They allow dogs but then have no grass anywhere for your dogs to use. Everything is rocks and succulents and most of it is not even flat. At least have a decent fake grass area! I literally had to go next door behind the Chuckee Cheese for a little grass so my female dog would even go pee! It's dark back there at night, so I had to make sure I took her before 9pm when they were still open, so I would feel somewhat safe. Also, ridiculous they stop breakfast at 9am even on Sunday, so I only had the coffee. They make it easy for their employees and not the customers. It should be 10am on Sundays and 9:30am weekdays. Lastly, I requested the room to be cleaned one day, and they cleaned the kitchen/living room area but did not empty the trash and didn't even make the bed. Most of the staff was pretty nice and in general it was kept clean. That was the positive about the property.

I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by this experience. I was in the middle of a desperate domestic violence situation and tried to show the manager on duty my active restraining order that had been violated. I needed to leave immediately for my safety. The room had already been paid for, but because I only had my father’s credit card with me (different from the one on the reservation), they refused to let me check in.

I pleaded with them, explaining the danger I was in, but they showed no compassion or understanding. The manager said the reservation would be refunded, but when I contacted Hotels.com, they said the hotel refused to issue it. I paid for a room I was never allowed to use, during a time when I truly needed a safe place.

This experience added more trauma to an already terrifying situation. I am devastated by the lack of empathy and support shown during a moment when I needed it most..

I lived in Victorville for many years, moved to Arizona in 05, Found home to suites a few years ago and never left. As long as I feel safe I will continue to stay in your hotel. I travel alone to see my children and grandchildren. But I will not stay with them. Nina is a true delight always so friendly and always has a smile and a wonderful spirit. Another reason why I stay. The staff was out of this world everybody at the front desk was so wonderful. I have a couple of I guess. Soft complaints number one. I feel that shower caps should automatically be put into the room. Your dispensers are lovely with all the shampoo conditioner motions but there need to be shower caps. Also, I have a huge issue with late check out this Particularly hotel had no late checkout, not even an hour or two at the front desk in the morning, the young lady blamed the fact that their short staff of housekeepers anyway other than that the room location for handicap people are wonderful.

On March 1, the front desk called our room 2 times at 10:50. The clerk was agressive, threatening to charge additional day if we weren’t out by 11. Place is clean and ok if you need an option to stay the night. It is right on the 15fwy. With that being said make sure you get a room on the other side of the building if you don’t want to hear the freeway all night. I don’t think it stands up to “Hilton”. The mattress felt cheap and was uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap as well. The hotel is clean and the staff great. I don’t think there are many choices in the area.

This place cancelled my room without notice and i was left with no where to sleep with my two kids at 1 am on a holiday weekend. The parking was horrendous and security is scary looking wearing a bullet proof vest and tattoos all over his face. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Im glad we didnt end up staying here and just decided to drive back home to las vegas at 130 am. At least i knew i was safe !

I always forget to get the name of the girl at the front desk- but she has the long nails- she always is so sweet when I check in. Even after having a long stressful day dealing with stressful meetings and not super nice people, just her kindness always just makes me feel better. So that’s always a plus… so I owe her a big thank you as well

The staff was absolutely AMAZING! From beginning to end. Our family, a party of 6 made a last minute reservation headed to Vegas and suddenly had car trouble. They were so sweet, understanding and nice. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The best part is that it was clean and the bed was very
comfortable. the room was very pleasing - liked the kitchenette. the linens and towels were clean.
Lighting in the room is great, the workplace in the room was a great bonus.
we did hear the freeway noise, but when your comfy in bed, it just fades away.
the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Checked out the pool and the gym..... great!!
The breakfast was amazing and delicious.

The walk in shower was really nice for my mobility challenged husband (80) and for me (75) to step in and help him when he showered. The kitchen area was clean, had nice cups and plates and full refrigerator to store specialty frozen foods and Rx. Facilities were clean and quiet. Breakfast facilities were well laid out and reasonably well stocked. Having urns to coffee, decaf and hot water stocked all day was a special delight. Yes. We would stay there again.

Recommend Home2suites Victorville!!
So many attractive qualities. Clean spacious rooms. Indoor pool. Comfortable bed, great Continental breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea. The location is great and next door to shipping mall, stores and restaurants. You have to try The Galley Fish Tacos next door, absolutely amazing. But the best quality is the courteous and friendly staff always there to greet you and provide support. Can't wait to go back..

Customer service was phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious, definitely recommend this facility. Rooms are VERY spacious. The property gives you a safe feeling during you stay which would benefit families. Soda bed was really comfortable which is always appreciated. This is without a doubt our new family go to. We live local but it's good enough to just stay out for a night for a break from crazy life!

Definitely recommend this location. Perfect for personal, family, business. Very clean and friendly staff and extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, freeway access. Breakfast buffet is great and even indoor pool and access.
