Our room had comfortable beds and was an easy walk into Katherine shopping centre with some good coffee shops. Unfortunately our room’s windows were fixed so could not be opened for ventilation. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Toilet was not clean, water run down from hand basin to the pipe made so much noise which to me sound like there was a collecting tray below, the bathroom door needs to be lubricated also the gate to the rooms made so much noise as our room was near it.

Nice 3 star hotel.

Owner was friendly and very help full on checkin. Not a 5 star accomodation and it doesn’t advertise as one. But it is a really good 3 star. Clean, comfortable, good internet, plenary of tea and coffee, and a good air conditioner. What else do you need?
Would stay here again for sure.

Good hotel and pool but really bad service. The reception tried to charge us althpugh we had already paid. They also said our room was ready and th e re was noone in it but we couldnt check in 1 hour early!

The staff here are lovely and were happy to help us with our every need. The rooms are also quite large, which makes things more comfortable.

The downside is that depending on where you are located, you may not sleep very well due to the constant noise. The stairs outside our room were super loud with people banging up and down them in the early hours if the morning, and drunk people talking loudly. We were in room 2 which was bad; if you get a choice ask for a room on the top floor away from stairs.

Ideal location close to town centre and Katherine

Bron runs a great motel and is wonderful to boot.
We enjoyed New Years' Eve by the pool and had a grand old time.
We would definitely stay here again.

A one night stop for us on a longer NT trip. Disinterested appearing chap at check-in. Fairly clean. laundry machines just spread the dirt amongst our garments. Cleaners seemed to be based in the adjacent room to us and besides making it very bust right outside our room made access to the carpark with various bags a little harder at checkout. Pool area very tired. Meal was lovely and waitress nice too.

Clean comfy secure motel

Was a decent and clean motel. We were pleasantly surprised.
The food at the restaurant was amazing and well priced.
The room was big, clean and had everything we needed.
Shower was good.

do not get what you book for online.

No hot water in bathroom sink.
One 2cm x 2cm piece of soap.
No single bed, had to arrange other accommodation for that person.
Bed light did not work.
No spare pillows. Bed as hard as a rock.
Staff rude when advised of these faults, stated we should have checked room when we arrived. We had a surprise 30th to attend and travelled from Darwin, we just had enough time to change and leave, during this time rearranging accommodation for the single person.

Disappointing

First room had extreme smell of paint so I asked to be shifted.
Second room door did not lock or shut properly and TV wasn't tuned.
On checkout the receptionist kept trying to get me to pay even though I had already paid.
Also not a good place for someone with a vision impairment to stay as general lighting around reception and dining area is terrible.

The Room I stayed in had the most awful smell that it kept me up all night. The Ac was also broken and just added to the discomfort. When I did tell the staff about my issues with the room the woman just looked at me to say so what.... no sorry no nothing. I will not be staying there again

Hotel stay in Katherine

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel, no Foxtel, only a few TV channels were working which was disappointing when you want to relax and watch movies. Could not use the USB drive in TV, no DVD player. Aircon wasn't cold enough, could hear everyone walking past the room so no sleep in. Lamp was not working and very dim lighting and this was an upgrade.

Tropical oasis setting, close to all facilities

Checked in after a long day riding on the Harley!
Room was spotless and well presented. Decor a little dated but the comfort and cleanliness more than made up for it.
After relaxing in the beautiful tropical setting by the pool with a much needed drink, we had a meal at the on-site stone grill restaurant. There was a function also on at the same time so the staff and management went far and above to ensure we were also catered for. We felt so special with complemetary drinks and dessert offered to make up for the (tiny) delays in getting our meals out to us. One thing that we will take away is the amazing service we received from Rob and his staff, in particular Ryan and Antony who made us feel like we were welcome friends.
It was interesting to see the photos from the 1998 Kathering flood and were amazed to see how the hotel fared as well as spots we could recognise from the township.
A fantastic place to stay and will absolutely recommended to anyone travelling to Katherine!

The staff were friendly and although the rooms could use a good Reno they had more than enough space to walk around in and store belongings. It was a very practical. The garden by the pool was a relaxing spot to have a drink. The restaurant was nice and the Katherine Club (known by locals as the RSL) had family affordable meals and was right next door.

Nice hotel in Katherine.

Paraday hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The room was large enough, and the air conditioning fine. The pool is covered with an awning that makes for a pleasant swim in the hut afternoon. The restaurant has delicious fillet to cook yourself on a stone grill. The drawback is that the wifi is limited to one hour.
