AS an independent travel agent i would not recommend my vip guests to come here but will recommend for the regular customers/guest. The front desk workers are very welcoming friendly and helpful. the hotel doesn't do room service for breakfast; the room service for lunch or dinner is limited.

Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere.

It was not a good stay we paid $170 a night and the electricity kept going, hot water was very limited we could not get a wash cloth in our room, the toilet cover was broken and he toilet tissue was wet. The workers have resentment for African Americans, no politeness nor urgency.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room is clean, the amenities are plenty and sufficient inside the rooms. They even offered liquid soap, which is a germophobe dream. The fitness is 24hr. The reception and staff are very polite and accomodating. The room is super clean and the toilet seat is sterilized and sealed after every stay. It was amazing.
The only area of improvement is the restaurant, the breakfast is subpar and the other food options are so-so. But there are plenty restaurants nearby so it should not be a problem. I will recommend the hotel and I will surely stay again.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. I picked this hotel based on the reviews, and it was a great decision. The location is good, the rooms are clean and spacial, the bathroom is clean and water pressure is good. The breakfast buffet is the cherry on top, there is a variety of food, and the taste is delicious. The chef's specials are so delicious. Security is good, it feels safe, and the staff is always asking if everything is alright. The general manager Alain is a great guy who is constantly making sure your experience is great.

Really enjoyed my stay. I was a guest in this hotel for two weeks. The manager is attentive and accessible, very nice man. Staff are welcoming and customer service oriented. The building is clean and modern. There is a gym and a pool. The lobster pasta, honey glazed fish, and the Dynamite Chicken Burger are amazing! Many other delicious meals to choose from ...overall it’s a nice home away from home.
