We stayed in this hotel on the way to Branson. The lady checking us in greeted us with a smile. She was very friendly and assisted us with directions to local restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The next morning we had breakfast and there was a great variety. They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit and several other items. The gentleman working kept everything well stocked and clean. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had at a hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are always very clean including the bathrooms. The breakfast has several hot choices and not just cold food such as cereal, yogurt or fruit. The staff is always attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. As a woman traveling alone I feel very safe in their locations and parking areas. I always stay there if I’m in Jefferson City, Columbia and Warrensburg. And for me the No Dog/animals permitted works out perfectly. I’m pretty sure service animals are allowed though.

This hotel is badly managed and quite disappointing. We have stayed in many comfort suites in the last 5 weeks and this one looked the best, the facilities are very nice but was the disappointing .
We had 2 rooms
Room 1
Curtains do not close, mechanism is broken so light came from outside all the time and it bothered our rest.
There was an annoying fly in the room
Cleaner forgot to remove dirty wash cloths, one was hanging over the curtain
Toilet paper rolled the wrong way, we turned them around.
The box of tissues was empty
Pillows are old and uncomfortable
Bed was not well made
There was a raucous from upstairs room and the room next door like a “pack of horses” running over our heads and corridor

Room 2
Was not very clean and smelled bad
The desk was missing in the room

Breakfast was very poor though the man in charge was doing his best to keep everything clean and tidy

One bright spot was Amanda in the reception. She was very sweet and welcoming

We had grandchildren with us excited to use the pool. Some guests ate and left a mess in the pool area. I suggest hourly checks just to be sure there's enough towels and the area is clean from messy guests.

Safe area/easy to locate,
ample free parking, friendly and accommodating staff,
clean room,
comfortable bed and room temperature needed to be cool so there was no problems with the air conditioner.
I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t eat breakfast there.

I will continue coming back!

The room was good. We had an issue with an injury with someone we were traveling with and needed to leave early but neither hotels.com nor the hotel would help us. We even ordered trip insurance and it’s a total rip off! Don’t do it! It said it was $4 then actually charged $33 and then we couldn’t actually use it. They would have required access to our travel companion’s private medical info to actually reimburse the day that we had to leave early (by normal check out time btw). I felt like everyone that should have helped us with basic customer service refused to help. I will book through the actual hotel from now on.

The room was clean, and the staff was outstanding. Housekeeping was always friendly when I spoke to them, and they always asked if we needed anything whenever I saw them in the halls. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The pool was out of order, but they were quite helpful in getting us access to the Hampton Inn next door where we could enjoy the pool.

One thing I forgot to note, to engage the deadbolt lock on the door I had to lift on the door from the handle, otherwise it would not line up to fit the hole. I was able to get it to work so this did not detract from my stay in any way.

This trip was 1 disappointment after another. The only reason I booked this hotel to begin with was the pool and hot tub. Which was not in service, wasn’t told that pool was also closed. Employees that came to kick us out of pool area was very rude and unprofessional. Also when booking this hotel while traveling on the road, the Expedia app booked hotel for the next day. So when being done driving for the night, We went to hotel, only to be told in a very rude manor that property was sold out for the night . We asked why was we able to book a room, was offered no explanation or even kind words, for our situation.

The room was musty, There were several bugs on the walls. There also were a few lady bug type bugs in the Bed. Needless to say My wife and I did not sleep in the room because of the bug issue. We did not bring this up while we were there because we were tired and wanted to sleep. We ended up reserving another room at a different hotel.

The room was excellent....clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was spotless and the food was really really good. We would have given it a 5 star but there was NO water in the hot tub and the water in the swimming pool was not clean. The kitchen and the housecleaning staff were both very friendly....the staff at the front desk was lukewarm at best. We think they could do better at making guests feel welcome at check-in.

It smelled like weed so bad when we arrived. I was disappointed to see that they gave us ONE bar of soap to use in the shower (gross, who shares bar soap?). They charged us $6 for 2 bottles of water. The attendant checking us out was so engrossed on her phone we startled her when we came up. She didn’t even thank us or anything. Never staying here again.

We chose this hotel for room, pool and most importantly the hot tub. I called the reservation line and they confirmed the hotel had a hot tub and that it was working. When we got to the hotel, it was broken down and had been for sometime. Speaking with staff, the owner knows about it and refuses to update the website because it would discourage people from making reservations there. I hope the owners starts doing the right thing. S

Clean hotel, great breakfast, friendly employees. I really like it here. The only issue is the hot tub was down and has been for a couple weeks (I stay here almost weekly) and that’s kind of a bummer after a long day. Other than that. Great place to stay. Very comfortable

Worst Hotel in America

Room had no way to lock the doors, card reader didn’t work, deadbolt worked but unable to secure personal items, safety latch broken. Paid the price to go cheap. Lobby was dirty. Didn’t touch anything in the room for fear of getting a strange disease. Biker ‘social group’ showed up in the evening. We feared for our safety and potential damage to our vehicle. Complete horror show, we did not stay, went to another hotel.

Unusable Pool and Hot Tub Sours Trip

Indoor pool water temperature was extremely cold. Too cold for kids to swim in, risk of hypothermia. Hot tub was labeled as out of order. Everything else was good- great breakfast, nice staff, clean enough rooms, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the reason we chose this hotel over others or an Airbnb was because it had a pool and hot tub. We were all looking forward to that part! Wish it had stated on the website that these were both not useable!

Everything BUT the indoor pool/hot tub was great.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice front seating area. Indoor pool as FREEZING (maybe 55-60 degrees) and hot tub was not working. Kids could not swim due to risk of hypothermia. The reason we had chosen this hotel was it had an indoor pool the kids could swim in. We were all very disappointed. If the indoor pool and hot tub were not use able, it should have been stated on the website.
