Dwyane at the front desk was excellent and had great recommendations. Kayli (hope I spelled that right) was our housekeeper and a delight and very professional. The room was clean and very spacious. Halls were quite and the elevators were quick. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and kept well stocked. There was plenty of seating to eat. Parking lot had plenty of spots. Would definately stay next time I am in Enid. Would recommend.

The tv in our room didn’t work. We asked management to send someone to fix it. They never came. Then asked to be moved to a different room and that tv didn’t work either!
The tv in the workout room didn’t work as well.
The room smelt like wet towels. Or mold.
Just not a very well maintained property. Will never stay here again. And Marriott should be ashamed.

Hotel seems to be on the downward slope of quality. Many things within the rooms did not work and were complained about from other people in the hotel. One of the rooms floors had a section that seemed to be lower than the rest as if it were sinking. The rest of the doors and furniture were crooked and did not work properly. As for staff and other things id rate it a 4 out of 5 just the building and amenities seemed poor.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but we were in town for a competition whoch required us getting up around 430 am. There was a party of some sort on saturday night, and people were running up through the halls yelling and being very loud until almost 1 am making it very difficult to rest.

After getting room which was for wheel-chair users/hearing impaired which we didn't request it was discovered bathroom door was off the track and light above the bed was inoperable. We contacted front desk who said maintenance wouldn't be in until next day and they would come to address problem the next day. That didn't happen the next day or any day thereafter for duration of stay.

We were awaken by mice in the room. My son actually caught one in the trash can. We later found glue traps set around the room to catch them so the staff was aware of the infestation. Staff did not address this well and currently working with Marriott to correct the issues.

I tried to offer baking soda as a way to neutralize the chemicals. But instead I was faced with breathing these chemicals during my 3 day stay. Never again, horrible decision on the managements part.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel looks new from the outside the rooms were less than mediocre. We were not impressed, but it was a place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, it was muggy in our room, there were live spiders, beetles, and rolly pollies all over the floors, carpets looked like they needed replaced. We won't stay there again.

The room we stayed in needs updating…water stain in wall, unfinished trim work in the room. It would be appreciated to have higher quality tissue and bath tissue for guests. The parking lot is terrible for negotiating vehicles…the event center has parties in 2 of the nights we stayed and left crowded and tight parking spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was advertised to be available until 9:30 and on one of the mornings we went down breakfast had been pulled just before 9. The desk staff and housekeeping personnel were friendly…it just seemed they were short handed and/or unprepared for the amount of guests they were taking care of.

We purchased 2 nights in the double queen “suite.” The pictures were confusing, but we have stayed with this company before and had hopes that it would be an actual suite. It was not. It was an oddly shaped room than was just a touch longer than standard. The bathroom doors are sliding and heavy and sooooo loud. The breakfast was also terrible. We made plans based on the confirmed and posted start time to breakfast. This was 40 minutes late to be set out. And it was also terrible. I’ve been at $50/night motels with more respect for their guests. They just had eggs, oatmeal, orange juice and apple juice. No milk, yogurt, ice, pastries, drinks. I was pretty surprised at how bad it was. 2 nights for $360 in a fake suite feels like a scam. I would pay no more than $82 to stay there again. Terribly disappointing for our holiday travels.

Not enough handicap parking, my daughter has a broken ankle. Had to wait a moment for the lady at desk to finish texting to help me let alone ZERO greetings. Stayed in room 232. Bathroom where toilet is, i have no Idea what that concept is for. And at the other end was a shower tub and normal size sink. Walls had smears or dirt and grime all over especially in bathrooms. Some sort of remodeling looks to have been done horribly. Breakfast was appreciated, what would have been AMAZING is coffee in the 4 coffee containers during breakfast. The front desk lady knee several of us were looking for coffee and did nothing to assist. The absolute worst was the god forsaken \"bar\" in lobby that is so loud and rowdy with people. When you have been on the road all day and obviously are from out of town the last thing my family needs to see ir hear is a damn loud bar with yelling and horribly loud music

The property and rooms look nice at first glance, but it’s deceiving. The hotel and our room had a musty smell. There were dead roaches on the floor near the pool. We also found mouse feces under the mattress in the trundle bed. Our sheets also had stains. We covered it up with extra sheets but felt a bit uncomfortable. All in all the location wasn’t bad and the room was nice looking, but dirty.

2nd time to stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Staff was great. Inside was clean and quiet. However, we did have insects show up in the bathroom. Outside I did see they had poison in the front and back of the building but nothing on the sides. The outside of building needs some repairs especially on the outside sitting areas. Also need butt cans for smokers. Had to throw mine on the ground. But overall it was a good stay.

I stayed for two nights. The first night my room was on the bottom floor by the side exit. There was a storm that night and the hotel is on the west edge of town by a field. There were a lot of bugs, black beetles (alive and dead) in my room the next morning. I killed three of them and a cricket before I found all the dead ones around the baseboards of the entire room and around the bed. The front desk changed my room but never did apologize or offer anything other than the room change. The next morning I found a spider in my bed. Very disappointing stay.

Everything was great. I'm not a fan of hotel beds in general but the bed here was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in.

The only negative was the layout in the room. They had the TV in a very inconvenient place. You couldn't really watch TV from the bed very easily and the couch was uncomfortable so you don't want to sit on the couch to watch TV.

