Robert

Amory

Chad

Chad
Stayed here multiple times and always the same good experience
Chad
Good experience. Low cost but modern and clean
Stephanie
It was a decent stay. Not really any major complaints.
Cathy
Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.
michael
Good location and staff was excellent
Justin
The room was adequate and appropriate for the price. However, the shower had not been cleaned and there was a large amount of long, black hair on the walls of the shower. Quite disgusting.
Mike
Room still smelled of smoke. Overall clean.
Kathy
It was clean but we didn’t get much rest . It was very noisey all night. Sounded like parties in all directions. Very minimal amenities .
Shawn
The hotel was horrible. Old, dirty, gross.
Delica
Parking was convenient. Lobby and room had an unpleasant odor. The mattresses were clean and comfortable. There was used bar soap stuck to the shower in two different spots. Fresh coffee was served in the morning.
Brian
Room was not clean at all. Old bottle caps under the desk. Horribly dusty between the desk and wall. Used disposable razor cover in the bathtub. The room smelled like cajun shrimp boil, and not in a good way. Will never use this hotel again.
Konstantinos

Justin
There are roaches in the rooms, staff didn’t do anything about it and the place is very unclean
Joya
Parking was very easy, air conditioning was good and the staff was amazing
Elliott
A very good hotel for the price considering it was rather dated from the outside, but it was fairly clean and comfortable inside. The town of Frederick is rather depressed as most of it is old and boarded up, so there is not much to do. I was there for three nights and only service I received in my room was trash being taken out and fresh towels. Bed was not made. Wi-Fi was virtually unusable as it was very weak. The manager showed me the Wi-Fi antenna on a telephone pole outside, but even at 50 yards from it, it was still very weak. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave and a very large 55 inch TV. Bathroom was very clean and no mold at all. Hot water came up very fast. Would recommend if it is close to where you need to go. Definitely would go back again if needed.
Donald
I've been expensive for a night stay college town I'm sure they have many visitors but it was like I said it was a bit expensive more likely I won't visit your hotel but probably another hotel in the area bam that's what I'm
Deana
So pictures are deceiving the pictures I seen prior to booking were not the way the rooms looked by any means. The staff at check in were absolutely wonderful, however that was not the case for staff at check out. The 2 men that were on shift at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs. They even carried in our tremendous amount of belongings since we had to do work during the stay. Staff at check out was terrible we requested a late check out and I thought charged for a late check out but they say we did not and kicked my friend out when I was doing work stuff (the reason for the stay) and away from the room at the time which mind you she did not have anywhere to go with not knowing anyone in the area and not knowing the area to go anywhere.
Robert
I waited close to 10 minutes to check in because the guy behind the desk was on a personal phone call. He apologized after the fact that what good is that.
There were approximately 10 cars in the parking lot. Yeah, they put me on the third floor, with no elevator. I’m a senior citizen center.

Clean room and convenience to Capitol made it so I could walk.
Melisha
The property is a little run down. But it was as I expected for the price we paid. There was a funny smell in the lobby when we arrived, but not in our room, and it was gone later. Our room was clean and staff was friendly.
Matt
Not clean not a very nice place
Ron
Whole building stinks. The \"no smoking\" policy obviously isn't enforced. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke throughout. Bed was terrible and the head of the bed is way lower than the foot of the bed. Now my back hurts. Tile on bathroom floor are coming up and bathroom door is badly water damaged. The room was inexpensive though. Classic case of you get what you pay for. Front desk staff were super nice though. They were very friendly and welcoming.
Anthony
It was clean and staff was friendly. Nothing special though, just a place to sleep
William
Check in was good and room clean and very good price. Only thing the parking lot smells very much of marijuana however entering hotel is fine.
Marc
The hotel is pretty dank. The room was sparsely furnished and dark, but the worst thing was that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was really gross and the cleaning staff had all gone home. I actually had to grab a toilet brush off an abandoned cart and do it myself. It did not give me much confidence in the cleanliness of anything else. The towels and sheets all seemed clean, though. The coffee was really good in the lobby, too, and the desk staff were friendly. I'm definitely staying somewhere else on my return trip.
Devin
Room dirty. Smelled like smoke. Someone slept in their truck outside my window. Won’t stay again
Tabatha
Its was really pieceful eazy access to everything around
Anthony Ray
Very clean room and linens. Great, friendly, and very curteous staff. The whole atmosphere was just so relaxing and comfortable!
Brenda
Room was clean staff was nice and very easy check in.
April Willmeno
Absolutely the hotel was clean and staff was nice. I stayed one month at your hotel.

