It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable.

The cleaning crew knocks on your door starting at 7:30am to get you out of the room early, even though that is hours before checkout time and keeps knocking until you leave. Also no air conditioning, as advertised, and the lobby is used as a sit-down meeting and meal room for several long term guests. Cleaning during your stay is an extra charge.The toilets are slow to flush fully because the drain line is mounted sideways to the wall rather then through the floor.

Communication was horrible between myself and the staff. I had no idea who the staff were because they were all wearing various forms of street clothes. The room was tiny and smelled horrible. They bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were scratchy. The walls were so thin I knew that the person next me was having a midnight sex fest. The pool was a joke. Not clean and NOT OPEN on the weekends. The breakfast was mediocre at best and you had an employee looming over you to hurry up and finish eating. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I went there due to the asset of the pool to help me recover from a serious injury. I found the staff in its entirety to be friendly, helpful and for the most part efficient. Also, the price of the stay was reasonable compared to other hotels that have pools-it would not have been possible. Also, the area was clean and I found it to be safe. It was a slight issue that the metro linking the closest metro to Central Paris was closed during my stay, but I could not travel a lot due to my injury and the daily usage of the pool helped improve my injury a lot. It will probaly be a long time, but if I go to the Parisian region again, I will definitely consider staying at this same hotel again.

It is located very close to tram 6 and a local supermarket is about 5 mins walk away. The area felt safe.
The only real issue for me is that the building is not located close to a metro and is quite far out. The metro is cheaper as the trams are not included in many of the carnets. I think this means you need to have a T+ ticket covers outside of central Paris, however I really never worked out the tickets.

There was no air conditioning and the only way to get air was to open a window to a very busy (all hours of the night!) street. There was also ZERO parking which they did not seem to care about. They would let you PAY to park in their garage for a fee though. Bed was hard, pillows were flat, breakfast was crap & you had to pay for that too. For 180 Euros a night, I would expect much better!

I really liked this place. It is an actual apartment, complete with kitchen. The pool was immaculate and so refreshing. I also loved the location. It is right along a tramway that can take you to the main subway line where you can get anywhere in Paris. The tram runs until midnight. The staff speak English and were very welcoming and helpful. We always book this hotel, because it is brilliant for working in Vi Paris, just a quick metro ride away. Far enough with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarket etc all close by

I have stayed here before, for 6 months actually a couple of years ago. It's a good place to stay no real complaints. Each room has a mini kitchen so it gives you the opportunity to cook which is good.
The new T6 train line right out the front makes the hotel more accessible to Paris city centre also which is big improvement. It brings you to the station for line 13 and then you're in Paris in no time.
The only thing for me is that I was suppose to have a double bed but it was 2 singles together. Didn't have great sleep this visit and that was due to the fact it wasn't a double bed.

We stayed for 2 nts on a Saturday & Sunday - 2 adults & 2 grow-up kids. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during the weekends - I don't remember reading about this anywhere. Everything else was as expected - a little dated but clean and comfortable. Room size was good for a short stay. Bathroom a good size - free shampoo/soap & plenty of towels. The self-catering kitchenette facilities are adequate for a short stay - wash-up liquid, sponge & t-towel were provided. Phone in the room - not free outgoing calls but you can receive incoming calls directly. Plenty of supermarkets with a short driving distance. We noticed a number of \"eat all you like\" asian restaurants within walking distance of the hotel - all looked good & very reasonably priced, although we didn't use them this time. There are some building works going on around the hotel area but we easily parked the car outside the hotel & it was free & safe to do so. I didn't see the hotel's own car parking area which is paid for. All in all I would use again for the right price.

The only word that truly describes this hotel is: inadequate. In every aspect, my expectations were not met and the information provided including photos and descriptions are deceptive. Of my planned four night stay, I spent zero nights in the actual hotel. Despite the favt that I knew I would be charged for it, I decided to find a better hotel ended up at IBIS budget, a way better value for the money.

Room was not clean or as described/pictured and bed was broken so had a huge dip in the middle- very uncomfortable, could not access the pool, location not as stated, not in petit clamart but rather just clamart so a bus and two trains from the centre, would take at least an hour to walk to the first train station....Very disappointing and will not be returning

The staff was rude and didn't made us feel very welcome but it is a good hotel. The surroundings aren't good as it's in a industrial park. I also thought it would be close to the centre but it's one hour away (!) witch really limited my visit. The bathroom was clean but all the pipes were showing and the bedroom was clean.

