This is the worst hotel that I’ve ever been in. Thank god hotels.com was able to cancel so that I could go to another that was provided. Hotel smelled like mildew and the pool was dirty and you could see it in the hot tub. Staff was very bad. Only had 2 towels in bathroom just a bad place. The LaQuinta down the street was wonderful and it was cheaper. Very clean.
Andrea
There was nothing unique about the hotel. It was nasty, disgusting, unclean. Dog hair in between the beds. Had to switch rooms, and the second room smelt like mold. My family traveled there to spend our yearly vacation with family. We are 7 hours away from them. I dreaded going to the hotel at the end of the day when I stayed. It was a terrible stay, I chose a hotel that served free breakfast, to help with our food cost. I went in to get the breakfast, and was shamefully asked in front of everyone, do you have ticket? Wth? I was never spoken to about a ticket, told about a ticket, nothing. We didn't eat breakfast. We will spend the extra money to stay in a hotel that we know is a good hotel. Terrible place to stay, it needs shut down for real!
Kimo
A/C needs improvement
Tom
Everything was really nice the room was very relaxing and breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful
Brenda
Like how spacious it was
Leah
Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one.
natalie
The Front Desk Staff was AMAZING! We were there for the NJCAA Baseball World Series and they were very accommodating in extending our stay as our team was winning. The only thing is we were hoping to use the pool and hot tub and it was not working our entire stay :(
Larry
The A/C worked well. Refrigerator worked well. Curtains worked well. Lamps and lighting were sufficient. The carpet had what looked like blood stains on it. Sheets were clean. There was no toliet paper holder, so roll of toilet paper was inserted into cavity that was very gross and had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was a clump of hair close to the ice bucket and drink cups that should have been removed before we arrived. the towels were extremely thin. Chair and ottoman were ripped up. Chair at desk was broken. We were two doors down from laundry area and there were about a dozen dead roaches on the floor. Glad they were dead, however it would have been good for them to be disposed of. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I will not EVER stay there again.
Kaitlyn
Pool and hottub were down, ac didn’t work, pee stains in the bed.. etc
KAREN
I cancelled my room, after I walked in the front door. It smelled real bad and ran down!!
kim
Did not eat the breakfast, the A/C was good, staff was very unfriendly, but most of all our room was on the bottom floor2 rooms from the electrical room and the laundry room, there was such a bad smell in the hallway the whole time we was there, I had to cover my mouth and nose because it was that bad when walking down the hall to get out there
Shawnda
It was all great bring own pillows otherwise it's great
Danita
Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional.
Daniel
Ed and staff are always great when I visit. Great place to stay for sure.
marcus
Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Honestly the bed was the best feeling i had in a while but with that said the room was pretty old the furniture had holes and the chair arm cushion was ripped off or chewed off not sure. I had to kill a roach and at that point i was about to leave so that was shocking to see and the shower tub duo the floor slip mat was peeling up and just was not a comfortable stay as far amenities go
Amanda
Great
Ashley
Dirty, run down hotel.
Aaron
Arrived to check in at 5p. Room was not ready. Waited 30 min to get to our room. Stepped over 2 different people sitting bare foot in the hall. Room had foul smell. Beds not made. Trash still full. Went to front office to request a room change. Staff states they have no other rooms available. Staff did offer a refund after a long conversation
Roberta
The hot tub was cold.
Marcelo
They didn't clean my room for the first two days.
Daniel
Nice staff
Miguel
The staff was great but the room needs a little more work. Someone tried to enter my room through the window. I reported it to the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Towels are horrible. 1st room couldn't use heater due to fan rattling. 2nd room mattress not as good.
Heather
It was excellent for my needs.
Tara
The 3 stars is due to the children running up and down the halls locked out of their rooms at 3am. Woke up my children.
Juwan
There were strange odors walking through the halls and linens piled by doors from the time I checked in to the time I left
Crystal
Bar was closed, bathrooms need remodeling & changing of sheets and towels would’ve been nice.
Ted
The staff was awesome Very friendly! The room, sheets, everything was clean. There
David
Breakfast was sub-optimal.
Atijar
Amazing rooms Staff was super friendly..

We booked this Ramada because of the hot tub and pool are indoors. We get there and both were shut down. The room 257 they put us in stunk badly of a stale odor. The knobs were missing off the storage drawers and the AC/Heater. The breakfast was limited to two people, even though we paid extra to have all four of us in a room.four of us in
Danny
The king size bed was super comfortable, rooms were clean, or stay there with very nice, we miss the breakfast because we slept in, because the bed was so comfortable,.
Heather
It was very clean and the staff is always very nice
Nikole

This location has a great price point. It may not be the nicest, but it is clean, quiet, and overall a good stay. I would stay here again.
James
Roaches! Don’t stay here!
Andrew
I liked the easy access to the second floor. But I didn't like the placement of the tv in the room. Yea it's minor but my ocd was killing me. Lol.

