Don’t usually review, but this was so poor I wanted to warn others. Very very average and amazed to see it claims 4 stars. Bed as uncomfortable as I’ve ever seen. Restaurant poor. Would definitely not stay again.

Overpriced and not worth it

The bed was horrible. They cut the A/C after August, ehich means it's hot in the room. If you open a window, mosquitos race to fly in. There was no table to work from, I used a night stand.

Near the train station, there is a mall nearby too. Otherwise, the area around the hotel is quiet. Traffic is busy during weekdays.

Simple but clean. Pleasant staff

The only issue I had it was lack of toiletries. I expected there will be something in the bathroom as I was going to Paris only for 2 days businesses trip with small suitcase. But there was only a shower gel which smelled like already out of date.

Efficient in everyway

Very comfortable and efficient hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Railway very short walk so easy to access airport. Very useful having restaurant in hotel, nice meal and good service.

Good hotel with excellent transport links

The hotel was very good. Staff were very helpful, room was fine. WiFi was good connection and reasonable speed.
The location is good for transport links, both rail and bus services are very good. But not a lot of choice with regard to nearby restaurants. Alcantara, which was a 10 minute walk away, was a very good restaurant.

Used this hotel as convenient for conference at nearby Ecole Polytechnique. The room was a bit small but pleasant and I think it was probably refurbished recently. Nice shower and good restaurant

Good business hotel a bit far from central Paris

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Massy for 4 nights while having business at the nearby Ecole Polytechnique. The Mercure is a perfectly adequate business-trip hotel. It located a few minutes walk from the Massy TGV and Massy-Palaiseau RER stations. The accommodations at the hotel are just fine and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Other than the railway stations, there is nothing of interest in the neighborhood. Other than the hotel restaurant, there is almost no place to eat at night on the Mercure side of the railroad tracks. You need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the other side of the railroad tracks (using a long overpass) to find any place to eat or even a market. The RER B line into central Paris is convenient. The trip will take 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day and whether you get an express(plus the time waiting for the train). I think this Mercure is a bit far from central Paris for being a tourist unless you make the trip only once a day.

More of an Ibis than a Mercure level hotel

The room was clean but, was not insulated well. It was very easy, and unavoidable, to hear the people staying in rooms around you. The heater wasn't adjustable and remained on a high output throughout the night...rather uncomfortable. On the positive side, the reception was very nice and welcoming.

Fine for a Mercure

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times on business because of its close proximity to the train station. I then take a local bus to my work site. The hotel is very typical for the chain. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is typical for the chain which means that the eggs are running and in my opinion, not good. However, the rest of the breakfast is a very standard for a Europen-chain hotel.
Decent wine selection.
Rooms are clean but nothing exciting. Obviously, I am satisfied with the hotel since I have returned more than once. Easy to go for dinner in the city by RER B.
I have stayed at other hotels in the area, including in Les Ulis but I keep coming back to the Mercure in Massy for its connivence to the train.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk so I could check out. Rooms are typical for Europe small but mostly functional. The bathroom was huge but there was no stand up shower, only a hand held unit that was mounted at the same height as the faucet. The large bath seems like a terrible waste of space.

The whole place was a bit scruffy. Also, I scratched the door of my car in the parking area out front on a low bollard I couldn't see that had the protective panel missing. The AC in the room was pretty feeble.

All in all, a nice stay

This was by no means a luxury hotel, but it was convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful when I had a problem. The room was small by American standards, but this did not pose a problem.

The biggest plus of the hotel was its location, just a short walk from both a Metro station and a TGV station. This allowed me to quickly and easily arrive at and leave the area.

I had two complaints: 1. Only wireless internet was offered. My American laptop could not use the wireless network, thus preventing me from doing some important work.
2. The price of the breakfast buffet was pretty high. This convinced me to just buy some fruit and yogurt from the nearby grocer.

J'ai trouvé le tarifcher pour une chambre assez petite comparé à d'autres Mercure ou hôtels de même gamme.
Il est précisé \" parking disponible\" dans plus d'info sur le site internet.
La personne à l'accueil m'a indiqué où se trouvait le parking lorsque je lui ai posé la question sans m'indiquer qu'il était payant et qu'il fallait demander à l'accueil un ticket pour payer les nuitées au parking. Si l'on paye à la borne du parking directement, ce qui m'est arrivé,c'est 3€/heure...autrement dit très cher.

Très bien localisé (transport, commerces, restau)

Je suis venue rendre visite à ma famille avec mon enfant de 3 ans. L’hôtel était parfaitement localisé près de plein de différents transports (RER, TGV, bus, taxis/uber) avec des airs de jeux et un parc trampoline. Les restaurants et commerces sont aussi très proches et variés. L’hôtel en lui même est propre, le service impeccable et la chambre nettoyée et déstockée tous les jours. Tout était parfait!

Séjour pour aller au stade de France entre amis , réservation de la chambre par internet ,sans petit déjeuner.
Arrivée sur place ,l’hôtesse m’a proposé le petit déjeuner,j’ai demandé le tarif elle m’a bien dit 9€50 mes amis étaient à côté,ont bien entendu comme moi.
Le lendemain je l’ai prit ,et à grande surprise au moment de régler les 2 petits déjeuner,j’ai payé 39€ !!!!
La personne qui m’a fait payer n’a rien voulu savoir .
Je suis énormément déçue .
19€50 juste pour un café et un pain au chocolat et bien merci .
Je n’y reviendrai pas et je vais le signer à beaucoup de gens .

j'ai eu la chance de séjourner le jour d'une soirée organisé à l'occasion de l'inauguration du nouvel espace de séminaire. j'ai pu rencontrer et découvrir une équipe très dynamique et sympathique ! cela me donne envie.
les chambres sont très belles et confortable, avec juste un petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui mérite mieux.
L'extérieur de l'hotel reste à rénover.

Chambre vaste, manque toutefois une table/bureau. Chambre très bien insonorisée avec de réels rideaux occultants, rare dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Petit dejeuner correct, salle petit dejeuner mal disposée avec les alvéoles qui ne se prêtent plus à un apéritif plutôt que pour le pdj.

Het was niet meer dan OK. Het bed was goed, maar verder kamer erg klein. Ja dit verwacht je in parijs, maar dit is massy! Gelukkig station en RER in de buurt. De buurt is in orde. Kamer vond ik redelijk versleten. Prijs/kwaliteit vond ik ondermaats. TV zenders kloppen niets van. Jammer dat er zo'n groot verschil in kwaliteit is in de Mercure keten.