Stayed just a single night(New Years Eve) but found the experience to be a very good one. Had trouble finding the hotel due to the roadworks in the area. But once got there, everything was fine. The guy(youngish,Egyptian origin) behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, advising us on things to do and even providing a map.
Only problem, a bit on the outer suburbs, but no problem if you got a car, also no kettle and teabags etc(but everything else provided inc. coffee machine) but not a hasle and am sue it would have been availed if asked for. All in all, good value and service :)

La chambre avec petite cuisine et vaisselle permet de se faire à manger en xas de besoin. L'hotel est bien situé pres du tram T6 et de quelques commerces et restaurants, mais l'avenue est bruyante, même fenetres fermées.

Ramenez vos couvertures et habillez vous chaudement avec eux vous n’avez pas la possibilité de mettre du chauffage ils l’ont bloqué à 19…moi dans ma voiture 19 c’est pour avoir de l’air frais.

Pas moyen de les joindre au téléphone en amont, même le standard général que j’ai fini par contacter n’a pas réussi à les joindre. Envoi d’un mail resté sans réponse.
Interphone extérieur dysfonctionnel : attente sous la pluie qu’un client finisse par passer et nous ouvrir. Impossibilité d’appeler pour prévenir qu’on attend devant, puisque non joignables par téléphone.
Pas de pass ou de code pour accéder au parking sécurisé : il faut attendre que l’employé de la réception nous voit depuis sa caméra et nous ouvre… Ce qui a pris du temps à chaque fois.
Un vrai sketch pour moi quitter l’hôtel : je laisse ma clef à la réception à mon départ, et préviens qu’il faut m’ouvrir le parking. Le réceptionniste me dit oui, je sors et j’attends, sous la pluie, que le garage s’ouvre, mais rien ne s’ouvre. Je veux donc retourner à l’intérieur réitérer ma demande à l’employé mais comme l’interphone ne marche pas, je reste sous la pluie. Un client arrive et m’ouvre, je trouve l’employé qui s’excuse et m’ouvre. Je monte dans ma voiture, mais la porte du parking s’est déjà refermée, j’attends donc à l’entrée du parking que l’employé me voit via sa caméra et m’ouvre. Les minutes passent, toujours rien. Je ressors du parking, et fais de grands signes depuis l'extérieur jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un finisse par me voir...

Interphone extérieur dysfonctionnel : attente sous la pluie qu’un client finisse par passer et nous ouvrir. Impossibilité d’appeler pour prévenir qu’on attend devant, puisque non joignables par téléphone.
Pas de pass ou de code pour accéder au parking sécurisé : il faut attendre que l’employé de la réception nous voit depuis sa caméra et nous ouvre… Ce qui a pris du temps à chaque fois.
Un vrai sketch pour moi quitter l’hôtel : je laisse ma clef à la réception à mon départ, et préviens qu’il faut m’ouvrir le parking. Le réceptionniste me dit oui, je sors et j’attends, sous la pluie, que le garage s’ouvre, mais rien ne s’ouvre. Je veux donc retourner à l’intérieur réitérer ma demande à l’employé mais comme l’interphone ne marche pas, je reste sous la pluie. Un client arrive et m’ouvre, je trouve l’employé qui s’excuse et m’ouvre. Je monte dans ma voiture, mais la porte du parking s’est déjà refermée, j’attends donc à l’entrée du parking que l’employé me voit via sa caméra et m’ouvre. Les minutes passent, toujours rien. Je ressors du parking, et fais de grands signes depuis l'extérieur jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un finisse par me voir...

Très bon séjour juste le parking sur l’application c’est mi que c’est compris dans le séjour et quand on arrive on nous dit il faut payer 12euros par jour à chaque fois on sort on doit se présenter à l’accueil pour sortir et rentrer sinon très bon séjour 9/10.

A mon arrivée, il m'a été demandé de payer le parking (pas de facture, juste un ticket de CB) alors que selon la plateforme de réservation le parking était compris dans la réservation. je n'ai eu un \"bip\" pour le parking que la veille de mon départ.
