We didn’t like the amount of mosquitoes in our room. Even though we didn’t open the patio door we were consistently finding about 10 or more mosquitoes on the ceiling. We woke up every morning with dozens of mosquito bites. The property feels outdated, old fashioned and rundown.

Rooms full of mosquitoes. There were many smears on the walls of dead mosquitoes, including many with blood, which housekeeping had not wiped off. Bedsheets looked old, blankets had holes and disgusting stains. Bathroom had mold, air conditioning did not work, and hallways were dark. Breakfast was extremely limited, and some of the items did not look fresh. On second night the hotel filled-up with a school excursion of adolescents. They had little if any adult supervision, and were extremely noisy, running in hallways (some in their underwear), and knocking on the door. There was no hot water in the bathroom until almost two hours after they went to dinner. We checked-out early and went to stay at another place.

Place was difficult to find. Reception Staff were amazing. If you wanted to use the beach, you had to pay. Waiter at evening meal was on his own, but really did a great job.

Booked an apartment, which was dreadful. Cupboards but not one item of cutlery or crockery. No kettle and fridge ws not cold. When we quiered this and complained the receptionist said she would bring some items. After waiting 40 mins I went back to reception and asked her to please give me a different room. I paid my €20 extra and was given a decent room. I settled the bill that evening and when handing the keys in next morning I was told not to leave until she checked if I had had water from the fridge. Unfriendly staff and this was the first of many hotels we had booked for our holiiday, luckily every other one was good. It was the worst of the 5 we syayed in and the most expensive. Cannot rate the food as we didnt eat there.

Overnight in Salerno

We were returning from Calabria for an overnight stay before an early flight from Naples to home. The hotel itself was clean, the room was large enough with good air-con. We had a small balcony with sea view which was nice. The reception staff were helpful if not a bit frazzled and brusque but that could be end of August. We ate in the hotel but as there was a party going on the restaurant was overlooking the car park instead of on the roof garden which was a shame but the meal itself was excellent and good value. Hotel had plenty of parking even in August. Breakfast was excellent everything you could possibility want. Downside - there were no tea coffee making facilities but to be expected in Italian hotel - the hotel description stated they had their own swimming pool and beach - what it doesn't tell you is that it is across the road and its a private lido which you have to pay for. The area is ok felt safe but a little run down metro station within two minutes walk. Would we stay again probably if having early flight from Naples . Would not stay for more than two nights.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Excellent place to stay with courteous and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was very adequate, but the eggs and bacon were not kept warm. Parking was limited. There is nowhere to eat within walking distance, so a car is a must.

Not what I expected.

I booked this hotel in February 2016 for a stay in August 2016 and had selected a 1 bedroom, kitchenette.

The website states:
\"Apartment, 1 Bedroom, Kitchenette 1 double and 1 sofa bed: Features a private balcony: Entertainment - Wired Internet access, satellite channels, and pay movies: Food & Drink - Room service and minibar: Bathroom - Private bathroom, bathtub or shower, free toiletries, and a hair dryer: Practical - Safe, free newspaper, and desk; rollaway/extra beds available on request: Comfort - Air conditioning: Non-Smoking\"

I was given a 1 room bachelor/kitchenette located in a separate building behind the main hotel with a broken washing machine, no phone, safe, balcony, and no view. The washing machine could not be fixed until my departure date but they did provide a phone and offered the use of laundry facilities in the main hotel.

The amenities listed are for hotel rooms in the main hotel not for the apartment. The hotel was sold out and I was unable to change my room.

Very friendly and helpful staff, although we had an original glitch with the booking, the hotel sorted it out. the apartment we got was very comfortable yet the on-suite did not have the shower fitted and can only suggest that there is a dressing table and bedside cabinet with chest of drawers added in the master suite. If using a satnav to get to the hotel for the first time be aware that the name of the road has been changed.

I found the staff seemed to have no knowledge of the area and disnt offer much assistance. The wifi was slow and overall just disnt enjoy my stay in Salerno.

This is a tired and old property in a terrible neighborhood. Theyvadvertise a private beach, but you have to pay to get in and the beaches are horrible. The best thing about Salerno happens when uou actually leave it behind. Terrible city and a terrible hotel.

The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the busy centre, which I think is a plus. There is plenty of free guest parking and your car is quite secure with entry and exit barriers. reception staff are helpful, polite and full of smiles. The room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated the queen size bed was also a pleasant surprise. rooms are made every day, again by polite friendly staff. the bathroom is a good size and well fitted but the scruffy silicone around the bath let it down a little. Breakfast could do with more choice but what they do have is very good and your stay is enhanced by the brilliant Giovanni who is attentive, polite, helpful, the ultimate professional. Would we stay here again ? yes!

