We didn’t stay the second night bc it was so bad.
Cornelius
I've been coming to Enid for more than 20 plus years and I live and reside in Texas. I did not even know this hotel actually existed, until I had a problem with the candlewood hotel in enid. That was the only reason why my family and I ended up in the GLO, with the hard.working representative of Hotels. Com. We were warmly welcomed by the very kind front desk rep. The food was good and the selection of the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Every thing was up another notch. The only thing i did not like was the restroom, its.sliding door and the lack of.privacy. i will definitely stay there again
David
Very pleased with our entire experience - friendly and professional staff - friendly and very helpful housekeeping staff - no facility issues at all - very full breakfast menu that was constantly monitored - no problem at all with free parking - will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself!
Dianna
The staff was excellent as well as the breakfast!
My only small complaint…no one cleaned my room. I placed the sign out when I left the hotel, however when I returned, my room was the same. Not sure why this happened….??
The staff was very helpful and provided me extra towels. Thank you staff!🤗

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was AMAZING
Janelle
This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. All the staff was so friendly, especially the lady who was there to help at breakfast, she went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.
Jeffrey
Glo is probably the best hotel to stay in in Enid! Thank you for the great breakfast!
Kevin
Clean and conveniently located near the ballpark.
ariel
Staff was friendly & room was super clean & parking was easy
Randy
My account was charged a “tip charge” of $50 at the time of check in. I contacted Expedia for assistance as I did not receive a response from Glo Best Western and they were able contact the hotel. Expedia informed me the “tip charge” was for “incidental charges” and would be credited back in a couple of days. I had no extra incidentals. Sketchy
Eric
Recently renovated. Clean and convenient location to downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Anna
Great place to stay in Enid. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good amenities.
Kraig
The hotel is a the best in town and was convenient to get to. Rooms were odd and left a lot to be desired from a comfort perspective. The hotel tried to be great which is commendable.
Heidi
Super friendly and helpful front desk staff
Sammantha
Great experience I would definitely stay there again
greg

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient parking! Will stay there again when I’m in town!
Christopher
The hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety on a daily basis. Daily, our towels were refreshed as needed.
Stephen
Very nice upscale hotel with stunning rooms and great amenities for a reasonable price. Very happy to have found this place. We highly recommended staying there.
Teresa
Stay was great, parking is TERRIBLE. I had to park in the street not enough parking for guests. If u know u are going to be booked make staff park on street.
Darlena
I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.
Amanda
Everything was wonderful!! Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and hotel was right across the street from the ballpark.

Nice, large room. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

The aesthetic was probably the best part; bright colors, sharp lines, smoky glass, and modernistic design. Everything was very clean, but also pretty simplistic. Underneath it all, though, it's still just a Best Western. Nothing too exotic. The breakfast was pretty mid, but at least it included some hot options. Beds were super comfy, and you could argue that that's the most important part... Made it hard to get out by checkout time! The pool was not too big but it was clean and warm. Parking is a bit of a disaster, but considering the location, that's fairly understandable. None of the staff were really "above and beyond"; they did their jobs and that's at least something.
Jessica
The staff was not pleasant during our stay. Asked for extra towels and was told "there's towels in your bathroom." The breakfast was really good and pool was clean.
Ikuyo
The room was very clean but the bathroom was way big and it made us a bit uncomfortable.
Patricia
Consistently a good place to stay
Stacy

This has by far been my best stay in Enid. This place is gorgeous, spotless and easy to locate and park! The best part about it was by far the customer service. The front desk worker Carrie was incredible and so friendly. The breakfast options were wonderful as well. The worker there had everything stocked nicely and it was spotless. This will definitely be where we stay from now on!
Susan
The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The entire staff was the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed. The lady in charge of restocking breakfast foods went out of her way to let someone know when an item was restocked. A very welcoming and beautiful sitting area. The location was perfect. We walked across the street to a wonderful Italian restaurant. Definitely would stay again.
Greg
Room was spotless and excellent staff. I will definitely be back.
Janelley Lynn

Great stay
Cheryl
I arrived 20 minutes early & they wanted me to pay $25 dollars for early check in, so I had to return later which was an inconvenience. Staff in the afternoon were RUDE. Evening desk clerk was very pleasant.
Room was nice & spacious. Facility was nice, but area of town did not feel safe.

Always clean. Always perfect. Great location. Good breakfast selection. And significantly oversized bathroom area with TWO SINKS. Doesn't get anky better than GLO for the price.
Jason
Great
Nathan
This hotel was absolutely meeting me on expectations. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful very clean. A very straightforward cottontail breakfast. When I was there under what I would classify is extremely important for what you get.
Denny
Room looked like there had been one hell of a party, paint peeling, bead mold around window separating from wall, holes in wall, sliding bath door not hung properly, ready to fall off. Breakfast sucked, stayed at lesser quality, cheaper places that had better quality food and more choice.
Christopher
Clean room, friendly staff, self-parking, free breakfast. Would stay here again.
David
Room was fine. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful' The breakfast menu wasn't up to par with other hotels.
Crystal
The hotel was clean. There were several breakfast options. The little things that we didnt like is that there are no outlets inbetween the queen beds. The one queen bed is maybe only a foot away from the wall. The bathroom was a sliding door. This made it to where you can hear everything.
kerri
This is the third time I’ve stayed here in two months and the front desk staff is always so personable and easy going and make check in a breeze! Best hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with hands down! The rooms and lobby are so cute! Just a fun place to stay!
Bill
Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything else was excellent. Very convenient parking. Walkable to Enid's better restaurants like On The Sidewalk & Napoli's which were both very good. Also walkable to Stride Center where our Company had an event. Loved the large, king room, plus double sinks, large shower, in an oversized bathroom. Will stay again for KNID AgriFest
Kathy
Everything was perfect. Cute decor and the friendliest staff!!!
Junior
Cleanest motel I’ve stayed at in years. Friendliest staff ever. One of the worst showers ever though. No water pressure on any setting. The coffee pods need to be tossed. Ever hear of K cups? The tv was slow and would shut itself off after the first 20 minutes, the it would be ok. I would stay again but would request a room on a the 2nd floor in hopes of better water pressure.
Jen
Amazing stay. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top notch. Big John was our fave..and Jonathan during breakfast services. Definitely recommend!!
Cornelius
The hotel is conveniently located, so it’s perfectly located in relation to everything.
Frank
Highly recommend this for anyone staying in Enid!
Amanda
Wet nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.
William
The room was very clean and the bathroom with the single king was huge. We loved everything about it. Comfy bed as well
Kerri

