closet, and mirrored bathroom were very nice.
The breakfast offered by the hotel is top-notch. If you can't find something for breakfast you're just being picky. The staff at jump INN hotel were exceptional, friendly and very professional. I don't think I've ever had better service at ANY hotel. I will gladly stay again!

My only complaint isn't even a problem the hotel can take care of. The city of Belgrade has decided to make a migrant camp out of Bristol Park, which is just across the street from the hotel. The area is a main traffic area for the migrants and their daily routines. The areas around the park are dirty, covered in trash, and a complete eyesore. That's the sign of the time though in many eastern European countries.

Outstanding service in up and coming area

We picked the hotle because it had non-smoking rooms, Air conditioning and wifi. It was completely redone building in an area near the river where a new development is planned. The staff all spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful. And they gave us cookies at the end of our stay. The breakfast was a very good buffet.

Spent three nights in Belgrade staying at the Jump Inn hotel. It is absolutely delightful. Nice, big rooms. Really good breakfast, restaurant is also good for evening meals. Location close to railway but fifteen to twenty minutes walk to most restaurants so you may need to use taxis. Also has the nicest, friendliest, helpful hotel staff that I have encountered in a long, long time. They made our stay in Belgrade really special.

Belgrade was very impressive, it had a NYC vibe. I was in the middle of the action and the staff encouraged me to do more. Before you arrive, google: serbian art galleries, so you can buy art from Serbian artists when you arrive. I love Belgrade. I will return.

The hotel is wonderful and comfortable! It lies within walking distance of Republic Square like 10 minutes or so. Free WiFi. The buffet could be better as the selection makes it seem like there is a lot but not really. My complaint, after 8pm they start charging you for extra guests at €10 per person even though they're just visiting. So if you went to your room with 5 guests after 8pm to get ready for a night out, you would incur €50, even though they're not staying over. Didn't really make me feel at home. I book hotels weekly and this policy isn't such a common one and comes across as privacy incasive

Jump Inn Hotel, Belgrade

We visited Belgrade for the Eternal Derby football match. The hotel is fairly new and everything is clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered a good selection and the hotel is within walking distance of some of Belgrade’s main sights. Free Wi-Fi is available and overall we were happy with the price we paid.

It would have been nice to have some teas and coffees in the room to go with the kettle but this is a minor detail really.

Weekend in Beograd

Stayed here for a weekend of sightseeing. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see (Kalmegedan, St Sava, Tesla Museum, etc.). The hotel is near the Sava River, so most of central Beograd starts with an uphill walk, which we enjoyed. Good selection of nearby restaurants. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Good breakfast.

It was our family vacation to Europe. We were looking for one night stay in Belgrade, and searching for a nice hotel, we found Jump INN hotel. After this night we booked it again on our way back. The suite was very large, modern and clean. The beds very comfortable!Tthe breakfast is awesome (so much to choose from for a complimentary continental), and the staff are beyond attentive. The entire front desk team and concierge team is exceptional. They think of everything, and bend over backwards to ensure you enjoy your stay. Going for a walk? How about some water to go? Need a cab? We communicated with the hotel prior to our arrival with special requests and they accommodated us and were very helpful. This hotel would be my first choice in Belgrade. Definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel

This hotel is perfectly located for the centre of Belgrade, Kalemegdan and, you can even walk to Usce shopping centre within 10 minutes. It's surrounded by great bars and restaurants and easy to get to from the airport.
The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and a lovely place to retire to after a day of sightseeing.
The breakfast buffet provided a huge variety of food to suit all tastes and if you wanted something extra (I asked for a boiled egg), they would happily prepare it for you.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade - business or pleasure - you won't be disappointed.