All was great
Twila
Clean and quiet. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Only issue was the room AC drew air from the indoor pool area. The room had a damp chlorine smell. Would stay again and ask for a room not along the pool area. Limited breakfast.
Melissa
For the amount of money spent you get a safe and clean room with Restaraunt in shopping in close proximity.
Laura
Toilet
Utility kept running off and on while we were there.
Daniel
My go to place
MISTY
This motel is older but still has its necessities. Pool and hit tib are great. Would definitely stay again. The price is right

Stay anywhere else!
This hotel was disgusting! The room only sort of had air conditioning. It ran but really didn't blow cold air.. The room smelled like it had a sewer leak coming from somewhere. We actually only lasted less than an hour in the room. They advertised a beautiful pool and that simply wasn't true. There is an outside pool that is still closed and covered even though it is very late July. There is an inside pool as well and the pictures looked amazing.....however the pool was actually green and cloudy. The pool was actually so murky you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool.
Sebastiana
1. The ac was horrible in one of the rooms.
2. 1 towel for 3 adults and 1 child.
3. Hot tub was ONLY hot when you didn’t turn it on. It would mix with the pool water.
4. Dirty sheets
5. Only 1 key per room to share with everyone

I love it.
Doris
Swimming pool was not open. Fewer amenities, but we felt safe. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
Susan
No fan in bathroom so humidity rapidly increased whenever a shower was taken. Carpet felt sticky.
David
Spend $50 more and go to Glo across from the library.
Ramada should be ashamed to be associated with this place.
Stained mattresses.
No clean sheets available at request.
Entire place smells like smoke. Hallways were filthy.
The front desk staff acted like everything was fine when we complained about the state of the sheets.
They said they had no spare clean sheets?!?!? I would assume they are not changed regularly.
The outside doors were propped open with rocks.
The hallway carpets were filthy.
The air conditioner had funk growing in it based on the smell.
I am reporting the proprietor to Ramada.

Nice people but run down property.
The hotel is very run down and has several off putting musty smells. The bar is closed down and the breakfast are was filthy. We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed the stay but this property has definitely went down hill.
Rita
My stay was overall very good minus other rude guests being loud in the hallway, but that's not the hotels fault. Good value. Will be back. This was my second stay at this hotel
Joshua
Probably wont come back
There were cracks in the walls and stains on furniture and floors also had very mustysmell the room was supposed to be 2 queen beds but were only full-size. Breakfast was not good and very rundown dinning area. The lounge was closed
MISTY
Very convenient in the middle of town. Quiet, no problems
Bruce
Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Steve
The room was clean. However, the older toilet and tub were very slow to drain. Dining is limited to breakfast, and while the food was okay, the dining area was not as clean as it should be.
The entire 50-year-old property is overdue for a remodel. While this is an acceptable budget experience, local personnel could do a better job of cleanliness in the dining and indoor pool areas.

Our confirmed reservations & 3 others with our family group were cancelled a couple of weeks before. We were notified by email but one didn’t see it. Hotel tried to rebook at a higher rate. After discussion, original rate was applied. One room was rebooked at a higher rate. Desk kept saying no rooms were available but we could clearly see that wasn’t true. What a mess and very stressful. Be aware of potential cancellations for reservations. Even without that, we wouldn’t stay there again. Hallways dark, room smelled musty & smoky, linens were old & thread bare with bare minimum provided. Great location was the only good thing about this hotel.
Aaron
Its a place to stay. Prices for what you get are terrible nothings updated. No smoke detector in the room just ripped out wires hanging out of the wall. Tried to call the front using their phone only to see that its just an old phone not connected to anything and doesnt work
Dallas
Beds were full size. Older property which would have been fine if there weren’t roaches. This hotel along with others in the area started price gouging ( $200 a night ) due to a turnaround job and some type of championship they had going on. I happened to be there for the work.
Crystal
Absolutely DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! It was filthy. Our room number was carved into the paint on the door, filthy floors, no light in the bathroom, dirty beds, ROACHES!!! We were in town for a baseball tournament and everything else was booked so we were stuck or I would have left immediately. The free breakfast is only for two people per room. We didn’t even try it. I can’t imagine who was cooking it or the cleanliness. I later read a review that the halls had a murderous vibe and YES they did. I was scared to walk to the pool by myself. Never again. Take my advice and DO NOT STAY HERE!
Frank
Great value

Air did not work. No hot water. Very dirty.
I am upset that Expedia offered this hotel. I may never use Expedia again.

