It was raining heavily the day we checked in, so it made us cancel a lot of our plans causing us to arrive a lot earlier than our check in time. We had just planned on asking to store our luggage while we wait for the check in time. The front desk was so kind, and the cleaning staff were so efficient that our room was ready early, and they let us check in early. It was so nice to get out of our wet clothes and take a warm bath. We thank the staff for their hospitality. Also, the hotel is gorgeous and meticulously maintained. If I am ever in the area again, I will be sure to book another stay.

The hotel is close to JR station which is great. We arrived early at the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She processed our check-in as soon as the room was available, so we did not have to wait for the official check-in time. We had a good lunch in the hotel Japanese restaurant. Room is clean and has a superb view overseeing the river.

この地区のトップのホテルでしょう

往時はこの地区のトップのホテルだったのだと感じました。よくある地方で結婚式やイベントを開催するホテルと思われ、豪盛なつくりになっています。窓からの景色もとてもよいです。
　建物のあちこちに古さを感じます。施設の修理も十分でなく、あちこちが剥がれていたり、そのあたりに不衛生さを感じます。大浴場も利用でき、期間限定、平日のみということですが、夜のカレーサービスはよいと思いました。ただ、JR北上駅からは少し距離があり、北上の繁華街側とは反対側にあるので、車を利用しない旅行での利用は少し不便かもしれません。

昔は地域の人に愛されたそれなりに格式あるホテルだったのだろうと思う。周囲に洗練されたビジネスホテルが増え、客が減っても、かつての栄光にすがって何も改善せず、そうこうするうちに改善のための資金もなくなった。あとはゆっくり死を待つだけという印象。建物が古くても寝具を立派なものにするとか、テレビを大型にするとかドライヤーをよいものにするとか工夫の余地はあると思うが…あきらめているのでしょうね。部屋から川が見えると書かれていたが反対側の部屋から見えるのは巨大なマルハンでした。

とても良いホテルです。

夏油高原スキー場利用に使いました。
一般的なビジネスホテルより、部屋は広めなところと大浴場（湯船は3人程度と小さい）があるところとスキー場行きのシャトルバスの発着所があるところがよかったです。
近くには、コンビニや食事をするところがありませんので、夕飯は駅の反対側まで行き、コンビニは駅近くの店を利用しました。
周りに何も無いので、とても静かなところでした。
また利用したいです。

無料駐車場で大浴場完備とコスパが良かった。コロナ禍でレストランが休業中だったので周りに飲食店が無くて、車で探さなくてはならないので困った。朝食はとても美味しかった。

素晴らしいホテル

駅から近く北上川の流れ、街並みが見渡せ綺麗な宿。ただすごい悪天候の為だいぶ早くに濡れて到着のため、追加料金が発生したのと、コロナのためレストランが営業して無く、悪天候の中コンビニ出向き弁当を部屋で食べた事は素晴らしいホテルだけに、残念だった。

見た目の良いのはロビーだけ

風が強かったのですが、窓枠の隙間からピーピー音がしました。
シャワーホルダーがガタガタでした。
ビス締めれば済むので、全室点検して欲しいものです。
ロビーにコーヒーメーカー置いてありましたが、200円でした。
朝食会場にもカップひとり1つのみと注意書きしてあり、なんかどこまでもセコいな〜と感じました。
見た目の良いのはロビーだけでした。

朝食はつけない方が良いと思います。それなりとは思えない内容でした。立地上、近くで食事が出来ませんが、繁華街までは徒歩15分はかかります。送迎はありません。wifiが不安定でした。全体的には金額なりだと思います。

新幹線の駅から直線距離は大したことはないが途中にコンビニとパチンコ屋しかないので寒空を歩くと遠く感じた。ホテルの外観は立派なもので、ロビーや結婚式場なども豪華に見えるが部屋はフツーのビジホである。暖房をつけておいてくれてありがたかった。一泊五千円ならおトク

北上駅の東口側なので、繁華街は少し遠いですが徒歩圏内。その分、静かで良かったです。家族3人で泊まったのですが、和洋室は広くて、快適でした。外風呂は、期待したほどではありませんでしたが、広さは十分です。ホテル内には気軽に入れるバーもあり、くつろぐには最適なホテルでした。
