I don’t like giving bad reviews but we stayed in a family room for 1 night. Unfortunately, our sheets had not been changed. When putting the kids to bed, we pulled back the sheets to discover hairs throughout the bedding. We checked the other bed and it too had hairs. We told management and they did come and change the sheets but it didn’t leave a very nice feeling knowing our beds weren’t clean.

On site restaurant was convenient and food was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly but the swimming pool was filthy. The Spa was also filthy and unusable. Review said recently renovated but looked more like 7 or more years ago. Bed was ok but only for two or so nights. Closer attention to cleaning of the rooms would improve the rating.

Pool is small (spa not many bubbles) but much appreciated after a hot days drive.

The toilet seat was cracked & the toilet leaked. When advised staff we were told the toilet seat was only a few weeks old, this was clearly not the case as the crack in the seat was stained.
When in the spa, male staff appeared immediately making us feel awkward. Spa was cracked & leaking & was not working to full capacity.

By far the best motel we stayed in on our trip. Pros: Nice extra touches in the bathroom such as the magnifying mirror attached to the wall. Soap as well as shower gel provided. Also had plenty of space for our toiletries bags next to the sink. Our room was spacious with good size fridge. Lovely view of the trees and sky whilst laying on the bed of our room upstairs. Close to Coles, Target, and restaurants.. Cons: Small crack in toilet seat (Room 156). Crossing the road to get to the shops (a small town with big city traffic).

Staff member was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was filthy. The floor was so dusty. The bed was made but the sheets did not seem clean. Basin was full of gunk. Shower head was the worst I have ever experienced. It sprayed in every direction and I had to catch the water in my hands and wash myself.
