This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is in awful conditions. Bathroom broken, paint of the tub getting out. Carpets stained. So sad to see a novotel stating rhiabia a 4 star rating. I have photos that can share and will love that the hotel contacts me. This is not okz

The property is dated, inconveniently located, no vending services, the entire laundry consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer the size that would fit in a two room apartment. The part of the breakfast that is supposed to be hot wasn’t hot on any of the 5 days I was there. I could go on but why bother. If you’re on business or leisure without transportation avoid this place. Although the service people were very nice.

The hotel stay was good, location is ok.Cleanliness is ok
The only thing is there wasn’t any tooth brush ,slippers in the room .We were not given proper coffee cups ( given only paper cups)
However we have request for it then it is given.
Mineral bottled water as stated will be given one a day however wasn’t given for quite a number of days.
Overall nice surroundings n well designed interior for tourist.
TV reception wasn’t good in some channels and many many channels were in French .Should have added more English channels

Comfortable stop over spot.

This hotel was quiet and comfortable- it was a stop over point for us after returning from southern France - with easy access to the motorway.

It is a very quiet area but there is shopping and a range a range of restaurants nearby and some within walking distance.

Check in was simple, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

I was expecting better standards for a hotel this fat away from Paris. Room size and equipment were OK, but I was very disappointed with the quality of food the the breakfast buffet, and also the few meal choices in the restaurant. Location is quite bad, if you don't have a car or splash the cash in taxis you need to risk your life walking by the road to get to the closest bus station (not to mention Evry town). The staff was very helpful and welcoming, but it does not cover the fact that it is below expectations for a 4* hotel.

Hotel in need of complete refurbishment \n\n

The carpets throughout were stained as was the chair in the room.
I booked this hotel as it stated it had air conditioning that was untrue, the control in the room made it clear that the units did not work.
The staffing level was appalling, with only 1 staff member available on a Saturday night who was running the dining room, the bar and room service, we had to search her out having waited 15 mins after the restaurant opened, the service was so delayed all components of my meal was stone cooled, however this one member of staff could never offer an appropriate level of service working alone.

Staff were very over stretched only one lady in the bar and then same lady working on her own in the restaurant, Saturday evening! Waited for ever for service in the bar in the afternoon. Only one person in reception taking care of check in ( bus full of tourists, plus other guests trying to heck in and out, no support for a very busy reception. Having stayed the previous night in another Novotel which was great this was a very disappointing experience.😡

My latest stay here has been horrible because housekeeping didn't clean my room, only putting the blanket back on the bed. I brought this to the attention of reception and he got an attitude with me, telling me that housekeeping did clean the room. Needless to say I checked out a day early and the hotel wanted to charge me a fee. I would not recommend this hotel to American tourists.

South side of Ile de France.

Perfect for needing to stay south side of greater Paris area. Not good if you are a tourist wanting to see the Paris sites. For me it was perfect. Efficient, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Witb a great breakfast buffet.

the hotel has good comfort level and is in a quiet location. I had to leave at 6 oclock in the morning so could not enjoy the breakfast. in the evening saw an exceptional football game which was a nice compensation. will recommend it to people who are busy in this area or fly from Orly Airport

With my 3 yo son, I stayed there over a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. The breakfast is delicious, my son was still asleep from a jet lag they even accomodate a plate of breakfast to take to my room when the little one wakes up. It is located in a quiet area for some good rest...

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. Only a 20 min walk to the train station and they have a bus stop very close to the hotel too. The Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and nice.

A great alternative to fighting the traffic in Paris. 15 minute walk to the train station. Exceptional staff, very comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, nice restaurants nearby, free parking. Will definitely stay there again.

Booked a family room for B & B with a very good rate for 4 of us. Good size comfortable room Breakfast was a full buffet breakfast but unfortunately as there was a large number of coach parties being catered for, hot food was not replenished as they obviously did not see us as a priority.

Larger than average very up to date hotel with first class facilities and the most courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellently provisioned with an exceptional choice of offerings, and ran to 11:30am on weekends which was a most welcome bonus for three very tired travellers. Food at the local Pizzeria was a huge let down (undercooked doughy bases with scant toppings for far too much money!) - stick to the hotel for evening meals (a little pricey) or go further afield.

Uncomfotable Room

The hotel room was nice and the staff was friendly but there were several downsides to this hotel. The biggest was the room was always hot (no airconditioning and no ventilation). Even when the weather was pleasant outside the room was very warm inside (basically we sweated all night even with the window open - and it should have had a screen). The Wifi only worked in the lobby and the safe did not work at all.

