We enjoyed our stay at B&B Hotel Treviso.

1) Very clean, quiet room;

2) very friendly helpful staff;

3) delicious, generous breakfast; and,

4) it is very easy convenient walk to Treviso historic center. We took a taxi to the train station (due to us being old and reluctant to wheel heavy suitcases all over), but if you are young and fit, you cold probably walk to the train station with no problem.

We will book again if we visit Treviso in the future.

The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job.

아들이 방이 넓고 침대가 크다고 좋아했어요. 위치도 중심가에 가까웠고 숙소근처는 또 조용했어요.
아침식사도 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 아침비행기라 여유롭게는 식사를 못했지만 7시에 식사할수 있었어요. 체크아웃도 바로 되어서 공항에 렌트카 반납하고 시간이 좀 남았네요. 베네치아 공항에서 멀지 않아서 (30분 정도 소요) 비싸게 베네치아에 숙소 안 잡아도 될거 같아요.

Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc.
Overall a great stay and would come again.

Worst Hotel Stay in a Long Time

Our main complaint here is that during a period of extreme heat (room temperature about 35c), the reception was controlling the air conditioning. Eventually, they told us it was not working at all but they would have it fixed soon

After an evening out we returned to the hotel and the aircon was still not working and essentially told “tough luck”. The room temperature was unfit for a dog, never mind humans.

We eventually got a portable electric fan but only after standing my ground with reception staff. Why couldn’t they just offer this in the first place?

We survived the night but decided to leave the hotel in the morning.

We are doing a trip around Italy and EVERY other hotel where we have stayed offers complementary water, essential in such conditions. B&B make you pay!

Each room gives instructions about saving energy and water etc but with B&B it is nothing to do with saving the planet it’s about saving money at the expense of customer hospitality.

Great room with a huge balcony, and really close to the centre so ideally located. We were in the side section that is slightly separate from the main hotel. We got a good welcome and our stay was good, sadly we had to leave at 6am to get to the airport and there was no hot water for a shower which was less than ideal. Other than that it was great

The area is amazing. Out of the way of the crowds but still incredibly charming and iconic Venice. A handful of amazing, affordable restaurants right out the door. Felt very safe.
Dennis, the owner, was helpful and kind. Gave us some good tips on getting around.
Room was just fine - nothing overly fancy but worked great for our party of three. Breakfast was simple but just fine - good coffee and pastry, saved us from needing to buy it out.
Would totally stay here again. If you are fussy, probably not for you but if location matters and you are looking for clean and affordable - this is a great spot.

It was a terrible stay, there was a terrible smell coming from the toilet, went downstairs to talk with someone to change the room but there was nobody there, did not sleep all night, in the morning the Hoyle staff told me that that was a problem with most of the room….. the hotel should not have customers staying until the problem is sorted out.

This hotel is not at all what it seems in the photos and any positive reviews give the wrong impression. It’s super dated and needs major upkeep. The rooms are old with dirty walls (there were dead insect marks everywhere on the walls and ceiling), I found multiple hairs on the bed, shelving and in the shower. I found a used toothpick on the ground so clearly not focused too much on cleaning. The shower has mold everywhere. The safe in my room didn’t work and I told them 3 times and no one fixed or changed it. And the wifi was spotty and cut in and out. Oh and the building (thankfully not the rooms) smelled strongly of sewage. All in all, I’ve stayed at better hostels in Europe and definitely don’t find this place was worth the price. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Great hotel in a great location. Could get lost for days in the laneways! Breakfast was good and very much appreciated that there was gluten free options as well! Bed comfortable. One of our rooms however had a strong smell of sewage and the toilet seat in other room was broken on check in but fixed the next day. Good value for money overall and a great hotel.

The B and B Hotel Treviso was clean, safe, modern, had working internet & air conditioning, the included breakfast was very simple and just ok, considering I am vegan, it had limited choices. Staff was nice and helpful. Bed and room were comfortable, modern. Hotel room and air were clean. I found it inconvenient and long distances on foot or public transport getting around town.Easy to get lost with its location if you don’t know your way around. A good, functioning, fairly inexpensive, reliable hotel if you need accommodation in Treviso, Italy

Check-in was smooth and easy. The concierge (Jessica, as I recall) kindly provided a variety of excellent dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet was worth it to me; it was a large spread of various cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, coffee options, juices, yogurt, etc. Everything in the Treviso old town was within easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, classy, and quiet.

not an accurate description of the facility!
sewage stench in the room, nothing was done!
the \"bar and lounge\" is a refrigerator where you can buy limited beer and wine. so basic that you cannot get tissues in the room and cannot not buy onsite! while non smoking, only outside seats are not useable if you are a non smoker.
front staff is friendly but they are very limited in what they can do. I would recommend to look elsewhere

Our two-night stay at B&B Hotel Treviso was wonderful from beginning to end.

First of all, the location is fantastic -- only a 10-minute walk from the train station, steps away from the city-center, and a 15-minute bus ride to the airport. While the immediate surrounding area is residential (which makes it a quiet area), shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are only 2-3 minutes away.

Second, the check-in/check-out times are great. I have rarely stayed in hotels that allow you to check in as early as 14:00 and to check out as late as noon!

Third, the rooms are spacious enough, have working A/C, and the beds were comfortable. We were never disturbed by any noise.

Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Treviso.

The hotel is only about a 5min walk from the main square - so you benefit from the the location and don't get the potential noise from the main square. The room was spotless and fresh - as was the whole hotel. The staff were wonderful and were very knowledgeable about where to go, bus routes, train times etc. The breakfast was an excellent choice and everything was well presented, fresh and the dishes and cutlery were immaculate. I couldn't find any fault at all and if I am fortunate to go back I would stay here again, without hesitation.
Treviso is a lovely small town, very friendly and obviously pleased that visitors are back. It has some great shops, great restaraunts and less expensive bistros.

We had a great stay here this week. The room was much bigger than expected, we had a triple room with a layout where the large double bed and the single bed had completely their own space (although still open plan). Almost like two rooms, and we had two TVs too! Church bells ring loudly at 8am, close the window and it will make sleeping through much easier. The room was cleaned every day, breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and helpful. The ground floor had things for sale (snacks, drinks, toiletries, even chargers) everything you could possibly have forgotten to pack was available from the lobby! The only thing we didn’t have was a fridge, we misread the room description and expected one for cool drinks in the room. It took about 10-15 minutes to walk to the train station on the days we went into Venice. There are loads of restaurants in walking distance to eat in the evenings and Treviso itself is a fun place to explore. I’d recommend this hotel and will visit again and try some of their other hotels in Europe! Thank you all.

This is an ideally located, very friendly B&B. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We had a twin on the second floor. My bed was very comfortable but the other one had a soft mattress. There was a small amount of damp in the bathroom but it didn’t effect the use of the room. Our room was fairly small but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was charged as an extra and offered a good selection.
We would recommend and use this B&B again.

Breakfast could be included as standard here - odd that you don't have the option but to include at check in for the whole stay. Although I suppose it offers some flexibility if you view it that way. Friendly staff, 24h access. Poor view from our room but I guess that's the luck of the draw! The mattress wasn't wonderful either. All in all a good experience and very good value for money.

The hotel is located in the center of Treviso and is within walking distance of all bars, restaurants, and shopping. It's modern decor is functional and clean. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the parking lot was a public lot that was several blocks away, and very full. Luckily we found the last open spot but I am not sure what we would have done otherwise. The area was very quiet, and had a somewhat cold and industrial feel to it, which we were a bit disappointed with. The room was small but clean.
