It looks like the rooms may be getting makeovers as there were many storage containers outside. -- so this review might solve itself. -- the bed was so worn that it had soft spots that you would roll get a new book today she wrote Peter rabbit. It's not really, really an Easter book, but it happens. We read a lot of Easter if you open it up to that very first page you'll see the rabbit and Peter rabbit has a blue coat and his sisters and brothers or cocktail or something like that and he loses his blue jacket McGregor Beatrix potter tricks that's how you say for Beatrix that is her dog for some of her drawings before she says cottontail and those are Peter Cottontail those when she originally wrote her books, she broke very small but it was easier for the kids. It wasn't so big it's easier for you guys to hold a smaller book a bigger book so she knew that so she went through on the next page where she lived on her phone she walks a bunny and a dog top national Park donated she didn't want people building on her land. She wanted to keep it as green and suffer for the animals so it would be safe for animals to live there so they turned it into a national parks of people can't build tall skyscrapers and buildings there it'll always stay like beautiful I t and I could feel springs. -- definitely not the most comfortable night's sleep. - check in was extremely slow as no one was at the front desk for over 10 minutes. - once the employee showed, she was friendly and accommodating.

When we first arrived the front desk person Victor, was not welcoming, just matter of fact, I am a Hilton honors member and didn’t even say anything about that. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, especially our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor and one elevator was out of order and the other one was extremely scary, and should have been out of order, we took the stairs after that. We were booked for 2 nights but we left after the first night, the room was not clean and I wouldn’t take my shoes off. We picked the Hilton Garden Inn because we like those hotels but this one was not on brand. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and a hole in the wall by the TV. It was very run down and we were very disappointed.

Breakfast was not free. The staff is awesome ! The elevators were broken. The stairs were very far away and not clearly marked. I was staying with 2 disabled people who have bad knees and heart trouble. This was a really big deal for them.... Super inconvenient for us..

The room was nice and clean. The remote for the TV was a little hard to figure out. The lobby was very nice and comfortable for sitting and hanging out. There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.

Check in rep was not friendly. No spare tissue in the room only mostly used rolls, picture frame cracked and peeling, clock broken, stain on bedsheets. Nightstand drawers don’t close properly, they kept sliding open. Called guest services Saturday night 4 times with no answer before I gave up

It was Ok, the pesticide scent was strong, the housekeeping 8am checking in the rooms for check out was too early. The noise they made in the hallway was disruptive, and the housekeeping yelling instead of talking was loud. Someone was yelling \"Juan\" . A sleeping in morning from a long night would have been peaceful.

Great overnight stay and Highly recommend!!
Great choice for the price and value. Room was very spacious. There is a family fun center next door to the hotel. Room was quiet and clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Very convenient across the streets from stores and shopping. Have stayed here 3x before and my go to location. Thank you

Prior to my arrival.. I was advised that there would be no water from 10pm to 6am. This was a major inconvenience and forced me to find other living arrangements. The temperature in Victorville was over 90 degrees. With no water to shower after being in extreme temperatures of that degree it was wrong of the hotel not to contact me prior to my arrival. I paid full price for my room and was told that I would have to contact management for a refund.

Our room was musty, soaps in bathroom smelled old and yucky. Wallpaper coming off walls. Floor tiles in bathroom loose. Elevator scary - feels like it won't make it.

Victor at check-in was great.

Had steak for dinner. Horrible and overcooked. Waiters were great though.

Great hotel room! Clean sheets and towels. Bed is comfortable enough. Great amenities in room: fridge & microwave. Staff is friendly, parking is free which is a great plus…and plenty of shops with restaurants around.

The only negative is: walls are too thin, as you hear your neighbors foot walks above and you can hear the conversations on the side walls.

The trip was nice and clean the only down fall was they stopped doing free breakfast in the mornings and now have a restaurant you can order food. The pool area also closed at 10 i figured since it was a friday they might be open a little later but unfortunately they arent and it was a little bummer cause we checked in later but oh well. They also were in the middle of construction upgrading rooms so part of the parking lot was full of metal containers. I really think the main bummer was the no free breakfast and i didnt see any notes about that when booking but i could have missed it who knows but still a bummer.