This was not a pleasant stay. The hotel did not have air conditioning. Which is not necessarily a problem but wile the weather outside was pleasant the hotel was very hot (I assume poor circulation) - it was difficult to sleep. The Wifi only worked in the hotel lobby, not in ones room. The safe in the room did not work. It was not easy to find notwithstanding the comment that you could see it from the highway. Aside from the hotel cafe/bar you had to drive to get to any restaurants. But the basic problem is for a relatively expensive hotel it was very unpleasant.

The hotel staff tried their best but we booked this hotel for the swimming pool which was shut and the wifi which was not available in the rooms. Would not choose this hotel again. I cannot understand how is has a 4 star rating.

For those who trvael to Paris for holiday, this hotel location is way too far. have to wlk 5 min to bus-stop and take a bus to the train station, then by train 30 min to Paris central. and not advisable to come back after 10.00pm as there is no more bus service. But for people who work near by Evry, this hotel is good, clean and staffs are helpful.

Hotel lovely and modern, up to date, clean, and spacious. Restaurant a disappointment though in terms of poor selection of food and bad value for money; definitely not in keeping with good eating in France generally. Staff generally friendly and very helpful, nice quiet location, easy to find and conveniently located close to major routes north and south.

A very decent 3 star

It is a decent 3 star with adequate size room and comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. Novotel has a Web Corner where guest can log in internet for 20 minutes + another 20 minutes extension each day for free. A very useful feature.

They also have a various local maps downloaded from Michelin in case the guests request such. The surrounding area map is printed in color, making it very easy to read. The one including next town is printed in 14 x 17 size so all the small roads are clearly viewable. We really appreciate such thoughtfulness.

Cuando llegue al hotel me dieron la llave de la habitación 226, la cual he notado que estaba ocupada por otra persona cuando la adentré. Habían maletas, ropas y señales que la cama había sido usada. Volví a la recepción y me cambiaron de habitación pronto, pero esto es un serio problema de seguridad y falta de privacidad.

The service was okey, the staff were not available most of the time. We asked to have our sheet changed after staying for 4 days and they assured us that they would change it but when we came back the sheets were not changed. The room was comfortable, but they service could be better, the breakfast was not worth the price.

Hôtel super agréable accueillant. Il y a un babyfoot une boisson rafraîchissante à l entrée, une fontaine à eau plate et pétillante, des zones pour se poser, pour lire des livres ou BD. Le p’tit dej est super avec de bons produits et une mention spéciale pour les confitures faites par des locaux. Les 2 filles du resto le soir super sympa celle du p’tit dej également.

Prestation parfaite pour ma nuit !

Accueil agréable, très gentil et professionnel. La chambre était propre comme la salle de bain et les toilettes. Chambre avec un bon matelas bien ferme. La salle de bain est récente et moderne avec un gel douche et shampoing qui n’agresse pas le corp. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec du choix et des pains au chocolat et des croissant pas dur. Je recommande !

Das Hotel befindet sich unweit des Flughafens Orly und ist für die Durchreise wegen der Lage an wichtigen Verkehrsknotenpunkten sehr gut geeignet. Allerdings ist die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und Hotelkette eher etwas dürftig.

The only reason in the first place to book Novotel Evry was the Tesla Superchargers in the same parking as the Novotel. Very nice stay in Novotel, although the rooms appear old. A rehaul of the hotel would be appropiate. Novotel used to be very nice and modern hotels 10-15 years ago, but now appears old fashioned and warned out

Nothing wrong with the rooms or the reception, but the service in the restaurant hardly existed. Wrong food for 2/5 after a long time, they forgot our desert order and billed the food to the wrong room, despite us having written down what to bill to what room. You'll be fine if you stay there, but go out for food.

Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, um die Ecke sind div Restaurants. Hotel selber hat alles was man braucht als Geschäftsreisender. Check in war schnell, da schon alles vorbereitet. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug. Ich buche es wieder, da es eine gute Lage für mich hat.

Bonjour
Je suis surpris par une demande d'acompte de 100 €, ni affiché ni dit au moment de la réservation, du jamais vu ailleurs dans le même type d'hôtel qu'IBIS par exemple.
Le personnel m'a d'abord dit qu'elle avait besoin d'une empreinte de carte de crédit, sous l'effet de la fatigue j'ai passé ma carte la machine puis en demandant l'explication elle a dit que c'est une caution ,pour couvrir en cas de dégradation de la chambre. Ceci s'ajoute au paiement de la chambre par chèque vacances.
Cette condition est-elle valable pour tous les clients ?!!
Evidemment la somme est bloquée, n'a pas été retirée à l'exception d'un petit reste de ce que je dois.
Par la suis je me suis senti mal à l'aise dans cet établissement, et je n'y retournerai pas.
