In Rome, a well located hotel can really enhance your vacation. This hotel is perfectly located. Staying here meant that my group could easily walk to large numbers of famous locations, delicious restaurants and cool stores. At check-in we were given coupons for free drinks at the rooftop restaurant/bar, which we used and loved. The rooftop of this hotel is a marvelous place to spend time after a great day walking around in Rome. The hotel rooms are modern and well air conditioned. The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Iconic staff is beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. The room was quite small (average for Europe) but very well appointed with nice toiletries (Acqui di Parma), Nespresso, good hair dryer and even a hairbrush! Housekeeping was perfect and fast

Would definitely recommend for location and comfort, but the staff could have been more welcoming and it was very loud in our room. The bed is less than 1m from
The door and the door does not block any noise, it is like the people passing your room are in your room. Also the aircon was very loud and the lights in the room were very random coming on and off by themselves in the morning. Stylish place but with a few drawbacks

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful.

The property is in a wonderful location, walkable & convenient to most places you wish to visit in Rome
Check in was friendly & professional
The room was a decent size for a major city hotel, spotlessly clean & great quality bed linens, the room was a little dark & looked out to the back wall of other properties but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time anyway
Great quality toiletries & other amenities in the bathroom
We had drinks at the roof top bar several times which had the most amazing view
We had a great stay & would return

This property is in the perfect location. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.
The food was amazing. I had the opportunity to dine in the Michelin star restaurant, fantastic service… what an amazing experience!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Location is great. A lot of restaurants around it. Easy to get taxis. Room was clean and well appointed. But a little noisy from the hallway. Bathroom smells a little bit. But overall nice stay.

We had the pleasure to stay at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel during Thanksgiving Week. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, rooftop bar and restaurant were always friendly and attentive. Service was swift and gracious. The property and guest room were clean and very well appointed. In spite of being a stone's throw away from the Pantheon, the room was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop. The selection, quality and freshness of the food was wonderful. But the view...was spectacular. An oasis. We highly recommend staying at The Pantheon Iconic Hotel.

Area is great. Room facilities are super modern but not working properly.
Lighting system is a real challenge to understand and sockets for Charger are not working properly.
For the cost per night you would expect much better.

Gorgeous hotel in Rome

Loved this hotel. Location is as good as it gets. A block off from the pantheon but feels tucked away and quiet. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and they sent up prosecco, a gorgeous dessert and a very sweet note. The hotel and staff is truly 5 star. Worth every penny. Will be staying here again next time in Rome.

Great location in close proximity to the tourist centre. Room was an excellent size, but unfortunately had an unpleasant stagnant water smell in the bathroom for the duration of our stay. Windows were to a back of house/internal service space so no view which was unfortunate given the cost of the room.

Pros: The junior suite we had was a lovely room. The location was outstanding.

Cons: No real concierge to help us out. Construction outside the hotel on the street which we fortunately didn’t hear. Shower head in bathroom was right up against back wall which made it difficult to stay under and made it cold. Also shampoo etc on opposite side of tub. Not sure how anyone elderly could have used shower which was surrounded by high tub wall.

Bottom line: not sure it was worth the money to stay here.

First time in Rome and picked this property for it’s location to Pantheon which is recommended as central area for Rome sightseeing. Checkin process was easy, room was perfect and staff wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

First got a room with a bricked up window then was promised a larger room with a view but was given a smaller , finally I got a decent room and they charged me an extra $900
Staff including doesn’t know how their systems work , lighting is goofy and they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan which made a buzzing sound 24 hours a day .
Lady that checked us in lied right to our faces and told others the same untruth , manager was never available and would e call !
Only hotel on the whole trip that wasn’t a great experience .
Super location but the worst hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with , I would never recommend it to anyone at any price !

Highly recommended in the heart of Rome

The hotel is well managed and maintained with a professionally trained staff. Check-in was very simple and included some welcome details about the area. The location cannot be beat for tourism, walking distance to everything. The design of the hotel is very clever, modern, clean lines make excellent use of space in common areas and rooms. The rooms are very clean and spacious enough for a major metro hotel. The food at the Divinity restaurant was good and the service was excellent, welcoming and friendly. We asked the front desk for a couple of items during our stay and they responded to the room in seconds, literally. Very responsive.

The rooms have some very intricate touch screen lighting systems. We laughed off our initial uncertainty about which buttons controlled which lighting etc. Perhaps a small qr code that links to a video explaining the room's tech operation would be nice. There were lots of charging options and power points throughout the room. The tv worked perfectly and had excellent channel options. The room came with a well stocked mini fridge and cabinet with wines and spirits and glasses in soft close drawers for the appropriate libations. We enjoyed a bottle of syrah from the cabinet. Very nice.
Overall, a wonderful, ultra clean, safe and friendly place to stay in Rome. I would recommend it highly for couples or business. I would stay again.

Excellent location with near perfect service

The hotel location is perfect for exploring most of Rome’s famous attractions such as Trevi Fountains, Colosseum, etc. The rooms were modern, clean and quite spacious for European standard. The front desk manager, Viorica Rusu, was nice enough to upgrade me to a Deluxe room. She and her front desk team, provided excellent service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the Divinity Terrace service. A friend (who is also a hotel guest) and I went up to the terrace for an aperitif on Monday 27 Sep at around 6PM. There were only 2 other tables occupied, we sat at one of the empty sofas but was told by the waiter to move to 2 single chairs facing directly into the afternoon sun. He then proceeded to walk away to serve the other table without even giving us a menu. There was a couple who already sat at a similar sofa in the shade but was not asked to be moved. Due to this “reception” decided to leave and enjoy our aperitifs at a near by restaurant facing directly at the Pantheon, in the shade. It’s a shame that this was my worse service experience after spending one month in Europe. The rest of this hotel team provided excellent service, only to be let down by individuals from one area of the establishment. I wished that I could give 5 stars but the terrace experience left a bad memory for me.

Amazing location; right next to the Pantheon. The staff was friendliest we encountered at the four hotels we stayed at in Italy. They were so kind and accommodating and thanked us profusely again and again for choosing their hotel. The rooftop bar, while pricy, had amazing views. The free breakfast in the morning was on the rooftop and absolutely delicious!

Terrible room!

The inside of the room was small but ok... but I wanted to open the window and it was the back of the building with a terrible view and accesible to get inside from the rooftop of the other buildings. I tried to change it, but even though thee were rooms available, they didn’t change me because that was the room I boooked. This is not what you expect from this kind of hotels.
