The room was fine but some elements were not to our taste and the room was cold.
Natasha and the owner( can't remember his name) were very helpful.
Neither of us enjoyed the breakfast and we both felt it was very limited.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Olympic Stadium in Athens, and its central location is a major advantage. The staff are very responsive and helpful, though the property itself is showing its age and could use some updates. The rooms were somewhat dusty, particularly under the beds, and the elevator and stairwell corners would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, however, it was a pleasant stay.

Modern cozy hotel, very convenient location not too centered but still close enough to it.
Perfect service, good breakfast, the host explaining everything we needed to know and very servicial, she offered us breakfast to take out because we had to leave early before breakfast time, very kind of her, the hotel was always clean and bed is comfortable. I recommend PI hotel.

A strong 4 stars from me

Finding decent accommodation when you’re a family of four, with two early-teen daughters, is always a bit of a nightmare when it comes to holidays. Despite first impressions - the hotel is down a small scruffy side street- Pi Athens ticked a lot of boxes for me.

We had Apartment #1 which was a good size for the four of us, an open plan set up with a comfortable double bed, a sofa room and two single beds tucked away in the corner behind a curtain. The bathroom was big, the shower was lovely and the air con worked a treat. The location was also excellent, ridiculously close to the impressive Panathenaic Olympic Stadium and a 20-25min walk to the centre (Acropolis etc) through a nice park.

Why not 5 stars? Little things like the door handle to the bathroom falling apart, and the breakfast being a bit poor. But I’d still happily book Pi Athens again if I ever returned to the city with the family.

Very hospitable and especially wonderful hosts! Centrally located, large studio, elevator directly to the room, very safe and quiet. Breakfast hours were extended only for us, and we could use the facilities even after noon checkout time so we got to do more sightseeing before returning to the hotel for a quick refresher and take out lunch and then heading out to the airport. Transport from port and to airport was arranged for us as well. Would be my first choice if traveling to Athens again with children. Thank you, Sokratis!

Check in was great. Front desk guy was super accommodating, flexible, welcoming. Easy to communicate about needs even prior to arrival! Helped with airport transfer, luggage, crib - Kudos to him! Some negatives: property’s maintenance and upkeep is lacking, cleanliness is pretty below standard- towels are old, rough and hard, cockroach under side table ( traveled with a 6month old so got to look under) Breakfast is basic, breakfast lady is pretty quiet - not the kindest. She also did not bother to stop smoking in the lobby while we were waiting in there with our baby …. Overall it was okay. Great location.

Great communication with Socratis, and Natasha was so nice and helpful. She welcomed us at the front, explained everything and provided useful info on things nearby (don’t miss eating at Mavro Provato… it’s close, great prices, and excellent food and service). The room was HUGE (basically an apartment flat) and accommodated our family of 4 with ample space. The breakfast was a bonus and the location was great for walking to the main attractions. Socratis arranged drivers from the ferry port and to the airport which saved us lots of headaches. Highly recommend PI Athens.

Property in general is good. There are two things that should be fixed:

1. Air conditioner works irregularly, makes noise and do not could correctly. Filters must be cleaned at least one a year!

2. The window do not lock which is a minor concern but should be fixed.

Location was good, friendly staff. This hotel needs some updating and upgrading. Hot water had no pressure (at least on the 4th floor)and at best we only had warm showers. The room facing the acropolis is definitely not worth the price as they have a hand held shower in a tub. Sink and counter need work as it is blistered wood which is not sanitary. Towels and sheets need to be replaced and they had no facecloths. Our blow dryer didn’t work but staff was already gone when I realized it. Breakfast is included but it only starts at 8 am however they did make some items available for us as we had an early tour.

Great little hotel. The staff was helpful and breakfast was done well. If you've ever been told to not judge a book by its cover...that saying has this place in mind. It is tucked into a tiny street and the immediate area looks a little run-down, but we always felt safe. It was an easy walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee houses, a Hop-on Hop-off spot and right by the Olympic Coliseum. Don't miss the view from the roof-top lounge area, especially at night! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice small boutique hotel next the the Olympic stadium and walking distance to Acropolis and flea market. Lots of good and very inexpensive local restaurants and shops close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. Big room. Wonderful terrace with view of Acropolis. Only negative was shower feature. Shower is a claw-foot tub with shower wand. No curtain or enclosure. The big bathroom area is separated from bedroom by heavy curtain for privacy, but shower situation is not ideal. However, other than this minor inconvenience (particularly for older folks with mobility limitations), we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Best breakfast during our 7 night stay in Greece. The manager arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 0430 for the airport. Taxi arrived at 0425. Metro and airport bus stops are about 15 minutes away.

Great location and great staff. Found the hotel to have a sort of \"run down feeling\" for a 9.2 score. Space had a lot of scuffed walls and stains in the room. Bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

Pi Athens is a fantastic boutique hotel! The rooms are spacious and overall really nice. The rooftop patio is small but has a fantastic view of the Acropolis. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel will give you lots of recommendations.
We loved this hotel and will hopefully be back again soon!

