We checked in late due to baseball game running late. However even though we had already paid for our room, they removed our reservation. The gentleman working was trying to get in touch with the manager on the emergency number, however he could not get anyone to answer. He went ahead and took care of us since we had a paid receipt, however the room we got was not in the best condition since they had already given our room away. At least the a/c worked well. The “breakfast” was sort of a joke… frozen French toast sticks and oatmeal packets… not sure where hot water was for the oatmeal. Probably will not be staying at this one again, especially if there is a chance of checking in after midnight!

I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled horrible the carpets throughout the hotel were nasty. The smell of weed reeked the whole floor. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. It’s an old property and you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice but is not heated due to issues with the heater the hot tub also is not hot. Staff was ok for the most part didn’t really have interaction with them. Breakfast is grab and go sandwiches and stuff like that.

First thing to know: This is a part- smoking hotel. Smoking rooms were on the top floor, we were on the bottom, but we could still get faint whiffs in our room through the vents or wherever. Upside, it was only briefly and as faint as a smell can be. The pool was very nice and would have been near perfect, except that it was HOT. Like, the entire pool felt like a hot tub. Very unusual. Even more unusual, you don't need a card to get IN to the pool, but you do need one to get OUT. Oh, and there's no wall between the pool and the hallway. Just a low fence. The hotel did have their own pool toys to use, which was nice, but there were zero towels when we went. And finally, there was zero breakfast, because they were renovating. Overall, decent place if you're traveling cheap and you're not bothered by feeling like the hotel might still be figuring itself out.

We did not end up staying the night. The area felt a little iffy, but mostly, it was the smell of smoke that was so prevalent. We booked a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. The smell was all down the hall and very strong in our room. The staff was very kind while checking in and when we immediately checked out.

Staff was nice. Room was as expected. They do require a $100 deposit in CASH that we were not expecting. But it was returned at the end of the stay. The entire hotel smells like weed. The second you walk into the hall it’s all that you can smell. That was the only major concern I had. Other than that it was just a basic cheap hotel.

The room was righ across from pool and it was very loud. This was a non-smoking but people were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana and could smell it in my room. The room was very dirty. The phone didnt work and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.The breakfast provided was instant oatmeal, sausage burritos in the fridge, powdered donuts in package, and microwave french toast. One of the mornings there was no breakfast and they said they were waiting for the truck. Also, there was a dog that barked constantly. I would never recommend this hotel.

We came for a wedding. All photos shared online by this hotel are very old. The building does not look like the pictures. It’s old, very unclean, hallways smell like smoke. Bathtub, bed sheets, and even TOILET have stains, and some walls have molds. Even if you choose “smoke free” rooms, they will smell bad. It’s definitely not worth it. We paid for two nights, but left as soon as we saw the bedroom. Did not get a refund. If you’re trying to save money, this is not the place.

The night staff attendant at check in was very kind and helpful. The day staff were less than helpful. Breakfast items were not stocked. Not milk no napkins no toast etc. The entire hotel was a mess. It smelled like Pot. Our room the bathroom toilet almost fell over when my husband sat on it. Only to find it wasn’t screwed to floor at all. The smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap. The bathroom molding was stapled to the wall. The carpet was so torn up I tripped several times. I do believe the laundry towels and sheets were clean and fresh. The entire building looked like a dump. Our Jacuzzi tub which I did not expect in room at all was surprise. It was clean and new it was the best thing. The rest was just plain dirty old dirty awful trash and I would not recommend. Maybe they are planning a remodel soon. This was for my son wedding. Hotel was a huge let down.

There were crackheads trying to talk to our kids the reviews did not actually tell the whole story of the state of the hotel. Beds were comfortable. The stairway was dangerously falling apart. Sink and shower were nasty. Bathroom door was falling apart. Hardly any tv channels were available, so we had to watch tv on our phone screens. Ice machine had ice, but was old and nasty looking. Stairway was dilapidated. Lamps needed a heavy cleaning. The desk chair should have not even been in the room. At least the breakfast was all package, so we weren’t afraid to eat it, but the juice was warm, and no milk for the cereal! And to top it off, the king room we reserved more than a month ago was not available, even at the earliest check in time!

The entire place is in need of a restoration. It is dated and in poor shape. The staff were great. My first night was a Saturday. The parking lot outside of my room had a group of people parting. They played music very loud until midnight. They then continued to party. I was still awake at 1:15am. I drove 7 hours that day, I was exhausted. I tried turning on the tv and could not navigate it. The next day maintenance had to install a new box and finally I had tv. Frustrating, I wanted to drown out the music from outside. I will say the continental breakfast was one of the best I have encountered.

