I had to extend my stay for work reasons and this was one of the few hotels in the area that was available, my stay was blighted by walls so thin you could here a forced whisper through them, while not filthy it could have been cleaner, but some of the staff were down right rude and I will not be returning to this hotel again

We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival at 22:04 hours there was no one from the reception. The only way to check in was via a machine where I entered a code that was provided before and after that I had to pay. As I already paid via my creditcard when I booked the hotel, I paid twice. Next day I told the lady from the reception and she told she will refund the payment of my creditcard. Now 5 days have past and no refund yet ..
Also, when we entered the room the water of the toilet kept running and there was no way to stop it. Via a telecom downstairs I called for support. After that somone from the hotel came and checked. As he could not fix it he arranged another room for us.
The next day, at midnight the room was very hot. This was caused by the airco that was malfunction and also leaked water inside. I turned off the airco but the leaking sound of water drops kept going on. Went downstais to get support via telecom. The guy from support told me that someone will come in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes still no one showed up, called the guy again, after 10 minutes still no one showed up. Called again, now I told him the situation can be dangerous of the leaking water. Eventually someone showed up, he checked the airco but could not help and told us this only can be done during daytime. He told us that the hotel was fully booked and so there was no room to switch.

Awful. Was not given the rooms booked and then given separate double rooms, despite travelling with under 6’s. Had to top and tail them and subsequently none of us slept.

After returning from Amsterdam back to Paris we needed a cheap room to board up in for a few hours only before our next flight out. I chose this hotel because it stated it accommodated late check ins as we were arriving very late in the night. The hotel sent an email in advance stating there would be no one at the reception desk upon my arrival and provided a confirmation number to enter into the checkin machine. However, the code provided did not work so we utilized the phone located next to the machine to call the help desk. The phone was by speaker only and was very loud so some of the hotel guests complained about the noise. We apologized but stated we had no choice as we were stuck outside. Once connected the help desk was able to assist in providing the correct code however the person whom provided the directions was very impatient and was very snappy with me bc I had trouble understanding her accent, and she was even snappy whe she could’nt understand my accent. We were finally able to access our room code and I spoke into the phone to ask additional questions but the Helpdesk person hung up without making sure we had everything we needed (which we didn’t). The room was what I expected for the price I paid (clean enough to rest for a few hours) but I do feel the customer service experience could be enhanced. I would not choose this hotel again for those reasons alone.

La fermeture de la fenêtre de la chambre 28 est actuellement non fonctionnelle. Une simple poussée de la main depuis l'extérieur permet de l'ouvrir.
Un système de fortune, constitué d'un morceau de carton, a été mis en place pour maintenir la fenêtre en position fermée. Cette solution précaire ne procure qu'une illusion de sécurité.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet établissement. Le constat est mitigé. Nous avons pris 2 chambres familiale. Celle de mon frère et sa famille était très bien, RAS.
MAIS la nôtre... le siphon de la douche ne se fermait pas.. je vous laisse imaginer l'odeur dans la chambre. On a parlé avec le réceptionniste qui nous a répondu qu'il ne faut surtout essayé de fermer le siphon car autrement ca va boucher la douche....DONC LE PROBLÈME est déjà connu mais rien a été fait. Et surtout qu'ils savaient et qu'on a redit qu'on a un bébé de 3 mois et un enfant de 2 ans donc ce n'est pas viable....

Réservant, puis une foiq dans la chambre, plein d'araignées écraser au plafond, mur, c'était vraiment sale a voir, comment voulez vous qu'ont dorme dedans, jai juste pris 1 douche et je suis reparti tellement déçue

N’y séjournez pas.
L’hôtel a pris la décision de nous attribuer une chambre de 3 personnes alors que nous avons réservé une chambre quadruple. Nous avons donc dû batailler à 3 reprises pendants 30 minutes avec le service client pour qu’ils nous attribuent une seconde chambre. C’est inadmissible.

Die Unterkunft sah garnicht so aus wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Das Zimmer war dreckig und man hat einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch gehabt, was den Aufenthalt garnicht angenehm gemacht hat. Wir sind vor dem ersten Abend ausgecheckt und haben uns ein anderes Hotel besorgt.
