I loved everything about my stay at Emerald Central from check in to check out. It made up for the bad experiences I had with other hotels. It was walkable to a lot of places and a few minutes drive away from District 1 and other areas for Site seeing.
A few things that stood out about this hotel was the Front Desk Staffs were very receptive and all spoke fluent english which helped alot and was the only Hotel I stayed over the 3 weeks I was in Vietnam that spoke fluent english, The housekeeping came in a group of about 4 lovely staffs and got my room cleaned within a few minutes and that was just top teir presentation how they worked together so swiftly to get things done while I was there. Don't miss breakfast, it was very good each morning.
Thanks to Expedia Team for sending me this great option. It was beyond my expectations.

After a long stayed at the property (24 nights). I came away with a truly impress of the service which provided by the crew of five ladies (Hang, Tien, Thuy, Luu and Binh). They are a hard-working crew and always service the customer with utmost care and professionally. I appreciated that.
The front desk crew are nice as well.
The room which we stayed is adequate. One of the bed mattress which I slept on is a bit worn out which caused my back hurt a bit ( the springs/coils of the bed ). I have mentioned this to the staff but was told that all matresses have been replaced at the beginning of the year (which to me a bit dismay??).
It would be nice that the room has an microwave inplace (in comparison to other room where they have had).
The breakfast selection could be better as after 24 nights of stays (6 choices). It (choices) become stale/boring.

Emerald Central is a hidden gem as tourist sites are within walking distance. In the neighborhood, we found a number of \"Michelin 2024\" rated restaurants as the food was excellent. Thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable, their kindness and amazing breakfast! A shout out to Danny, the hotel manager who went above and beyond with his recommendations (food, shopping, Grab taxis, etc.) plus his guidance in navigating around the city. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quieter hotel away from busy district 1.

Amazing location, surrounded by a bunch of coffee shops and walking distance to great food stands/restaurants and Cho Tan Dinh. At night, the street is much quieter so it’s easy to walk and you can still get a great night’s rest without hearing mopeds and cars zooming by and honking.
Hotel is clean and a great value. Front desk is efficient and quick to help when asked for assistance. There is a little cafe area downstairs that I didn’t get a chance to try.
My group had a midnight flight and checked out early but the hotel kindly held on to our luggages and watched them in the lobby, and helped us call a taxi when we needed a ride.

9階ランドリーの台数が少なく、22時ぐらいには他の人が利用中で待ってられずカウンターでお願いしたら、翌日昼過ぎには部屋に届けてもらえていて品質は問題なかった。ただ金額は1200円ぐらいで思ってたより高くついた。
重箱の隅をついたけど総じて満足。また使うと思います。
