Stayed for 4 nights and heating stopped working the second night complained about it and they came to check again in night time it stopped working with temperature in minus I had to sleep 3 days without heating.

The black guy working there couldn't provide a basic courtesy such as keeping our luggage for few hours. Also there were rats on the property in the evening. The response: there are other business nearby as well so it is not their problem!!!!

Airport hotel so surroundings not as important as accommodations for travelers. This hotel offered breakfast from 4:30 am. Price was reasonable for the airport proximity but our room was tiny with a bathroom hardly big enough to turn around in. OK overall for the price and airport location.

-decent french burger joint next door that closes late.
-arrived around 10pm and there were no employees. self check-in was convenient.

The hotel is in a very remote place nothimg around. Rooms are very tiny with plastic floor and amenities bathroom. Bed is not comfortable and you can smell the odors from the toilet since there is no aeration in the bathroom and an open hole communicates straight in the room.the only good point is it is clean and the staff arr very professional. The only nearby restaurant is in the hotel next to this one and is far better. Overral unless yoi have a car and really don't care to feel like you're sleeping in a cheap road hotel with roomdoor opening straight on the atreet and neighbours having beers and hookas in front of their rooms, noises like you are outside and a horrid smell from a dead river if you decide to have a walk not mentioning the unsafe neighbourhood, this is your plqce. I really got tricked by the reviews next time I will pay more qnd get a hotel closer to the airport and better.

Although adequate for our festival trip the shower flooded within 20 seconds of turning it on. The space is small however if the bathrooms were okay it was more than enough. Not much around to do as well.

Suburbian hotel with basic services
The air-conditioning in the room only allowed for heating the air, not cooling it, even though it was quite warm outside. The cleaning service kept closing the window which I intentionally left open to allow at least a minimum circulation of air, which made the room a discomfortable one in the first half an hour after arrival. The bathroom was very small and while the hotel is well connected to the city, there is only one connection (RER C) train, which complicates matters in case of train strikes. The nearest supermarket with reasonable prices was quite far away. Otherwise, the room was worth the price paid for it.

Tiny room, even tinier bathroom, terrible smell coming from the drains. Very uncomfortable bed, you could not possibly have breakfast there because of the sewage smell all over the hotel and the minuscule size of the dining room. The staff however are doing their best and are very nice!

Le Parking le soir est blindé, la réservation du petit déjeuner non renseigné, le distributeur automatique non disponibles après 22h déçue, l'empreintes bancaire non renseigné avant la réservation, le lit à étage pas pratique DU TOUT, le personnel n'est pas aimable et les murs sont très fin on entend tout l'hôtel brailler ! La lingère nous réveille pour des serviettes. Pour oas chère certes ont s'attendait au minimum !

Les DEUX : Réception automatique, très pratique ! La clim, car nous sommes tombés sur les 3/4jours a 37 degrés. En revanche,
TOUT les - : Devoir traverser d’énormes toiles d’araignées pour atteindre notre chambre, ensuite une odeur nauséabonde dû à l’humidité et/ou remonté d’égouts. En sortant de notre chambre pour aller fumer à plusieurs reprises : Un sacré trafic de magouilles se fait sur le parking de l’hôtel. Une bonne dizaine de mecs musique à fond, installer sur des chaises de campings, qui fument et boivent, le code portail avait dû être diffuser car énormément d’aller retour de voitures sur le parking (qui restaient maximum 5mn). J’étais vraiment pas rassurée le temps de fumer ma cigarette en bas d’un escalier… Lors de la réservation nous étions assez content du tarif abordable pour la nuit, et bien c’est finalement trop pour la qualité !! Je ne recommande absolument pas l’établissement, et encore moins à des personnes ayant des enfants. Très déçue.

Une bonne dizaine de mecs musique à fond, installer sur des chaises de campings, qui fument et boivent, le code portail avait dû être diffuser car énormément d’aller retour de voitures sur le parking (qui restaient maximum 5mn). J’étais vraiment pas rassurée le temps de fumer ma cigarette en bas d’un escalier… Lors de la réservation nous étions assez content du tarif abordable pour la nuit, et bien c’est finalement trop pour la qualité !! Je ne recommande absolument pas l’établissement, et encore moins à des personnes ayant des enfants. Très déçue.