The main problem with this hotel was the location. Far from the main station and nothing to do in the area, the bus to the main station takes forever. There was no internet access at the time that I stayed there, even though they said the have internet, it was not working.

The hotel situated in the south end of Salerno, where not much is going on. It is quit worn and not well maintained.
We had to change rooms at the end due to double booking and was given a smaller room for one night. Not OK

For 1 night ok, but definitely not a 4* hotel…

Hotel has a rating of 4* but in reality it is something between 1* and 2* .

The lobby, frontdesk etc. is clean, nice and ok.

We had a room on the 2nd floor. Floor was covered by old dirty carpet, everything looked like very used and somehow … old.

Room itself looked on the 1st view ok, but - furniture very used, on the wall stains and marks everywhere, bathroom looks ok on the photos but in reality its really used. Damaged doors, mold in the bathroom, bathtub with some marks, rusty faucets etc. …

Breakfast couldn´t be worse. At 9am no more bread. After asking if we can get some bread, the answer was “no bread, bread end” . Cool.
3 slices of ham, 4 slices of cheese… im not demanding, but this is really bad.

Also we had a problem with the (non-functional) fridge - we came to the room and everywhere was water from the fridge. We get towels to dry it ourselves …

Overall - for 1-2 nights ok, but the hotel definitelly dont deserve the rating of 4* and the management should focus on some renovation and breakfast level.

PS: - big thumbs up for the room service. The cleaning woman was super nice and the room was cleaned very well.

Prenotato in emergenza la sera stessa come hotel di passaggio con 10 amici
Camera vecchie in condizioni vecchie , letto ( materasso) scomodo ed economico , colazione economica e povera.
Per economico intendo che un hotel che si classifichi con queste stelle a questi prezzi non dovrebbe a mio avviso avere queste carenze.
Io lo classifico un hotel da 40/50€ a notte al massimo
Non tornerei e non lo consiglierei

Magnifica camera doppia, molto spaziosa, grande piano d'appoggio molto funzionale, molto carino balconcino veduta mare, funzionali finestre con zanzariere, carino il tavolino con 2 poltroncine; piccolo appunto solo sul frigo bar contenente solo 2 bottigliette d'acqua, peraltro un po' care : 2,50. Bella e grande la sala colazione e abbastanza fornita di prodotti. Pur distante 5 km dal centro è magnificamente servito da metropolitana ( treno) con fermata vicinissima e tempo di percorrenza per arrivare al centro ( stazione ferroviaria) di pochi minuti

Wij hebben dit hotel geboekt in overtuiging dat er zwembad was. Dit was echter niet het geval. Er was wel mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van private club aan overkant van straat, evenweltegen betaling (10 euro pp). Maar: geen handdoeken en (verplichte) zwemmuts ter beschikking (ook niet tegen betaling)

Abbiamo avuto problemi con il box doccia, entrambe le ante sono uscite fuori dalle guide, la tenda non era completamente oscurante.
Il personale dell’albergo È stato molto cortese a differenza di quello del ristorante che era praticamente assente.

Struttura adatta a chi è di passaggio. Vicino a imbocco per autostrada. Intorno non c’è nulla. Bisogna prendere la macchina per raggiungere Il centro di Salerno.

Personale poco disponibile e abbastanza freddo!!!in più di un occasione abbiamo richiesto il menù room service che non abbiamo trovato in camera senza ottenerlo!!!
Abbiamo prolungato di una notte il nostro soggiorno per un esigenza importante e abbiamo fatto richiesta di un late ceck out di un paio d'ore(Mia moglie ha subito un intervento e avremmo necessitato di un paio d'ore in più di riposo per lei)ci è stato negato in un primo momento in quanto l 'hotel era al completo poi...ci è stato accordato ma, avremmo dovuto pagare tariffa piena!!!dubitato che di mercoledì l 'hotel fosse effettivamente al completo!!!infatti nel pomeriggio abbiamo telefonato per chiedere se ci fossero stanze libere e ci hanno risposto di si!!!non ci sono venuti ineonato per un esigenza molto delicata!!!impressionante!!!

2 ascenseurs pour y accéder, salle de bains en mauvais état, cuisine pareil, chambre tout à fait quelconque. , literie correcte .Donc cet établissement n'a rien à voir avec un 4 étoiles!!!!
De plus il est situé très loin du centre ville.