Great place to stay
Thresa
We had stayed here a few years ago and had a terrible time. My spouse tried to checkin while I was working - they insisted on charging his card and it took me weeks to get them to drop the duplicate charge (I had pre-paid). Different management now - sent me pre-checkin link. Spouse was able to checkin - no hassle. I thought I left something in the room and they checked for me. Excellent service!
Mark
John Sutton will help with anything you need. Great work at the front desk. Perfect location if going to the Stride Bank Center with anything you need within a short walk. Parking was perfect.
Theodore
FYI: i love trains at night personally, but if you dont you should be aware there's one. It doesn't pass often, though
RONALD
Very clean and tidy helpful friendly accommodating staff
Tamara
Everything was great!! Location, cleanliness, temperature, and the breakfast was great according to my husband!
Joanne
It would be great if the pool would open before 10 AM. A lot of people want an early morning swim!
Chelsey

James
Nice clean hotel close to event center.
Jill
I booked a king bed and I was given 2 queen bed room and I was told thwy were full and couldnt accommodate.
Jeni
We had issue w/bathroom door, which was handled quickly, Manager was nice! It took me asking to get the remaining of my $50 deposit back 3+wks after stay…but overall, great room & great stay. Recommend!!
Mitchell
Great staff, very friendly. Nice room too.
Chad
Shower had black spots that I was able to scrub offf.
Jen
The best in Enid
Wonderful stay. Excellent staff and service.
Paula
Wouldn’t recommend
We stayed 3 night. The breakfast was tolerable the first 2 days but not great, the 3rd day no meat and eggs & potatoes were hard. The 3rd night I got no sleep because of a continuous loud beeping, and found out in the morning it was our carbon monoxide detector. They said several other guest complained of it too. I felt like they should have offered some compensation but did not.
Cynthia
Very comfortable room: large bathroom with double sinks, big walk in shower and plenty of counter space. The room itself was spacious: plenty of space to chill out, relax, or work if you needed to. TV reception was glitchy but that was most likely a service provider issue, not the hotel. Not a big issue for me, but might be for others if it happens routinely. In-room coffee was pretty awful (WHY do hotels use the worst coffee ever in their guest rooms? To make sure we definitely check out on time?) The complimentary breakfast was OK (decent coffee! Variety of packaged pastries, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, the obligatory pancake machine, and hot selection of biscuits (tasty), gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs (don't go for the eggs. Just don't). Also a yogurt dispenser with assorted mix-ins (a large assortment, which was really great). And fresh fruit. So: plenty of choices for a quick bite, but if you want a great, hearty breakfast: go elsewhere . Customer service and cleanliness was exceptional. I'd definitely stay here again. But I'll bring my own coffee pods for the room.
JON B
We booked here because was close to the hospital. The room was great, beds comfortable, and was easy access for us.
Scott
Safe and clean. Nice staff and close to downtown
Nathan
Best place I’ve stayed at in Enid so far
Don
Another trip
Have stayed here 8-+ times, and always find it in top form! Only suggestion is to have fresh brewed coffee rather than coffee syrup mixed with hot water.
Janna
I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were modern, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. I unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here again when in this area.
Emerson
Clean, staff friendly and accomodating
Doug
Room 102 did not cool down at night. We set our thermostat to 67 degrees and found ourselves sweating at 2:00 AM on both nights that we stayed there.
Scott
Solid
David
This is the nicest hotel in Enid. It is worth the (relatively low) price.
LYNETTE
We will be staying here again!
Michelle
The staff is absolutely amazing. Each person from the desk staff, cleaning staff, breakfast bar and management truly care about creating a clean and comfortable environment. Their friendliness and quality of service makes me excited to visit Enid again.
PAUL
Nice clean hotel with the largest bathroom I've ever seen in a single king room. However the noises up and down the hall are unmuffled. Everytime someone let's a door close you get to hear the bang quite loudly.
Staff were very good but did not honor my request for a late checkout due to us having a 10am tour of EHS for our class reunion. Wanted to just be able to freshen up on last time after the tour was over just 8 blocks away.

Parking is a bit tight, but was able to find a spot within the lot. Great outdoor lighting felt safe walking from car at night as a single female. Staff friendly and courteous. Room spacious and clean.
kim
Parking seems wide open for good car security.
Michael
Rooms are large, Kerrie at front desk very helpful, and Raul kept the breakfast room stocked and clean!