We are a family of four visiting our daughter studying abroad in Athens. The suite accommodated our family size well and within a block of where our daughter studied and lived. The room was large for our family and allowed us to walk to all the desirable sites in Athens. Location was PERFECT! The service was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Cute boutique hotel. My room on the 4th floor had a view of the Parthenon. No 24 hr front desk, but I had no issues checking in at 3 am. The driver who picked me up was able to get me access and all that I needed to get into my room, so don't let the no 24 hr front desk deter you staying here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is 15-20 to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Musuem, Olympic Stadium, and many restaurants and gift shops.

It was close to everything, which was a plus. I booked it and paid for it already, but the lady was changing my card again, I told her I already paid, she wasn’t happy, so called someone talking on phone in Greek, then acted irritated. She then left, so there was no one available in the hotel, the gate was left open since the the metal thing was sticking out, which it wasn’t really safe.

The property is much, much smaller than it looks on photos and description. If you’re looking to relax this is not the place for you, since it does not have a pool, shower, ( it does have tub), you have to walk anywhere from 15 - 20 min to have lunch or dinner. Breakfast is very limited in comparison to other hotels we stayed at. In the fridge there is 1 bottle of water and then property manager tells you to refill from faucet because water is drinkable 😔
They are punctual if you ask them for a taxi or transfer. They are very good about scheduling your COVID TEST BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL for travel..

This was a wonderful experience! Our room was beautiful and comfy with a great view of the Parthenon. Breakfast was delicious (omelets, bread, yogurt). Quiet, very private feeling, and well located for walking to the Acropolis and lots of wonderful places to eat and drink nearby. The rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets!

I'd expected that on my second day of stay that toilet paper and body soap would be available so that I wouldn't have to buy those.
Also it was strange to find used shampoo (those small bottles) in the bathroom and not new ones.
The room was really hot in the afternoon hours and it took an hour or so of Air Condition to cool it down. Fortunately our stay was in May and not in August...

One of the few worst experiences anywhere.
In any other European city this hotel would be shut down for many violations first among them a chain smoking manager who smokes non stop at the front desk while browsing the internet turning the whole hotel into an ashtray smell, and COVID19 hygiene non compliance.
This hotel falls well below the star system let alone 4 stars as they claim, and here’s why:
No safe in the rooms, broken shower head and filthy, hot water comes and goes, broken flushing system, lumpy poor sponge pillows, broken window handles that do not close all the way, torn up curtains that fail to give you privacy, stained chair, 2 out of three light bulbs are not working in the bathroom, shampoo that smells awful, and finally not one single pencil or pen in the whole room. Modern looking but cheaply made.

Had issues with my flights etc due to corona, they we're super friendly, flexible and assistance was great. They also help you with a cab for a fair price.

Good breakfast also and really good location. It's super central but not loud. The room was super clean and wifi was really good. Was able to have school through zoom.

Very conveniently located. We managed to park right outside the hotel, which was brilliant. Slight problem with the air conditioning on arrival, but everything was soon sorted out. Our room was nice and clean and the toiletries were good quality. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower had a good strong jet! Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

One night stay in Athens

Stayed here for one night and it was good value for the money. The staff were really helpful and spent the time to give some good advice on where to visit etc. On the last day we want to keep our room for a few hours longer and it was no problem at all.
Standard continental breakfast with a tasty cheese and bacon omelette cooked on arrival. The parking was in a separate location as it is on a very narrow street. The hotel proactively got in touch and gave the location details in advance which was helpful. Good interaction prior to arrival. Good location to visit all the sights by foot.

+ it is a quiet piece of town even though you are in the inner city in a 10 - 15min walk. The stadium next to it and the parks across the street are a plus as well. The room was clean.

- the luxury is a bit superficial, the main shower head was worn out, the watercooker needed replacement and the room was okay but nothing more. Not what you would imagine and expect when you see the photo's.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The free parking is a definite plus especially in Athens. Good shower and a lovely sized room. The problem being in a great location is that there can be quite a bit of street noise. The blind set on the large windows didn’t fully close so allowed in quite a bit of outside light.

My husband I started our Greek honeymoon here and only spent one night but it couldn’t have been any more perfect. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean. Location was perfect and walkable to the sites. They also cooked us a very cute individual omelette in the morning! It really was perfect for what we needed.

A handful of rooms in a fantastic location — close to the top tourist sites but tucked away on a small street that is quiet and low-key. From my room, on the top floor, I could see the Acropolis and part of the 1896 Olympic Stadium, which is 100 meters away.

The room was just quirky enough for me to think it works best for tourists but not so much for those who have work to do. There is no desk and power outlets are few. Yet it has solid concrete floors that help keep it wonderfully quiet and a rooftop deck that all guests can use.

No shower, but a big, deep bathtub dominated half of the room that can be closed off by a curtain for privacy. So if you don’t mind getting water all over the floor if you use the handheld shower attachment...then it is OK.

It is not staffed overnight, should that be a concern. Basic breakfast is made available, but I wish it opened earlier than 8am.

This property was nice and small and had a very welcoming feel. All staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and simple, with good closet space to store luggage, and an added perk of USB plugs. We enjoyed an awesome breakfast each morning and sneaking up to the roof for views of the Acropolis.