The hotel was fine, but the staff was inhospitable. Upon arrival, I was told my room was not ready. I asked if they could text me when my room was ready, for I had driven 7 hours and was tired. They did not send the text.

Each day I left and returned in the evening, they never acknowledged me with a hello or even a guttural gesture.

I am ashamed of them. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 25 years, and to be treated so poorly...shame on the staff!

.Needs new mattress.old and hard with big holes you have to climb out of. Not comfortable. Hotel gad no record of my Expedia reservation. Took 4 different people and 2 callbacks until got to someone @ Expedia who had to call the hotel on a separate line to resolve.1.5 hrs.

It appears property is undergoing some renovations, which is needed as it appears to be very tired. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival due to the thermostat not working. Front Desk sent a tech within minutes to replace the batteries. Slight inconvenience since we only had one hour to get ready for our event that evening and the room took hours to cool off.

The staff was on point although the property conditions were in need of upgrades and repair, the floors in the hallways squeaked, the show had a humming to it, limited soaps and shampoo mini bottles. You could hear the people walking on the floor above you.

I think this hotel is nice but it needs some upgrades. The pillows were not comfortable, the phone in my room did not work and the carpet either needs to be clean or replace. When I made this reservation, nothing shows in the internet that the pool is out of service for repair.

I’ve been staying at this property for over three years last year stayed 70 days. I’ve been a loyal customer and I am still not recognized when I arrive at the property by the front desk staff. I’ve never been offered a free upgrade or a free breakfast Or one night after spending thousands and thousands of dollars at this property. I’ve watched the property steadily go downhill. The beds are extremely old. I pulled the sheets off of them and they’re lumpy and obviously have never been changed or recently changed. This is the second visit in a row where the air conditioning heater unit did not work and it was either freezing or boiling, I had to get up during the night to turn the air conditioning off because I was frozen and then the thermostat never kicked it back when it became boiling in the room. After all these years, they have now lost as a customer and I’ll be trying the new property down the street called the Fairfield Inn. They welcome me with open arms, free breakfast, an amazingly comfortable bed, which is obviously new and no damage inside the room like the last room had, where the wallpaper had been torn away, they had a partial repair and then covered it with drywall. Sad to see this go down so much, but obviously the owner doesn’t care and definitely doesn’t care about keeping steady customers and at least acknowledging them once in a while for all the business that they used to give him because I’m moving on!!

The hotel was very convenient, very clean and updated. Our king room was very spacious and the sheets on the bed were so comfortable.
The one big drawback, the hallway floors squeaked and the room above us was really squeaky! All night long, the bed framerattled and the walls are thin enough you get to hear the neighboring occupants night time activities! kept us up most of the night.

Ok hotel to spend the night. The pool is not heated as advertised. Breakfast is not included and even if you pay for the “upgrade” for breakfast is only cereal, bagels, muffins, milk and juice. Eggs, bacon and waffles are a la carte and priced at $14. Might as well drive a little further and eat at a real restaurant. Property is safe and conveniently located. Overall good.

I stayed with my family there for three nights first night noisy people above us second night couldn’t get into our new room that they changed for us and it had a clear plastic bag over the fire alarm that could’ve not went off if there was an actual fire in the hotel itself Horribly and unsafe and The night right before we were leaving the air conditioning went out and it was hot and disgusting all night long and the rooms were filthy. Never go to this hotel.

Victorville Hilton was exceptional!

To tell you the truth we didn't expect such a nice stay in Victorville but the Hilton was great. The room was very clean & comfy. The lobby was so beautifully decorated, lots of comfy seating & the breakfasts there are so tasty & I'm usually picky about those things but was impressed on the quality of my 3 egg omelet, fruit & coffee and mostly the service. Our waitress each morning was so nice but I'm sad I didn't get her name to reference her here as she was the best. Looking forward to saying there again in the future!
