ホテルに忘れ物をしました。後日電話で確認したところ、忘れたものがあったのですぐに送ってもらえました。それだけでも感謝なのに、送料もホテル負担で、私たちは何も支払いがありませんでした。とっても遠いところから行ったのに感謝です。静岡に行く機会が今後もあると思いますので、また利用したいと思います。とても気に入りました。

朝食の種類が増え、又コロナも治ったということからか、座席も増えたように思います。
全体的に満足ですが、チェックアウトの際にカードキーを箱に入れるシステムは良いとは思いますが、フロントに係の女性が2人いたのにも関わらず、「ありがとうございました」「行ってらっしゃい」等の言葉が聞かれなかったのは残念でした。
これは、フロントの業務の基本だと思いますが…。
帰省の際はいつも利用していますので、次回は気持ち良く出発出来たらと思います。