Steven
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and it was not loud or crowded. I will coming back.
Hilary
Rooms were clean. I just wish that there had been a coffee maker in the room.
Megan
good for sleeping thats about it
Robert
It was perfect for what we needed - a place to rest for the night. Service was excellent and friendly. Room was clean. Wish it had a coffee pot. Parking was sufficient and place to walk our pets. We'll stay there again.
April Willmeno
Room was clean and staff was very friendly.
Camille
Staff was rude
April
Yes the stay was very wonderful
Arthur
Friendly and efficient
Janna
The room was very clean. The checkin process was easy and the person who waited on us very friendly. It is an older hotel that hasn't been updated for a while, but the room was clean and sufficient for our needs.
Michael
Room was very clean, but small. Bed arrangement put right side (as one stands at bottom, looking toward head) <6 inches from a wall. Being a senior, I had to take that right side because my wife could NOT enter the bed without discomfort/pain. Room, itself was very small and offered little space. I would have liked a safety bar in the bath/shower area.
Staff was very welcoming and polite. No breafast was offered.
Unfortunately, as we both age, we will stay elsewhere when staying in Jefferson City, Missouri.

There were stains on the towels, the bedsheets, and in the shower. Whole place was dark and just felt shady and dirty. Not worth the lower prices.

Our experience with Travelodge by Wyndam in Jefferson City, Mo. was excellent. This will be our new go-to for stays in Jefferson City, Mo. Compared to previous experiences, Travelodge has been the best in town for service, condition of rooms and customer service at a fair price.

Parking was easy, staff was attentive and friendly. Good value for the price. I needed a luggage cart and none was available. Other than that I would use this property again.

When we tried to explain an issue that happened the hotel clerk never did issue us the difference between what was paid to hotels.com and what they charged.

Parking was easy and felt safe. Room looked good. Mattress sank pretty deep when sat on, but overall we slept ok. A towel looked a little dingy, but we did not shower so did not need to use the towels. Tv worked well. Plugs to charge devices on lamps would be good. We had to hunt for plugs to use. Bathroom was modest with just enough space.

Excellent service and clean!
My sons and I stayed one night here. It was exactly what we wanted it to be: clean, comfortable, and affordable. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly very friendly. He quickly handled our request for extra towels and saved the day with toothpaste when I realized none of us brought it.
We would stay here again!

Just fine
The desk attendant was accommodating. Stayed on first floor so the elephants above our room decided to roam about at 4:15 am, to check out i guess, i think tgey hot lapped the room for a good 40 mins first. The sheets had some very small spot stains that looked like ink dots. Had to take a 2nd look at those. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again, basically only used for shower and sleep as most do, late nights getting back in and leaving sonewhat early morning.

Great For The Price
It’s a no frills place, no in room coffee, or free breakfast BUT the friendliest hotel I’ve ever been in. No complaints whatsoever. If I come back I’ll definitely stay there again.

Nice Place
Clean, comfortable and very reasonable.

Car horns honking outside my room window at 5:00am. Guests fighting and screaming all night. Will not return.
David
Everything was fine but the room had 3 bad outlets in the wall and a lamp that did work.

No elevator. WiFi is a joke -- very poor signal.
Kevin
Clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Also had a small fridge and microwave in room, which was nice. Only complaint: There were no plastic cups -- or cups of any kind -- in the room. Overall, I'd return.

Great staff. Exceptionally clean. Easy parking. It does seem as if some rooms have received an update while others have not b

An excellent hotel at a very reasonable price.
I stayed in the hotel by myself for two nights, I was in town for a tournament. This was a great deal! The room was not, like many inexpensive hotels, old looking. The bathroom looks like it has been recently remodeled, the carpet looked new and the air conditioner was ice cold. It was also convenient, close to Lincoln University, a ton of restaurant and grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

What we didnt like was the shower was to short im 5 6 and the i had to bend down to use the shower. My husband is 6ft i felt sorry for him. There was only 1side table so i had to use our suitcase to have a place for my glasses, my drink and my phone. And also there was no place to hang our cloths.

The beds are really hard, the toilet kept running and the hallways smelled. On a good note, it was quiet and I loved the smoking area

Not Worth the Say...Never Again
Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in many areas and is in desperate need of major renovations. The overall atmosphere feels dated, with dark rooms due to poor lighting and carpets that appear to be original from the 1970s. The furniture is noticeably worn and tattered, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets provided, no closet available for storage, and the bathroom is in serious need of a complete overhaul. Even the curtains are made of plastic, adding to the outdated and unwelcoming feel.
Additionally, the hotel lacks many basic amenities commonly found in other accommodations—such as breakfast options, grab-and-go items, or even a small supply of convenience items like Tylenol or toothpaste. Given the condition and lack of services, the price does not reflect a good value.
The one positive note is the staff, who were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. However, their kindness alone is not enough to justify the overall experience.
