I come to Victorville often to visit a sick relative. I've stayed in many hotels. Some ok, some better. I've even stayed at Hilton. This was my first stay at Hawthorne Suits. I believe I've found my home away from home! We had to bring our small dog this time. This was the cleanest most spacious comfortable room ever! My only complaint is the awful pillows, so next time, I'll just bring mine from home.

The best I can say is that the room was ok. The faucet in the kitchenette sink was defective and not working properly, there was a nut to the toilet seat missing and the seat was unstable/unsafe. The A/C-Heater developed a leak and we had to leave the room while maintenance repaired it.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 or more times in the past 7 years. This hotel has changed alot over the years. I was switched rooms 4 times, with issues from water coming up in the bath tub while not being used to the lights and tv having electrical issues. The hotel really needs some upgrades, it is run down and upkeep looks minimal at best. I requested to speak to a mgr and was told the mgr has already heard your complaint and good bye. Most of the staff at the desk could care less, rolling eyes etc...... unfortunately, this was my favorite hotel in the area and now i will be looking around for someone else to stay. I will not be back....

I’m tired of doing the survey when property management/owners don’t take note of the things they need to fix. The hotel is outdated and needs updating. They pay no attention to what’s needed. No hand bars in the regular bathrooms, no mat for a slippery tub. Pillows so old they feel like rocks. The couches are so broken down you can’t get up out of them.

They take 100$ deposit presumably for damages to the room and when we get to the room it already has damage. Air conditioners falling apart with on piece sitting on top. Blinds difficult to open and even worse to shut. Toilet seat loose. No bars of any kind in shower and corner shelf missing. Questionable anti slip in tub no mat provided. Mildew in shower caulking. Fan light doesn’t work and neither does the speed control for the fan, Despite asking for the room to be serviced both at check in and in the morning, it was not provided. Overall not satisfied and won’t be back.

I think the staff and customer service was amazing but I have to say the rooms were a bit chaotic as far as the layout and with this day and age you need some tech. Netflix and places to charge devices would have been nice. A lot of stains on the carpet that you can tell will never come out and people smoking in and outside so their were a lot of smells. Great place if you got some puppies though as they are allowed and again the staff is amazing. Probably the nicest group of people I have seen at a hotel.

Thankfully Walmart was in the same parking lot so we were able to get smell goods , Our window would not stay opened & the ice machine on our floor was out of service ! The hotel is pretty old school & gives off expensive MOTEL vibes ! Staff was extremely sweet & welcoming ! Hotel just needs some upgrade for pricing !

I booked a 2 night stay for my wife and I took my 1 year old son the room had a wierd smell like MOLD and sure enough I seen mold near the ac due to water leak this is a serious health concern for my son and family I brought it to the front desk attendant but really didn’t care much about it this would be my last stay here here more clean properties out there!
