Honestly everything was wonderful! You get some free drink tokens and the bistro is amazing.

Very convenient having access to a great Bistro. Bed was very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. I will stay on my next visit to Emerald.

Beds were comfortable and it was spacious for a family. I would not stay here again as it was very noisy can hear people next door and above you. It is right near a nightclub which goes till 2am. So if you are staying to get some sleep forget it. There were cockroaches in our room as well. Had dinner at the adjoining pub but staff were not very friendly. I do not recommend staying here.

Room was decidedly average compared to photos. A lot of noise from other guests. Staff did ask them to turn it down and it did improve but still not great. Food in the restaurant was good and staff pleasant and helpful.

The room was average but there was not enough parking for all the rooms which required us to park away from the main area, in a lane way. The hotel entrance was hard to find and not e\well lit.The location also has a lot of noise from other clubs in the area.

When checking in I was asked to pay for my booking again as there was some issue with the payment provided by Expedia. The staff were aware of this before my arrival yet made me spend 2 hrs trying to get the issue sorted.

Did not like thd lsylit of the rooms. We had a 2 bedrrom apartment but the only toilet was the one in the onsuite which could only be accessed by going through 2nd bedroom. Also it would have been nice to have toilet paper supplied as this is expected in any accommodation. Would not reccommend this place to anyone and would not stay there again.

One annoying aspect about the hotel was the sports bar with a variety of sports on screens but the only sound was music coming through the overhead speakers.

The room wasn't very clean and we realized they had only given us 3 towels not 5 once we were ready for a shower.

The room was clean and check in was fine. We had 3 issues, the outside light controlled by the adjoining room lit up our room even past the curtains so it was a bit to bright to sleep. The aircon was way too small for the room( im saying maybe 27 degrees inside when its 32 outside and thats after removing the blocked aircon filter). The bathroom is tiny to the point where the towel rail is directly besides the toilet bowl. Had a decent size TV and usb ports in some of the power points which was nice. Comfortable Mattress and linen.

Room was very clean, bathroom was cramped, I would have liked the curtains to hold out more light. Parking on site didn’t seem to be enough parks for the amount of rooms but I was there early and got one easy. The pub is right there, had an awesome chicken burger and chips and watched the origin with the locals, good atmosphere for sure. Staff are amazing very friendly. The noise though was hard to get to sleep with people yelling and just being loud. That’s a negative to the pub being so close. The price though was very affordable, overall I stayed there one night and was happy with the stay.
