It will be nice to inform customers about the process of checking in. Specially late night check in since there are no staff and doors are locked. Rude people you get on the phone can’t spend time to help you. Very scary place for a lady who first time visit the country and fo not know anything about the area.

The hotel is hard to find via both Apple Maps and Google Maps. They think it's on the highway behind the hotel. I arrived on Sunday and no staff there but the machine giving me the code to my room worked fine. It was just a bit different. Breakfast is good, a bit over crowded at times. For breakfast, they have the the best croissants I had in Paris. Also great choice of Yogurts (Malo). Scrambled eggs could be improved. Lots of parking in front of hotel.

Quiet place. The only things, the front desk opens few hours and still closed the most of the time. No coffee maker in the rooms. For handicapped persons this not a good hotel for you. There is no body lotion or shampoo in the rooms, etc. But, it’s a good place to rest and unstress yourself.

J'ai du changer de chambre, et j'ai vraiment eu beaucoup de chance cette fois-ci , car une employée a été présente quelques instants.
Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo et l'écoulement de la douche ne se faisait pas, ce qui a inondé la chambre.
Nouvelle télécommande minimaliste pour la tv avec des touches effacées.
L'enregistrement à l'accueil automatique était très capricieux , il a fallu recommencer maintes fois pour que l'appareil veuille bien valider.
Bref !
Sinon, le couchage est bien et la chambre aménagée avec logique.

Expérience très moyenne. Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel assez décevant. La chambre orientation autoroute (impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans avoir un bruit assourdissant). Un oreillers par personne et quand je demande deux oreillers supplémentaires c’est simplement « non ». Quel que soit l’hôtel et le nombre d’étoiles j’ai toujours au minimum 1 à deux oreilles de Rab quelque part. Le sommier est une planche de bois, ni plus ni moins. Aucun respect de l’écriteau de ne pas faire la chambre, donc il une jolie réveil à 9h. Pour finir la douche était cassé et fuyai.
Pour finir sur une note positive (mais normal) la chambre était propre.
Dernière expérience ici, à choisir uniquement pour une nuit rapide d’affaire. Pourtant le prix était un pas donné.

Aucun contact humain. Chambre pas spécialement propre notamment la salle de bain avec quelques cheveux mouillés collés sur la porte. Pas de petit savon dans la salle de bain. Le distributeur de gel douche dans la douche étant mal fermé ou cassé, on peut se coincer le doigt quand on en prend (fait). Les draps avaient aussi quelques cheveux, peut-être, je l’espère, de la personne qui met les draps mais bon…serviettes de bain certainement propres mais tachées, ce qui est moyen, il faut investir dans une meilleure lessive ou les recycler. Le tarif est bien trop élevé par rapport à (l’absence de) la prestation.