The room they put me in was very tiny.... They call it \" economy comfort \" they never change my bed linens after three days. I had to ask the staff to change it on the 5th day. The breakfast buffet had the same type of food every day, no variety at all !!! They smoke inside the restaurant which was very annoying

Loved this hotel - feels really comfortable unlike another 4 star hotel near the train station. Room was warm and cozy, with black out curtains. Staff were warm and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. A bit tricky to find the way to the city centre through the streets but nevertheless it's only about 15 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent position, close to everywhere I needed to go. Excellent breakfast - enjoyed it. However, my
room was absolutely tiny and the expedia.com picture MISREPRESENTED the room next to the price. would have been more than happy to pay a bit more for a better room. However, I definitely expect to come back to this hotel in the future and pay a bit more for a more spacious room! I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and first class breakfast.

The Jump Inn hotel is brand new & located a stone's throw from the central train station in Belgrade meaning you can walk to most places of interest in the city center or use public transport very easily if you wish.

The staff speak very good English & I found that they're also very polite and helpful throughout your whole trip, not just at check-in!

Rooms are very clean & have all the usual amenities you'd expect to see. The bathroom was better than what I thought though with a large 'rain shower' rather than those small standard shower heads you get in most other places.

There's complimentary coffee/tea in rooms along with a safe for valuables etc and very good free WiFi which is always a good thing.

I picked the right hotel to stay at for 4 nights especially with the price I paid. If I come back to Belgrade, I will definitely be staying here again!

Great new hotel with exceptionally friendly service. Room very nice, new and clean with very nice and modern decor. Little bit off the city center walking district and fortress -about 15 minutes walk uphill.

internet unusable, staff rude about it

68.1% packetloss. That's what the internet was like. Every other minute it would just start dropping packets, slaughtering all sockets currently established. It made use of a VPN impossible, and thus I lost days of business. The room was nice enough, but I didn't get to spend much time in it as I had to leave and find usable wifi. Internet access in Srbija is generally very good, with low latencies and high bandwidth. I asked them to reboot their equipment, and they refused, saying \"they've never had complaints before\". I'm looking to get work done, not browse YouTube. That they would not take the time to confront this problem and instead suggest it was my device (I have 5 devices capable of Internet access, the problem is verified across all of them) completely ruined my stay at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler in the Balkans and will never again stay at this hotel. Giving them a chance was a regrettable experience.

Fantastic Hotel! Highly recommended

1. Check In - Absolute breeze. Receptionists were friendly, personable, helpful and spoke fluent English. They catered for my requests (which were submitted with my original booking).
2. The Room - Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Great pillow menu. Had the best sleep I've had in ages (particularly for an insomniac). Modern fixtures, attention to detail to ensure the traveller feels at home even when they are away from home (eg. List of TV channels so you can browse and select one in your language, mini sewing kit)
3. The Location - Centrally located - There's an ATM on the external side of the building, a grocery store across the street, a tram across the road, and a restaurant in the building. My tour guides kept telling me how well situated my hotel was and made suggestions for self-walk tours to do on my own which were great.
4. Overall rating - I give it a well deserved 5/5. Speedy Wifi in the Room, Festaurant and Foyer. Good green/carbon footprint. You scan the card, no need to swipe. Lights on the floor are switched on based on sensors that detect movement which conserves energy.

Modern clean hotel in a great location

We were picked up from Nikola Tesla airport through transportation arranged by the hotel for 22 euros. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was there 24/7. The room was clean and very comfortable with a great shower! The location of the hotel was great, an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Also right next to the bus station. At night you may faintly hear the music from the famous nightclubs nearby, but did not interfere with our sleep or bother us. Would definitely stay here again! Belgrade is a great city, we wish we were there longer!

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, and great breakfast!

Nice, modern hotel very close to the city centre.
I only stayed the one night, but the staff were very helpful while I was there, and the large variety of breakfast choices was a massive plus.
I would definitely recommend Jump INN to anyone who plans to visit Belgrade.

A True Example of Serbian Kindness

Amazingly high quality hotel but that is not the selling point. It has been said that Serbians are the nicest people you'll ever encounter. After staying at the Jump Inn I can tell you that there is something to that. We had a slight problem with the room ( we got locked in ) and after a 20 minute lock picking adventure the staff went well beyond the call of duty to make things right. Great staff and great location.