First time here last time here

We traveled here from Dallas to visit my oldest son we've never stayed at a Wyndham Travelodge this is our first time and we were toward the back of the hotel we are not smokers I have a high sensitivity to any type of cigarette smoke as well as my husband and it just wreaked of cigarette smoke as you walked in not in the room but outside of the the room I get that people smoke and they have their vices but yeah I won't be coming back here I'll just stay with my son now that I know that he's got the extra room at his house the front desk people were great, check out was great the people there were very nice it's just the rooms are kind of run down. if you can just have it where it's NO smoking. And if people do need to smoke have them smoke down the street away from the hotel. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE STAYING AT TRAVELODGE AND THIS WOULD BE YOUR LAST TIME STAYING HERE

I used a third party website(Expedia) to book a room online and was able to complete the booking and payment for the two day stay. I received confirmation of my booking from Expedia, then received confirmation of my booking from the hotel,Travelodge by Wyndham Enid and was even offered to complete a pre-checkin online for more convenience once I arrived at the hotel which I completed, however once I arrived there I was told by the agent at the front desk that they were completely booked up and had no availability, I was also informed that I would have to call Expedia to recover the payment I had already made for the two day stay! So I then called Expedia and was told I would have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back once they contacted the hotel and got confirmation! Absolutely ridiculous! After 3 hours of talking on the phone with one agent after another my call was eventually handled by a supervisor who assured me that once she made contact with the hotel, which is what took so long because she couldn't get them to answer the phone, she would put my refund order in for the hotel to refund my payment that same day, so thank you to Expedia for their help, however I am extremely disappointed with Travelodge for this major inconvenience due to lack of communication with third party apps their company uses and unwillingness to provide any assistance to resolve the matter, very poor customer service!

They put me in double queen room but when I saw the charges they were for a King suite. The location is good.
The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was plentiful.
Other than the room mixup my overal stay was comfortable.

Just know I used to do travel MRI scans over 6 states and have stayed in some less than awesome hotels. This hotel on the walkway to door entrance was about 8-9 piles of dog feces. Upon entering the hotel it had a very strong odor of smoking. Got to the room curtains had missing eyelets so hard to close also the smoking smell just was overwhelming. I booked another room quickly and contacted hotel.com which it was Thanksgiving day so left a message. I was told by Hotel.com rep the next day that they contacted hotel and said they would refund if I indeed didn’t stay the night. Well I have know been contacted by Hotel.com that Travel Lodge By Wyndham refused my refund. So I will just eat that $ but be aware this was a Good Rated Hotel, but in my opinion because I it seems they have long term tenants that like to smoke and have lots of dogs that they do not clean up after so beware of the “Good” status and read reviews before booking. Also as a side note Wyndham usually has at least average, clean Hotels. This was an exception for sure!

Had two rooms booked for this last weekend, first room was gross, stained towels, wall damage, nothing like the photos listed on the expedia website. I was told I could cancel the second room at no cost. Come to find out after I canceled it the first room had cockroaches... an I was charged for it. All charges came from travel lodge but they blame it on expedia. Will not be back to this property and it should be shut down and investigated.

The guy at the front desk doesn't like to help with anything. The room was nasty and smelt like cigarettes the bathroom was dirty so i bout stuff to clean it. We left the hotel for the day and im guessing the maids came in to clean they made one bed and thats all but they did make time to go through our stuff and still my sons shorts and shirts.so we will not be back to that hotel

We booked a room with king beds, were given 2 queens. My husband is 6”4 and we had to sleep separately! There were baby roaches, and trash on floor in front of bed. Then!!! At 3am, the fire alarm kept going off in our room, we had to take it down and take battery out. Was miserable night! The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

When I arrived at the property, the person that worked at the front desk was outside smoking weed we checked in that evening early that morning I was woken up by a roach crawling on my arm that afternoon around 330. I was walking from the ice machine and three gentlemen were in the hallway, beating up another gentleman. I had to try to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms are not plugged up. There are no phone jacks in the wall let alone a phone line so the phone was just sitting on the desk for looks. I finally got a hold of the front desk. She did not call the police nor did she seem concerned. This was the worst experience of my life ever going to a hotel.

Very dirty, smelly, and just overall gross. Bugs in the linens, floors are not vacuumed, the bathroom was not cleaned, the floor was sticky, dirty walls, dirty and damaged furniture. Had to move rooms 3 times because of cleanliness, and a broken air conditioner. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

So the first room had BED BUGS, so he moved us just try to make it work and the next room we moved to had ROACHES. He tried to help us as much as he could. We understood it was out of his control, so my husband and I had to go get a new hotel room at 3am. Very stressful.

We had a horrible stay the building smelled like weed and cigarettes the room looked like it hadnt been cleaned the sheets where dirty and the staff was not friendly it was very nosiey all our of the nignt and the fire department had to be called for the fire alarms going off which when we asked if we need to evacuate they replied no someone keeps pulling the fire alarms apparently it happens quite often staff said.. the outside doors had no locking on them so anyone could walk in the building the pool didnt look the cleanest worst hotel i have stayed at and mangaent staff looked to be doped out would not recommend for a family all around not a good place
