Staff was amazing. We enjoyed a drink from the bar. Our suite was clean and quiet. This hotel never disappoints. I would highly recommend.
Alicia
Clean room, spacious and great places to eat and get coffee near by.

Room was very clean and the staff appropriate other than the young white male who worked the bar/food area the night of my stay. He was a total tool, I cleaned it up, treating me like crap and when I asked for a straw he said he would bring one right over that never came. I could tell he was more interested to attend to the \"pretty people\" and fish for tips. I would stay here again but not use the bar at all.
Gary
Very clean. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Hotel is very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants.
Mark
Expensive for what it included. Breakfast and coffee is expensive considering room price.
Derek

I have stayed at this hotel
several times in the past few years. The beds are terrible. they are so hard it is like sleeping on a board. I have complained about this each stay but nothing changes.

My room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Overall it was comfortable and quiet.
Elizabeth
Not worth the price. The indoor pool was so cold, the road noise could be heard through out the night and the breakfast was NOT FREE. Disappointed and not sure why they are charging so much more than the other hotels around the area.
Shane
There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived, there was long black hair on the floor in our room. The deadbolt lock didn't work in our room and teanagers ran up and down at hallway knocking on doors unitil after 10:00 PM. We will not be stayin here in the future.
paul
Friendly staff.
Michael
Parking was not cramped and easy to get in and out. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and the property was quiet.
Mollie
Wonderful property and a great comfortable place to stay with your family where you will feel safe
Jeremy
Never have I ever had to pay extra to park!! Price for one night is a little ridiculous
Vicki
Lovely, clean and quiet. We always choose this beautiful, modern hotel.
Nicholas
Room was beautiful, air conditioner was too noisy, lights would automatically turn on in the bathroom for no reason, and the food options around the hotel left a lot to be desired.
David
Nicest folks on the front desk. Well maintained hotel. Great view.
Michael
Great place, very clean, staff was friendly. Will be my main stay for travel trips to Jeff City.
Debbie
The bed and pillows didn’t compare the last properly we stayed at for Marriott. The hot tub was working and the property wasn’t completely updated.
Jacquelyn
The staff were very friendly and available for assistance. Rooms and hallways were clean.
Daniel
Felt new and clean. The staff were very helpful. We visited as we were riding the Katy Trail. This was an easy stop along the way. Would stay again if I was in Jeff City
Michael
Service and check in were good. Bed was too soft and they charged for parking. I think it was over priced for what it was.
David
Love this place! Fantastic place to stay! Always clean.

Check in was easy and staff was very welcoming. Everyone was so nice

The property was super clean and extremely quiet. Usually when you go to a hotel, the blackout curtains are super crappy but these worked phenomenal and I could have slept all day.
Nick
Room was very nice, check in was very quick and easy

Great stay- would stay here again, staff was friendly & helpful
Duane
The smoke alarm went off while we were sleeping. It was a false alarm, thank heavens. This place is always clean and comfortable. The whole floor was open and they placed us right next to the only person on the floor. Not very happy about that but the overall experience was good. We will definitely return.
Patrick
The staff was extremely helpful and recommending local restaurants. Overall, very friendly and welcoming hotel.
Angie
Our a/c was hard to figure out. Room felt damp. Halls were hot like being outside.
VICKI
Excellent service! Clean & modern.
JANET
It was extremely well located next to the Capitol and the State office buildings that I was needing to have business with. The parking garage was easily located next to the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My motel room was very welcoming after a long day of meetings!
Matthew
Nice hotel, somewhat uncomfortable sleep.
The room was nice, the hotel decor is modern. I liked how big the room and bathroom was. My only complaint was the bed. It was not comfortable, definitely a firm mattress and the pillows needed something as well. One pillow made it feel like your head was flat against the mattress and two pillows felt like you head was too high. The pillows are fluffy but not very supportive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Michael
Very nice hotel. Clean, convenient, very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
James
After I returned home I found a $17.00 charge on my credit card for parking AT THE HOTEL'S PARKING LOT - which was the only place to park. I was told nothing about this extra charge and it was not obvious on any hotel information I saw while booking the reservation. It felt like total deception!!! I don't care about the money, it was the deception! This will honestly cause me to book elsewhere!

Part of a longer trip
The staff were amazing. They truly understand how to be hospitable. The room was nicely done and comfortable. The design took advantage of the space, making the room feel larger. There were extra outlets in the small hall and bathroom, making it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time.
William
Best hotel in JC hands down
Kevin
Everything good
Richard
A beautiful, new Courtyard looking over the downtown area of Jefferson City with a view of the Capitol at night. The facility was clean and well-appointed. We purchased breakfast in the dining area and it was delicious. The staff on Thanksgiving day were welcoming and friendly. A wonderful addition to Jefferson City. We were a bit surprised to be charged for daily parking when we were just parked outside the building.
Jana