When I go to a hotel I hope to feel just a little pampered. It didn’t happen here. The couch that was a sofa bed did not pull out. In room coffee pot and refrigerator didn’t work.
But most disappointing of all was an inside pool which said heated on their website was not heated at all. It was so cold you couldn’t swim in it.
On the plus side there was plenty of hot water for a shower.

The Price is Not Quite Right

I really wanted to like the hotel more than I did. I liked the design and layout. I enjoyed the games they had in the lobby and the bar with the pool table. The outdoor patio and grill were nice.The room was comfortable overall. I appreciated the spaciousness. However, for the price of the hotel room, more than the price of most in the area, Marriott should have offered better maintenance and services.

I had to dust off the bathroom fixtures so I could hang up my towels. I also cleaned up a decent amount of mold, badly covered with a thin layer of caulk, from the shower. The badly spackled crack between the bathroom wall and the ceiling was not too disconcerting, but it was another example of the seemingly cavalier manner in which repairs and general maintenance were regarded by hotel staff. I appreciated being offered complimentary mouthwash, makeup removal wipes, and conditioner. It would have been nice to have had shampoo to go with the conditioner, though.

The pool was a comfortable temperature, and I liked the ramp entrance. However, both the rust and the mildew lining areas of the pool were off-putting. The gym had little equipment, too, and it was not particularly clean.

The breakfast left much to be desired. And I found it disturbing that the sandwiches put out at 6:00 a.m. were still sitting out at 6:00 p.m.

The day clerk working 5/19 and 5/20 was friendly. The female clerk working the morning of 5/21 had the personality and professionalism of a doorknob.

Nice rooms and lobby. Friendly front desk service. Bathroom toilet squeeked unless we turned the water off. Terrible tv placement in king suite. Did love that the toilet was separate from shower. Swimming pool had extremely rusted, loose, and rotted out railing. It was gross with hair balls and towels thrown in the bottom. Breakfast was not as great as other hotels even with Covid. No juice machine, no prepackaged food, no real breakfast at all they only had cereal and instant oatmeal. For the price I would stay elsewhere next time.

No rest for the weary

We travelled to Enid so that my son could be well rested for his state championship tournament. I was not aware that a bar would be directly beneath us playing loud music/thumping bass well past 1:45 am. My husband called the front desk at least 2 time and was told they would turn it down but nothing changed. No apology, nothing from staff. At the very least we should have been made aware at check in. Others in our party were in the outer areas of the hotel and didn’t hear a thing.
Hotel was clean and nice. Layout of the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was decent for covid restricted. Door to the room was hard to open/close, needs maintenance. Staff was indifferent and dismissive.
I would only stay here again if I could be assured I wasn’t over the bar. Speaking of the bar, I am unsure if the Covid restrictions were being followed, I thought they were restricted to earlier closings? Not many masked either but that is personal choice IMO

Selected hotel based off of amenities, upon arrival was informed that several was closed bc of COVID, this would have been nice to know before hand. Then got in first room and toilet did not work. Second room, the tv cable had been ripped out so it didn’t work. Third room everything worked I suppose the ac worked the best, walls were pretty thin and we were roomed between 2 family’s with infant kids, whom screamed or woke up before the sun everyday. Everything was closed down except for the bar, which nobody was wearing a mask, even though it was “required”. Not a decent time at all.

The TV would not work and the bathroom sink was stopped up so I had to change rooms. In the second room it smelled like someone had been smoking in it,the shower door was about to come off the wall and the light in the shower was flickering all the time. The A/C unit was real noisy like the fan was loose. I had to go and have my key card replaced because it would not let me in the door a couple of times and the ice machine was not working. This is a really nice place and it was very quiet. It just needs some maintenance attention

We reserved 2 rooms at the same time for our faniku and were put on 1st and 3rd floors. The first floor room smelled strongly of mildew and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The tv quit working and they didnt have available anyone to fix it until after checkout time. We got it working ourselves by unplugging and resetting it.

The 3rd floor room also smelled of mildew. There was a dead roach on the floor and a pony tail holder from a previous guest. The sinks had scum around the drains also, the face tissues were empty when we arrived.
The mattresses were hard to sleep on with no gibe at all.

Because of Covid-19, breakfast was modified which is understandable. We were told self bake/serve waffles and other foods would be available until 10a. They didn't refill the batter after 9a. All of my children wanted waffles, none got any after another guest made 2 for himself and his wife. There was a small selection of baked items that had sat in covered dishes overnight. Cups of microwave oatmeal and toppings. Only cow milk (no non-dairy milks), orange juice and unsweetened cranberry cocktail available to drink. Hot coffee and tea was available with good selection of syrups, and cold cream but no decaf.

The bar was open in the evening but hadn't been restocked, despite being open for two days. Fruit juice and purees were out (except for orange juice which came from the breakfast area). Piña coladas, daiquiris, mojitos couldnt be made because of no stock.

A little disappointed that we couldn’t get any ice while there due to COVID-19 restrictions, although we didn’t ask the clerk. This hotel is always the best value & comfort for a family of 4. Props for figuring out how to get us breakfast!

Dirty bedding, bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Toothpaste still in the sink from last guest.