Everything is very nice here at this property. Manager Ria is absolutely wonderful, worked with us on renewing our room for an extended stay.
Michael
Nice older hotel
Frank
Don't stay here!
The smell of the entire hotel was horrible. Air fresheners lined the hall to try to mask it. First room reeked of cigarettes'. Gave us new room that just stunk from being filthy. Room had cracks in the walls and the curtain was torn. Bed and furniture were ok. Had to repeatedly spray air fresh to combat stench. Hot tub was ok, but the pool had pieces of paint in the water from the sides losing their paint. Woke up 6am to find a bug in the bed crawling on me. Advised front desk at check out about the bug and horrible smell. She was not concerned. Couldn't wait to leave!
Arielle
Easy to do the reservation
Joshua
There were Multiple stains on the on the couch, on the curtains, and on the office chair. Cigarette burn marks in the bed covering. Random hairs everywhere. Rust Cover devices, from the toilet paper holder to the faucets.
Other than all that it was okay. There was good Water pressure and temperature.water pressure and hot water.

Very nice.
Laura
I stayed here by myself (single female) while on a road trip.
The seams in the hallway carpet were gaping at least an inch and sometimes more. In my room, there was damage everywhere - the walls had holes that had been repaired poorly (the spackle had \"sunk\" into the holes); people had \"picked\" at the vinyl and padding from the arms of the armchair, leaving holes; the bathroom walls had paint/finish \"sliding\" down the walls from moisture, the TV would not turn on, and this weird thing, the trash cans were lined with Walmart bags.
I did their new \"online\" check-in (had to take a picture of my ID and send it), it was a hassle, but when I got there, the girl at the desk had my room key ready and I didn't have to show anything else. But she was not friendly and basically handed me the key - nothing about breakfast, no \"Have a nice evening,\" no other conversation.
I remember the other reviews being more positive, but my experience was not. I felt afraid and a little creeped out. It just seemed like this facility did not care to keep the place up, and did not care if I would ever come back. Not going to.

Nice staff, nicer bar
Checked in and the room wasn’t clean at all. But they assured me the room that I got put in was a mistake and quickly changed it to a better one. Overall, nice stay and well kept up. There’s a nice restaurant and even nicer bar inside as well.
Bennie
The room was very clean and the stool had a tape on it ssying that it was cleaned and sanitized. The hallways smelt clean and was clean.
Joshua
Friendly staff
It was nice having a lounge on site and other than it was outdated we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful
Randall
Stay was fine. Building in need of an upgrade.
April
There was no hot water. There were broken vending machines and ice machines. The tv only had less than 10 accessible channels and the sensor for the remote was inaccessible. To get breakfast you had to get the voucher in the morning, not when you checked in. Someone was running a chain saw or similar device in the pool area at 2am. There was no coffee creamer or tea.
Steven

Don't waste your money
The hotel was very ran down. They over booked the second room we had and someone walked into my employee's room while he was asleep. There was a cockroach in the shower curtain.
Jessixa
I would love to have given a better review but considering the money I lost and the fact that I didn’t stay here due to a family emergency is why the review is so low
Shanna
Staff was very accompanying
Barbara
Not a single ice machine worked, very rude lady at check in.. room was hot as heck!! Vending machines didn’t work, Took money, no merchandise out!! Front desk couldn’t (or wouldn’t do any thing about it) overall.. We enjoyed our trip to Oklahoma, but next time we win stay at another hotel!
Marvin
Nice at a reasonable price.
Mervi
The condition of this hotel was awful, the room smelled like cigarettes (we asked for non-smoking) and mold. The sheets on both beds were so grossly stained, that we didn't even bother to look at the bathroom before walking out to request a refund.
The manager wasn't there at the time and the receptionist claimed she couldn't process a refund without him. So we left to find a new hotel and asked them to have the manager contact us the next day. The manager called and said they had refunded our stay to Expedia, unfortunately, this turned out to be a lie, they never did send the refund, and would not speak with an Expedia customer care agent after we called them to ask about it. So, I would stay away from this property, especially if you're traveling with children. It was completely subpar and frankly, I was amazed that Expedia would do business with an establishment of such a poor quality. The price was certainly cheap as far as hotels go, but I will most certainly stay away from Ramada's from now on. Also, I may not be pre-paying for my hotels in advance after this experience.

nice service
Michelle
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was fairly clean but there were some dead roaches in the desk and some live ones scurrying around the desk. I don’t blame that on the housekeeping though. That is an underlying issue that the property management needs to address.
Mickey
The pool was nice and the staff was responsive but if you don’t care about those things stay at motel 6 and save some bucks.
Ralph
The free breakfast was just a choice between pancakes & either sausage or bacon, and a sandwich (presumably a breakfast sandwich) with either sausage or bacon.
I had bed bugs. The ice machine was broken. The attendant at checkin was minimally helpful, although the attendant at checkout was very helpful. The janitorial staff we also helpful.

False advertisement. We went to enjoy a nice breakfast when the clerk advised me it was close. That the cooks were not there and she did not know when they would arrive. Granted they call it a Restaurant. I don’t know what Restaurant opens whenever they want. Also the clerk seemed clueless of the whole situation she had no answer to none of my questions. So if you go in hopes to enjoy a breakfast might as well make plans to go somewhere else and pay extra.
Charlotte
facility was great for my stay for my granddaughters graduation!
